  2. Hi Frank, RogerTK had a completley and entirely different issues. Can you please check the Event Viewer and see whether or not you are getting anything out of the meter. Also, you can look at http://your.isy.ip.address/emeter/metering/log to see whether or not there are any errors. With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hi modex, Can you please let me know what you are trying to achieve? I have never come across the need for two GCs but without knowing what you're trying to do is a little difficult to figure out what you need. With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hi dfetzer, It should be the URL/IP address that you use to access ISY from your Android You will always get this unless you use a certificate from a Certificate Authority (CA) Are you certain the server settings are set to TLS 1.2? Do you have an ISY994i PRO Series? With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hi ferdies, nothing was attached. Please try ASCII. With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hello bruinlax, Would you be kind enough to: 1. Send me a screenshot of Help | About on the Admin Console 2. Send me the output of http://your.isy.ip.address/rest/emeter/network My email: support@universal-devices.com. With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hi Dave, I am so very sorry to hear. Please check your logs. If ISY does has not logged the status of these devices when this happens, please contact support@universal-devices.com and we'll hook you up with our SmartHome contact for an updated PLM. With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hi modex, Thank you. What do you get when you go to Link Management | Start Linking? If you get the Linking in Progress dialog, can you not register your devices? With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hi Big517, It's perfect. With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hi Big517, please post your program. With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hi EricK, That's not good. It does not make any sense to have to do that. Is it possible to do an experiment? If you have any new ones, can you please check whether or not it does the same thing before and after registering it in ISY? With kind regards, Michel
  12. Hi ferdies, Are you sure it understands URL Encoded? With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hi modex, I am so very sorry to hear. I just got your ticket as well. I am not sure what's device manager (except in the context of the dashboard). Please: 1. Use http://isy.universal-devices.com/994i/4.1.1/admin.jnlp 2. Go to Tool | Diagnostics | PLM Info/Status and let me know what you see With kind regards, Michel

  16. Hi modex, I am so very sorry to hear. Can you please let me know what URL you are using? If you have not yet registered any devices, nothing will show up. With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hi ferdies, thank you. As such it's safe to assume that either the thermostat is not responding properly or their documentation does not reflect reality. With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hi bjhanson3, Page 9: http://www.universal-devices.com/docs/I ... 0Guide.pdf . With kind regards, Michel
  19. Hi Big517, I am so very sorry. I completely forgot that in most cases devices must be queried to get a status back. And, thus, no Control. This is going to make it a little challenging. Let me get back to you . Either one works ... using folder is my preference for categorization and grouping. With kind regards, Michel
  20. Les, Have you looked at the logs? If these strange happenings are NOT in your logs (i.e. ISY does not know anything about them), then I would suspect half links/phantom links between your devices. With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hi bjhanson3, If you are on 4.0.5 and you have FIOS (which seems like you do), then please upgrade to 4.1.1: FIOS has a tendency of bombarding ISY with UPnP traffic. With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hi Big517, Quick question: what do we use to figure out when there's light outside? The rest is pretty standards stuff. You basically can have 3 different folders: Light Outside Dark Outside Past 11PM Then, in each folder you would have: If ELK Then Set Wait Set The only other issue is when someone manually turns the device on/off. In which case: If Control Then Program disable ... ... Wait Program enable .... .... With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hi KMan, It should: http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index ... e#Programs With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hi ferdies, Unfortunately the only way to test this would be to use a utility like curl and send the same command from your computer and see what happens. With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hi bjhanson3, Are you using File | Enable Internet Access to enable remote access to your ISY? With kind regards, Michel
