  1. Hi Michael, I think the problem you are having is the same as I always had before IM set me straight: ETo is not and instantaneous value; it's a sampling throughout a day and thus any usage of it at an instance-in-time (except when the next day begins) makes no sense and is probably a wrong value. You are correct on all other counts. jmed999, it happens at 12:00AM + the polling interval. So, if your WB polling interval is every 5 minutes, then it will be at 12:05. If every 15 minutes, then 12:15. With kind regards, Michel

Hi jrini, What procedure did you follow to fix the KPL issue? Please note that if those two other KPLs are V41, you really have to remove them from ISY and then add them back in using v4.0.5. With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hi hyounker, Yes! With kind regards, Michel

Hi jrini, What's your ISY's firmware version? If 3.3.10, then you need to upgrade to 4.0.5 since we had to put a workaround (only for V41) because database operations don't respond properly on these devices. With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hi Serge, This is firewall related. What firewall do you have? Please put ISY's IP address in the exclusion list or trusted zone. Or, you might want to use https instead of http to access ISY. With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hi hyounker, Thank you. While waiting for our scheduled time, let's see if we can fix the device list issue. Can you please: 1. Clear your Java cache 2. Go to http://isy.universal-devices.com/99i/admin.jnlp Please try this URL and let me know if the UI issue is resolved. With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hi LeeG, thanks so very much for all the help. Hi hyounker, links to our support team is below in my signature. We'd be delighted to help you. With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hello johnny66, As I mentioned before, the URL you see on your tool is NOT what's on the wire. This, I guarantee you. Whatever you type on the browser is converted to something like: GET /path-to-whatever HTTP/1.1 Host: whatever-host Multiple spaces between GET and path should be tolerated. And, we have 1000s of these modules installed and none exhibit the same behavior. And, finally, nothing has changed since 3.2.6 and you still have the same issue with 3.2.6. So, it's very hard for me to accept that ISY is the issue here. Has anything else changed? Perhaps a new router? How long have you had your ISY and what model is it? With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hi Michael, thank you. As much as I do not believe this to be the root cause, we'll certainly test it. Again, I think you lose connectivity first (for whatever reason and perhaps it has to do with your firewall or proxy) and then ISY pops up the authentication again. What you might want to try is: make sure ISY is NOT on the same network as the dns-name (i.e. you are remote) and see if that also exhibits the same problem. With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hi johnny66, Thank you. HTTP commands do not have URLS. They have headers, so it would be: GET /whatever-path HTTP/1.1 Host: whatever-host ... As such, what you see is the tool interpreting HTTP headers. I really do not think that's the issue. It would be really great if you could: 1. Backup ISY 2. Downgrade to 3.2.6 and let me know if that fixes the issue With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hi johnny66, This is really very odd. Would you be kind enough to: 1. Reboot ISY, retry ... any improvements? 2. Reboot router, retry ... any improvements? With kind regards, Michel
  12. Michael, ISY uses the UUID (MAC address) for all advertisement. So, it's unlikely that what you are describing is the root cause. It is more likely the case that first Admin Console loses the connection to ISY and then, sometime in the future, it hears a UPnP advertisement for a device (in which case there's really no browser involved) and then uses whatever the advertisement suggests. With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hi and thanks for the update. Of course this had everything to do with the HUB and I wished you had mentioned it before. The main reason is that ISY does not know what happens outside of it and all sorts of unexplained behavior should be expected. If you wish to use the HUB in conjunction with ISY, you must make sure that the set of "common" devices between the two is ZERO. With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hi io_guy, Has anything else changed? Anything at all? With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi Ron, Three questions: 1. Do you have any INSTEON thermostats? If so, remove the dongle 2. Do you have any baby monitors? 3. In the Admin Console, do you have any green 1011 icons next to any of the devices? With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hi Serge, Unfortunately not. With kind regards, Michel

Steve, You tried File | Enable Internet Access and now your router no longer supports UPnP. Please go to File | Disable Internet Access. With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hi Envirogreen, I hope you don't have to. With kind regards, Michel
  19. Hi techguy99, Please do be kind enough to open a ticket. From my experience: if you are on a 64 bit machine, please do ensure that the 64 bit version of Java is also installed. Also, please do make sure you clear your Java cache before going to: http://isy.universal-devices.com/99i/4.0.4/admin.jnlp With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hello bjmyers, Since your requirement is that the lights MUST be turned on manually, then all you need is: If Control MS is Switched Off And Control MS is not Switched On Then Wait 15 minutes Set 'Lights' Off Basically, if no motion is sensed for 15 minutes, turn the lights off. As soon as motion is sensed, this program turns false and exists till the next time no motion is sensed. With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hi Envirogreen, Apologies for tardy reply. I think it would be best to contact our support as I am sure my slow responses must have gotten too frustrating. File | Delete Modem removes ALL the links to devices from the PLM and vice versa. The only way to get them back would be File | Restore ISY (to restore a backup with the links) and then File | Restore Devices. Personally, I think that might have been the case: you only have links to the newly added devices. With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hi junkycosmos, We have never tested multiple sensors with one bridge configuration and thus I do not know if it would work at all. If you don't mind, remove the bridge from ISY, do a factory reset on it, link it with the sensor and then add it to ISY using Link Management | Start Linking. As far as traffic, I have yet to see Test produce any traffic. The only traffic I have seen has been based on CO or actual fire. With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hello atomic182, Please do not forward to port 80: it's insecure. I think it would be best to schedule remote session with our tech support so that we can help you configure it remotely. Tech support links below. With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hi GeneInSoCal, Yes but it's not very positive. We are waiting for a response for an RFP. With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hi Envirogreen, Way too low ... did you ever do a File | Delete Modem? With kind regards, Michel
