Hi David, KPL 2Ds are problematic and above and beyond the issues you raised, they have other issues such as spontaneously controlling other devices. Also, I do not think they allow backlight control through software without an airgap (if at all). With kind regards, Michel

If so, would you please reboot ISY, observe the pattern of LEDs on the front of the unit and let me know what the pattern is? i.e. do you see any of the lights continuously blinking especially error/mem or both?
