  1. Peter, Uncheck "Daily" please. With kind regards, Michel
  2. mitch236, The URL you use to access ISY MUST be the same as the name in the certificate. What's the URL? With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hi Peter, I am not sure I understand how the two are related. You can already do what you want based on specific dates. With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hi jcedot2, We are not aware of any issues resembling yours. Please submit a ticket and we'll get to the bottom of it. With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hi racekarl, Yes, you are correct. But, you can try this: 1. SwitchLinc button Controller, timer button responder 2. KPL load button controller, SwitchLinc button responder With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hi racekarl, Unfortunately not that I know of. With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hi mitch236, Apologies for tardy reply. Simply go to https://your.remote.ip.address and use your browser to inspect the certificate provided by ISY. It should have the parameters that you used to create the certificate (i.e. domain name or IP address). With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hi jcedot2, What's your operating system and have you made sure you do not have any older versions of Java still installed? With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hi guys, Working on it. With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hi mitch236, This is a zip file. If you don't mind, you can send me your zip file and I can take a look ... please note that this is not secure since I will have access to your certificate. My email is support@universal-devices.com . With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hi mitch236, Are you saying that you didn't get something that starts with: ===BEGIN CERTIFICATE=== And ends with: ===END CERTIFICATE=== The process is really what's outlined. Request a certificate, send it to CA, get the certificate and then install it. So, the main question right now is the above. With kind regards, Michel
  12. Hi max90034, Please checkout this article: http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index ... r_ISY-994i With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hi David, KPL 2Ds are problematic and above and beyond the issues you raised, they have other issues such as spontaneously controlling other devices. Also, I do not think they allow backlight control through software without an airgap (if at all). With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hi ferdies, No, not yet. With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi mitch236, Did you send a Certificate Request to GoDaddy? What's your ISY's model number? With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hi timster, Please do not hesitate to contact our tech support (links below) for help. Restore is not going to help. We need to add the KPL v41 to ISY using v4.0.5 and then check the traffic. With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hello Chasewood, Unfortunately we cannot reproduce this problem. Please send a screenshot to support@universal-devices.com. With kind regards, Michel

    ISY99I

Hi Dodger, Please do be kind enough to submit a ticket (links below) and we'll schedule a remote session to walk you through it. The main issue is that your MAC is blocking UDP packets and thus we do not know where ISY is. In case you find ISY's IP address, then everything will be easier. With kind regards, Michel

    ISY99I

Hi Dodger, Do you know your ISY's IP address (you can get that from DHCP client list on your router). If you do, please go to: http://isy.universal-devices.com/99i/admin.jnlp Once you see ISY Finder dialog, click on the Add button and then enter http://isy's.ip.address (as you found previously). With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hi Chasewood, Can you please let me know what is your UI version (Help | About) on XP? It has to be 4.0.5 and, if it's not, then you should clear your Java cache and then go to: http://isy.universal-devices.com/99i/admin.jnlp With kind regards, Michel

    ISY99I

Hi Dodger, Does this mean that you are not getting prompted for userid/password? If so, would you please reboot ISY, observe the pattern of LEDs on the front of the unit and let me know what the pattern is? i.e. do you see any of the lights continuously blinking especially error/mem or both? With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hello Mr. Green, Unfortunately not. May I humbly ask what you would like to do with this information? With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hi jmed999, The best thing to do would be to submit a ticket so that we can see what's going on. With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hi mitch236, Please open this guide: http://www.universal-devices.com/docs/I ... 0Guide.pdf The process is: 1. Create a Certificate Request (#e, page 10). Make sure you use 2048 key strength 2. Send the Request to any CA (such as Verisign, Thawte, GoDaddy) 3. Once you receive your certificate from CA, import it to ISY (#f, page 11) With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hi sorka, Sorry. I should have paid more attention. I sent the link to this post to the inventor of ISY Plugin for HomeSeer. With kind regards, Michel
