  1. jtara92101, Got your ticket and responded. I am a little baffled since we have not had any ISYs with Green LEDs on the front of the unit (RX/TX). Now, I am wondering if the wrong unit was shipped to you. The first things I need to know: 1. What's the model number on the label at the bottom of the unit? 2. Please unplug ISY from power, plug it back in, and then let me know the pattern of lights on the front of the unit. Hopefully they are ALL blue With kind regards, Michel
  2. Hi firewheel, Most probably because they have a rating system that puts universal-devices.com outside the safe list. With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hi Charles, Thanks so very much for the update. With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hello all, Yes, indeed Harvey's case is quite strange. I cannot fathom why X10 would work (albeit not reliably) but INSTEON cannot. The fact that SmartHome is adamant in not producing a 220V PLM is very discouraging. With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hi firewheel, These errors are PLM related: your PLM is responding with data not understandable by ISY. These errors have NOTHING to do with your email issue. From ISY's perspective, the emails were sent successfully. What SMTP settings are you using? The default? If so, you might want to try using your own SMTP settings. With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hi Drew, Really not a good idea. But, if you have no choice, then please copy the contents of /CONF to /CONF in 994's SD Card. With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hello firewheel, If you are using the default mail settings, it's quite possible that AOL does not like our rating. Do you see any -50000x errors in the error log? With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hi db2ace2, Can you please copy/paste the condition of one of the programs for which you had 2029? Hi Alan, Good questions. We use an unsigned int for time. Time cannot get negative ... there seems to be something related to programs that causes these issue. The fact that now we have at least one way to reproduce (restore PLM) is a welcome sign. With kind regards, Michel
  9. Thanks Alan, you are right on. sdrexler11791, if you are still having problems, please do not hesitate to contact our tech support (links below). With kind regards, Michel

BitSmith, We have 100s of customers who use it. And, especially in California and Title 24, helps customers save money with rebates and incentives. With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hi syilk1, Unfortunately there's no much more beyond the Wiki and ETo. Are there any specific questions or things that are not clear for you? With kind regards, Michel
  12. Hi Michael, ISY is not Linux based so whatever we do is going to be from scratch. .password and .anon are basically the same (or reverse of each other) and something we are definitely considering. Again the simplest path forward is to make /USER/WEB directory either protected or not protected. With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hi Chuck, Thanks so very much for the consideration! Yes (994 comes with its own power supply just in case) Yes you can and it's as easy as you have described it. The precise instructions are here: http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index ... r_ISY-994i Not yet! With kind regards, Michel

Hi jmed999, What exactly is the error? Also, the last time we looked at your logs, it seems you had a lot of activity from other devices. You were going to clear the error log, and then send it to us once you got more of these errors. With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi sk8er02, GoDaddy allows two different certificate issuers. One is GoDaddy and the other is Starfield. Please choose Starfield instead of GoDaddy as the issuer and retry. With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hi Tim, Yes, 08/31/2013. With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hi Sackings, Please send to support@universal-devices.com. With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hi tech_dog, They should be supported: viewtopic.php?f=25&t=10770 With kind regards, Michel
  19. Hello everyone, Just an update: Weatherbug is moving all their APIs and servers to Earth Networks and thus we might have to go through another set of beta testing just for the new services. Hopefully the new services are more reliable since, now, their services are based on SLAs based on Transactions per second. With kind regards, Michel

Hello backinthelab, My pleasure ... we do not at all subscribe to "big data" and analytics. With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hi David, It would be best if you sent an email to support@universal-devices.com. Something is not right: at the minimum, you should see a list of PANs of which yours is one. With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hi Michael, yes possible. Just got an email from WeatherBug (now Earth Networks). They are changing all their servers/APIs and making them more SLA/transaction based oriented. Hopefully we'll come out of this one unscathed! With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hi David, Did you follow all the instructions? Do you see the PAN ID? What is the length of the install code you used? With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hi billchurch, Please do make sure you do NOT have any other versions of Java (especially 1.6) concurrently installed. With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hi Sackings, I have not received anything at all. To which email did you send? With kind regards, Michel
