  1. Hi ticklemeozmo, You can not. With kind regards, Michel
  2. Hi widnerm, Thanks so very much for the feedback. Since we tried this a long time ago, and since it actually locked everything else, we will have to check and make sure which models/versions exhibit do actually exhibit the complete lockout. In the meantime, I have added it as a feature request so that we can track it (119). With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hi widnerm, We never added program lock option in the options for SWL. This was by design (not omission) since, once you set it, in some cases, you might not be able to reset it and might have to factory reset your device. With kind regards, Michel
  4. Michel Kohanim replied to Autonow's topic in ISY994
Hi Autonow, If you are still having problems, please do not hesitate to contact our support. With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hi Broyd, Welcome to our world! 1. It's important if and only if you have programs that require accurate status of all devices. If you don't use dim/brighten much, then it's not that important 2. It's very simple: If Time is 3:00:00AM Then Set Scene 'ISY' Query Else - No Actions - (To add one, press 'Action') With kind regards,
  6. Michel Kohanim replied to Exten's topic in ISY994
Hi Exten, I think that would be a good idea: a checkbox to disable http altogether. Or, if you wish, use a very obscure port for http something like 30692. With kind regards, Michel
  7. Michel Kohanim replied to Exten's topic in ISY994
Hi Exten, I do not recommend it since, theoretically, ISY will choose a default port but this has never been tested. With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hi hbsh01, Yes, you can regenerate the CSR and get it signed. The bundle.crt has all the certificates in the chain. The process is something like this: For a Android to trust ISY, then the certificate in ISY must be signed by an authority that is known to Android. So, it seems that GoDaddy is not trusted by Android and, therefore, you will have to get all the intermediate certificates that go up to the root authority and install in it Android. Here's a list of all chains for GoDaddy: https://certs.godaddy.com/anonymous/repository.pki This said, I am not entirely sure which ones you need. I am hoping that someone else with GoDaddy certificates can help. With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hi hbsh01, For this you need a Certificate that is signed by a CA (Certificate Authority) such as Verisign, CheapSSL, DigiCert, etc. Nothing else would work. Well, the certificate is NOT trusted because it's signed by YOU and not a CA ... see above please. It should work in IE if you follow http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index ... te_Install We use Network Solutions for all our domain activities. Once in a while they have good deals on domain names. But, there are a lot of other domain name resellers (including GoDaddy). Once you have that, then you can use dyndns. YOU ARE LUCKY! Unfortunately, GoDaddy recently moved most of their certificate signatures to SHA-2 which neither 99 nor current 994 firmware support. Our next firmware release for 994 will support SHA-2 as signature algorithm for certificates but I do not yet have a release date. This I cannot explain! Which dialog box? Receive Certificate? If so, you can try and redo the original step that made it work. mydomainname.crt Try rebooting your android You might have to but it's free. I've used it many times With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hi jmed999, I think you may have installed and/or reconfigured firewall software which is now blocking UDP traffic. That's why ISY Finder is not finding ISY. With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hi GeneInSoCal, Yes, a lot! Basically they ran out of funding for HAN testing and, based on PUC direction, they are moving all testing to 3rd party labs. In short, we just have to keep waiting till we are called upon by the 3rd party lab. I am so very sorry. With kind regards, Michel
  12. Hi paauto, Excellent! I would say 2 seconds should be fine. With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hi jmed999, What operating system? With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hello overkill82k5, I am so very sorry to hear about all the problems you have been having. At the moment the best recourse would be to contact our support (links below) so that we can help you more expediently. With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi paauto, Yes, we have had this reported on multiple occasions and it's related to PLM's signal handling. If you have any programs that check the status of "something" (especially motion sensor) and then turn on/off the backlight on a KPL, then please do make sure you put a delay (Wait) before activating each button. With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hi Barry, I am not sure what type of information you are looking for. You do get all of those with ISY and 2441TH. With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hi Chris, O, I am so very sorry as I didn't understand the question. Unfortunately there's nothing that would suspend communications with the PLM. If you are thinking of putting the PLM on a switch, I must advise against it since there have been many cases where the PLM just dies after reboot (I guess the same is true with generator?). Would you be kind enough define "going crazy" a little more specifically? Is it always the same devices? With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hi Chris, If you have the ELK module, you can have an ISY program that is based on any ELK input/output. With kind regards, Michel
  19. Hi bsobel, Thanks so very much for the feedback. Steve contact our support and we figured out the issue: most of Steve's devices were added with brute force method and thus had 00 for firmware version and thus all the issues. With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hello Smile4yourself, We have already gone through the Access Logs and this issue is not at all related to a remote hacker. This is very much related to ISNTEON signals being "misinterpreted" as all on/all off in very special cases that include KPLs and Motion Sensors in the mix. With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hi Joe, No plans whatsoever! I had not even heard of them till the advertisement today. And, looking at their solution, I think they are very much ingrained into their portal/service charge and would not let us to circumvent it. With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hi jmed999, Thanks so very much for the update. This is rather strange and thus let's give it a week before declaring victory! With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hello shifmeister, Welcome to the forum and apologies for tardy reply. There are two questions here: 1. Can ISY communicate with BGE, well, I do not think so if they do NOT have a process to pair the meter to another device (basically the meter needs to know the EUID and Install Code for ISY). So, unless you can figure out a process by which they linked the thermostats to the meter, I pretty much doubt you can do anything 2. Can ISY communicate with the provided meter? Unfortunately not since, SEP 1.1, does not allow an end node to control another end node. Only the coordinator/ESI (in this case the meter) has that authority So, if you wish, you can find their technical contact on the HAN side and we would be delighted to talk to them. We did the same with Oncor and they have been more than helpful. With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hi mountainman3520, In the instructions there's a link to the dashboard (http://isy.universal-devices.com/99i/dashboard.jnlp) . That's what you should use to install certificates. With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hi Hydrographer1, Are you certain you are on the right forum? With kind regards, Michel
