  1. Thanks oberkc ... I am not sure why time settings were wiped out. We should look into it. Andy, in addition, you will need to change our beloved QueryAll program to point to the new ISY (My Lighting if you are upgrading from 99). With kind regards, Michel
  2. Hi johnsmal, Self signed certificates are not trusted by most browsers and thus the need for all the approvals along the way. This said, 512 is definitely NO LONGER secure. Please use at least 1024. With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hello MarkJames, Those errors are ISY's attempts in configuring your router for remote access. Please do either of the following: 1. File | Disable Internet Access 2. Telnet to ISY, login, and then issue the following at the prompt: DI With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hi Andy, Thank you. Doesn't the screen scroll up/down? MAC has been nothing but a nightmare lately. johncrab, Thanks so very much for the update! With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hi Xathros, Thanks so very much for clarification. With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hi johnsmal, I really do not think the certificate has been installed. Would you please check ISY's certificate in your computer (the one that works) and make sure it's indeed a 1024 bit certificate? With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hello hbsh01, You have two choices: 1. Keep the modules with your 99i and purchase anew for 994 2. Once you have the 994, send an email to sales@universal-devices.com: Subject: Transfer Modules Body: The UUID for your 99i The UUID for your 994i Option 2 basically moves the modules from 99i to 994i. With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hello hbsh01, You get to keep both as long as you actually "keep" the 99 and not sell it or give it as a gift to some one else. With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hello johnnyt, Throughput of downloading a large file from ISY is about 590 KB/S under heavy load ... closer to 700 KB/S with no load; about 200 KB/S using AES128/https 1024. The problem is that programs are not compressed into a large file. Admin Console is actually downloading individual programs in which case you also need to take into account TCP connect times as well. In any case, hopefully our performance improvements are going to help a little. With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hi Andy, Is this only for folders or do you have the same issue with drag/drop into scenes (you can make the window smaller to test)? With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hello raydoc, In addition to clearing Java cache, please try http://www.universal-devices.com/99i/admin.jnlp. Also please do ensure that you do not see flashing err/mem lights which indicated that there's a network issue. Also, are you certain that you have not changed anything in your router's settings? With kind regards, Michel
  12. Hi Issacsim, Coldfire CPU, 2MB Flash, 8MB RAM, Real Time clock on board. With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hi Nikki, Thank you. At this point, I think it would be best to contact our tech support team (links below). With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hi Nikki, Did you recently upgrade to 3.2.6? With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi glase, LeeG is correct. You have to be local to ISY. With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hi Plau, The service you are sending the notification to requires authentication (i.e. userid/password). You are not providing it the correct userid/password. kevkmartin, ??? With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hi SunSentry, Please do let your dad know what we added new color schemes/themes in 3.3.5 (our next release) and would appreciate his feedback. With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hi Michael, Thanks so very much for the update. As of right now, we do not have any plans since we have not yet been able to get things stabilized enough. With kind regards, Michel
  19. Hello gascop69, I must emphasize that simply turning off anti virus/firewall is not going to help. Your ISY's IP address MUST be included in the white list/exclusion list/trusted zone in your firewall. HTTPS will certainly help a lot since most firewall software are more lenient with https. With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hi All, Thank you. It must be a bug with Scene Test. With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hi Michael, The first thing is to make sure your thermostat is operating properly (which is not). If you are certain that you do not have any programs in ISY contributing to automatic changes you see, then it's best to get a replacement for it. With respect to SmartHome's comment that ISY may inadvertently do things, well, if that were the case then it would not be isolated to SmartHome brand thermostats. With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hi jack1975, What's the error? With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hi johnnyt, We have made some improvements in 3.3.5. This said, I am not so sure it will satisfy your requirements as it seems your expecting ISY to be as responsive as a high powered computer. With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hello slcasner, Unfortunately we do not have an XSD to describe program structure. Basically you need to use the exported one as template. With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hello Plau, 401 = Authorization failed. You are not sending your correct credentials. With kind regards, Michel
