  1. Hi, Delay (CD) = 500 Timeout (CP) = 4000 With kind regards, Michel
  2. Hello ergodic, thank you. With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hello Jan, I am so very sorry ... you will have to go through AARTech. Actually, these are our brand new units and they all have blue LEDs (except for the error light). We just haven't had time to update our website and notify our distributors. Again, sincere apologies. With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hello ergodic, Thank you. Would you also be kind enough to tell me which URL you use to access your ISY? Do you use different URLs or always the same URL? With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hello ergodic, Thanks so very much. Can you tell me whether or not the UUID in the error message is equal to your ISY's UUID (Help | About)? With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hello Jan, Sincere apologies ... this must be a hardware defect. Please do be kind enough to request for an RMA and get the unit replaced. To make sure you have a seamless transition, please make sure to backup your current ISY (File | Backup ISY) and then when you get the new one simply restore the backup (File | Restore ISY). With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hello deirwin, Unfortunately not. We are implementing a more seamless integration with ELK right now but this feature is not included. With kind regards, Michel

Hello joefly, In the signature, below, click on Submit a ticket. With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hello Lee, Thanks so very much. Event Viewer which displays links tables uses the same publish method as do the state information. In short, ISY publishes (pushes) information to Admin Console. So, if Admin Console has lost its subscription (or if ISY has expired the subscription), then you would not see anything. We have done a little tweaking in the subscription code to see if we can reduce this side effect of loss of network connectivity to ISY. With kind regards, Michel

Thanks so very much LeeG, you are right ON! joefly, I think you have a defective SD Card. Please submit a ticket and we'll send you a replacement immediately. In the meantime, please let me know if you have any green 01010 icons. Diesel1, yours is different simply because you had both Error and Mem lights blinking. This means that you network issues: i.e. ISY cannot get to your router or is not able to get an IP address. Please make sure ISY is connected to your router. With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hello jtara92101, They are not included for a reason!!! You should not touch these parameters or otherwise you might have intermittent communications with the PLM. With kind regards, Michel
  12. Hello ergodic, I am so sorry .. would you be kind enough to let me know what you mean by double-uuid error? With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hello Dogan Bora, The first thing is that you should not Restore devices if you cannot communicate with them. If my suspicions are correct, you now have a green 01010 icon next to your irrigation zones. Is this the case? If so, the problem is that for some reason the signals are not getting from the PLM to EZRain. Is it possible to move EZRain closer to the PLM and retry. Please note that if you have green 01010 icons, the first thing you have to do (after your bring EZRain closer to the PLM) is to Right Mouse Click on any of the Zones and then choose Write pending updates ... With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hello Charles, What do you mean by "old" programs? Do you see a list of your new programs or is the program details tab completely blank? And, you are using the /99i/admin.jnlp URL, correct? With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hello thall, Sincere apologies for the problems and thanks so very much for the update. Please do be kind enough to send your shipping address to sales@universal-devices.com (with a link to this post) and we'll immediately send you a brand new SD Card (with adapter). With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hi , Thanks so very much: also confirmed and fixed! With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hello Vipola, Currently, it's at the bottom. We are working on ELK right now and adding support for newer INSTEON devices. With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hi Mike, No problem at all and I am happy that at least we figured out where the problem is. In most cases, the problem is the firewall software. All you have to do is to make sure your ISY is in the white/trusted list in your firewall. With kind regards, Michel
  19. Hi Ken, Thanks so very much for the update. I was getting worried! Keep in touch ! With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hello Mike, Thanks so very much for the update. I did try again and I still can't reproduce the problem. This is the sequence of activities: 1. First you will see green 0101 icons on all devices that are impacted (KPL is the controller and other devices are responders/controllers) 2. Then, ISY will go through each unique device with 0101 icon and tries programming it ... when this is happening, that devices will have a green Writing icon 3. When all programs have been written to that device, the green Writing icon goes away and device's original icon shows up again 4. Go back to 2 In all cases, I am not left with green 0101 icons. Green 0101 icons mean that ISY tried programming devices but it failed in the middle. The fact that opening the Admin Console fixes the issue tells me that, in all likelihood, ISY status is not in synch with the Admin Console. And, this is usually related to firewall or network disconnects. Do you have more than one computer? If so, does this happen on all your computers? With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hi Ken, Check and see if you have any green 0101 icons in the device tree to the left. Click on the Expand button (++) on the tool bar so that you can see all your devices. Disable all those that have 0101 green/gray icons. Once that is done, then enable them one at time and then right mouse click and choose Write Updates to Device ... SynchroLinc issue has nothing to do with what you are experiencing and it is NOT a bug so there shall be no fixes for it. With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hello Orest, Whatever you do, please do NOT restore ISY, Devices, or the PLM YET. Based on what you describe, I think the problem might be a program going through an infinite loop or the PLM. To test the PLM scenario, please reboot your ISY with the PLM unplugged. Once you login, you should see a pop that your System is in Safe Mode. In Safe Mode programs will NOT run and therefore you can check the status of your devices. Make sure there are no devices with 01010 green icons and, if there are, disable all of them and then reboot with the PLM. If not in Safe Mode, then the only way to figure out what's wrong with your system is factory reset (since you have a backup, then it should not be a problem). If after factory reset everything works, then in all likelihood the problem is a looping program. If factory reset does not work , then you have a defective unit. With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hello Charles, Please do not apologize ... that's what we are here for. For remote access, have you setup port forwarding and, if so, is it on port 443 (Configuration | System | Network Settings | HTTPS Port). Have you tried httpS remotely? With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hi Mike, Thanks so very much! Actually, that would be great but I am afraid we would be making changes to your configuration. Let us do more testing and see if we can somehow reproduce it. By the way, do you have any sorts of firewall software on your computer? With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hello Mike_405, You won't be able to use the network module to "retrieve" and parse information (unfortunately). With kind regards, Michel
