Changed routers cant see My Lighting in Windows 7
Hello Pazium, If you have setup your ISY with a static IP addres and if that IP address is not in the range of the new router, then you will not see your ISY on your network. What you have to do is - and this requires a GOOD backup: 1. Factory reset your ISY 2. Restore you backup; when you are asked whehter or not you want to change DHCP to the static IP address (as it's the case in your backup) say NO In essence, we are making your ISY use DHCP. ISY-26 went crazy?
Hi Kelly, I do not think you need to reset ISY. If this random problem has not happened since, then I would just let it run as is. If it happens again, then we would want to see what characteristics the other occurrence has with the previous one. Currently, I think the problem is a faulty switch especially if you have KPLs version 2A or 2D. ELK is a security system brand. With kind regards, Michel

Upgrading to PRO/IR changes the product type to ISY99i PRO or /IR PRO or just /IR (Help | About) 3. Cannot access my programs thru firefox linux

Hi Kevin, Yes, because ISY currently manages all communications with devices using atomic operations. We do very well know what every bit of information does, where it goes, and what the outcome should be. We also know what exceptions we should take into consideration. And, most importantly, we make Restore points to which you can always return. Now, if we open up sending arbitrary INSTEON commands through ISY, we run the risk of not being able to help our customers figure out where the problems are if any. Hello jz6pwc, What happens if you right mouse click on the program and the click Run Then? If this works, then the problem is the condition not being evaluated to true. If this does not work, then please check your Error Log for errors starting with -50000 and let use know what they are. If neither, then please check your junkmail. With kind regards, Michel

Hi Brian, Yes, both the error logs as well as the logs are persistent (unless you do a factory reset). I do not recognize these errors. Where are they coming from and which plugin are you referring to? With kind regards, Michel
