  2. Hi Chance, Please send your backup to tech@universal-devices.com . With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hello j0dan, Unfortunately you cannot. With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hi Jim, Thanks so very much for the information! Would you be kind enough to make sure: 1. You have both Java 32 bits and 64 bits installed 2. Your previous URLs are pointing to the correct address? The only difference between the JNLP and applet is the way Java runs the application. The code base is 100% identical in both cases. And ELK IS COMING along pretty well. Thanks so very much for your patience! With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hi montgomerydkm, My pleasure! Here's more information on the networking module: http://www.universal-devices.com/mwiki/ ... Networking With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hi fitzpatri8, Thanks so very much ... I had it happen once but could no longer reproduce it. So it would be great if anyone with this issue could give us the steps to reproduce. With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hi Tom, Thank you for the clarification. There are no restrictions: you can add as many MorningLincs as you would like. With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hi Joe, Please do be kind enough to contact our support for more expeditious resolution. Please reboot your ISY and make sure the LEDs go through the following sequence: Power, RX, TX solid on MEM Starts blinking RX, TX turn off RX, TX, MEM blink randomly With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hi polexian, Please see this post: http://forum.universal-devices.com/viewtopic.php?t=5789 Programs are created Enabled. With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hello montgomerydkm, Unfortunately we do not yet support seriallinc. This said, if you have a TCP to Serial converter (such as Global Caché), then you can use our Network module to send any type of string to your end devices. With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hi all, I also agree ! With kind regards, Michel
  12. Hello mitch236, That's a question for SmartHome. If MorningLinc locks/unlocks all doors then there's basically nothing we can do to prevent it. With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hi Mitch, What version of SwitchLinc do is this? If v35, then for sure you have to get it replaced. Otherwise, I would first check the attached load and make sure that the load is not causing any noise before anything else. With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hi belias, Yes, if you have a self signed certificate, please reinstall it using: https://www.universal-devices.com/ssl/insteon macjeff, please note that KPL backlight is only supported on the newer KPLs. On is a function of off ... so, whatever you choose for the Off level is going to impact the On level. And, you cannot change the backlight levels in scenes. You can turn them on/off but not the actual backlight. With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi Guys, I am so very sorry ... I must have been dreaming! With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hi Brian, You only need one program as follows: If On Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri From 3:00:00AM To 5:00:00AM (same day) Then Set 'Your switch' On Level 35% Set 'Your switch' Ramp Rate 9m Else Set 'Your switch' On Level 75% Set 'Your switch' Ramp Rate 0.2s If you wish, you can also separate this program in two and use two different programs one for the Then path and one for the Else path. With kind regards,
  17. Hi johnnyt, Unfortunately not ... the time is mostly spent in calculating what should be sent out and and then render them in Java (which might take as much time). Are you on Local LAN or external? With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hi Joe, If MEM/ERR are blinking simultaneously it means that ISY cannot communicate with your modem. You might want to check the cable from ISY to your router/modem ( I think this was the problem last time ). Also, please go to your router's DHCP client table and make sure ISY99-HOME-AUTO is listed. With kind regards, Michel
  19. Hi dennisric, I am truly so sorry ... Please send an email to support@universal-devices.com with a few time slots and we'll do our best to accommodate. With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hi Chance, Please reboot your ISY with PLM unplugged and retry. Do you know whether or not you have the latest official release installed on your unit? With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hello Chance, Sincere apologies ... Do you have a good backup of your ISY? With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hi Jeff, This does not sound normal ... actually, I have never seen anything like this. How dependent are you on your ISY? If you can live without full automation for a couple of week, I strongly recommend adding sections at a time and making sure you do not have any comm errors for those sections before moving on to others. Also, please note that increased number of access points may actually degrade network reliability ... as such, I would try figure out the minimum number needed for your installation and get rid of all the extra. With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hi Jeff, I do not think they are related. Are you still having communications issues? With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hi Jeff, Do you have Day Light Saving checkbox checked (Configuration | System) tab? With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hi Illusion, Thanks. The fact that the first program ran means that evaluation was successful (for the time). The fact that the second program didn't run was probably because Away Flag and Keypads are Dim did not evaluate properly. Can you check the status of those two flag programs? With kind regards, Michel
