Hi Mitch, What version of SwitchLinc do is this? If v35, then for sure you have to get it replaced. Otherwise, I would first check the attached load and make sure that the load is not causing any noise before anything else. With kind regards, Michel

Hi belias, Yes, if you have a self signed certificate, please reinstall it using: https://www.universal-devices.com/ssl/insteon macjeff, please note that KPL backlight is only supported on the newer KPLs. On is a function of off ... so, whatever you choose for the Off level is going to impact the On level. And, you cannot change the backlight levels in scenes.
