  1. @MWareman, Thank you very much. I think we didn't increase the string memory enough. @gviliunas, Thank you very much for reporting back. With kind regards, Michel
  2. @MWareman, Thank you very much for reporting. How many node servers do you have or, better yet, how many nodes that are node server based do you have? All, We'll review the Z-Wave status not reporting issues. With kind regards, Michel
  3. As mentioned before, we are masters of branding and marketing (not). @Wes Westhaver , please do not take it personally. It's not that we do not listen to newbies. It's just that, being geeks, we have a natural/innate aversion to sales/marketing comments, so they get automatically filtered out. For instance, if you comment that SNI does not work, rest assured that it will be fixed. As such, till such time that we figure out how to do branding/marketing/website, please make your comments technical. And, if you have specific questions about the product and how it works, you can always send an email to sales@universal-devices.com. P.S. As long as @lilyoyo1's wife gets the gist, then I think, as geeks, we have done a great job! Thank you. With kind regards, Michel
  4. As you can all see, we are master of branding! It's catching on so pervasively that even spell checkers and Company Policy Updates have been infiltrated. ? With kind regards, Michel
  5. @Envirogreen, please send your Polyglot log to support@universal-devices.com. With kind regards, Michel
  6. Not true. ISY on Polisy has been in all packages for the last 3 months. And, it does automatically run when Polisy starts. With kind regards, Michel
  7. @mbking, I responded to your ticket and this is a known issue. You can either click on the button on the front once or do: sudo pkg update && sudo pkg upgrade This should install udx 5.3 which automatically fixes the problem. With kind regards, Michel
  8. @MrBill, from URL and communications, ISY 5.3 and Polisy 5.2 are identical. In short, a client would not know the difference (i.e. UD Mobile does not know the difference between ISY and Polisy). With kind regards, Michel
  9. Fixes: - Time zone reverts to LA - Support for SNI in Network Resources - SMTP sends truncated messages or creates attachments - Node servers show numbers instead of a formatted string Enhancements: - Support for Z-Wave (Test build) - You can now define custom latitude/longitude just like you did on ISY - Support for IPv6 web server in double stack mode (both IPv4 and IPv6) Bugs: - In some cases, Polisy will only allow IPv6. If you cannot get to Polisy using the Admin Console, please wait 60 seconds and then reboot - USB connected dongles (such as the PLM or Z-Wave Zooz Stick), cannot be unplugged and then plugged back in while ISY service is running. If, for any reason, you need to unplug, please use the Admin Console | Configuration tab | Reboot button to restart the service How To Install: - First, backup please! - If on 5.1.1, Admin Console | Help | Automatically Upgrade. Once the Admin Console closes, wait 30 seconds before trying again. If Polisy does not show up in the ISY Launcher, please wait 60 seconds and reboot - Otherwise, ssh and do: sudo pkg update && sudo pkg upgrade How to use Z-Wave: - Plugin your Zooz Stick in one of the USB ports on ISY - Go to Admin Console | Configuration, check Z-Wave Support checkbox. Save and then click on the Reboot button - From that point, Z-Wave works as it does on the ISY-994 with the following exceptions --- Backup/Restore of the Z-Wave dongle is not yet available --- Z-Wave | Z-Wave Version is likely to be blank - Note: for now, S2 is not yet supported With kind regards, Michel
  10. @ldb, 256 = TLS negotiation failed. Only three options: 1. SNI 2. Timeout too low 3. In https Client Settings, you have the Verify box checked With kind regards, Michel
  11. I got these, and love them (rotating + 4 ports): https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07MZ1K9HZ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 With kind regards, Michel
  12. Connection error = ISY cannot connect either because of DNS, the Server is down, or SNI. Please try with SNI checked and increase the timeout. With kind regards, Michel
  13. @MWareman, This should be fixed in the next build. With kind regards, Michel
  14. @Scott Korvek, Sincere apologies, not yet as we jammed Z-Wave support into it and currently testing. Hopefully before the end of the week. With kind regards, Michel
  15. @larryllix, Thank you very much! We'll take it from here. With kind regards, Michel
  16. @larryllix, Thank you very much for reporting it. Would you be kind enough to do one more experiment? Right mouse click on any one of those IOLincs and choose | Restore Device. Does it go back to momentary? With kind regards, Michel
  17. @MBell, Is this PG or PG3? With kind regards, Michel
  18. @bgrubb1, Yes, but it's best to simply add your new email address to ISY Portal (under users) and make it an Admin. With kind regards, Michel
  19. @thewebgeek, Please send your UUID to support@universal-devices.com. With kind regards, Michel
  20. @MWareman, Thank you very much. We are going to look into it in the code asap. Definitely something in the code. With kind regards, Michel
  21. @MWareman, I think, for some reason, the nls files for the node servers are not being installed properly, or, they are not being read properly. I suspect it's case sensitivity issue since ISY is not case sensitive but Polisy, is. This is the structure: /var/isy/FILES/CONF/DEF f10 <node servers>/i<n>/ (where n is the slot number) editor/editors.xml nls/en_us.txt nodedef/nodedefs.xml Editors are used to format and present data. The nls tag in editors.xml defines how to present the value. The same tag MUST be defined in nls/en_us.txt. If you have time, would you please check that a) nls/en_us.txt exists and b) weekday has the same case sensitivity? With kind regards, Michel
  22. @larryllix, Are you saying that when you set them to latching, they automatically revert to momentary? With kind regards, Michel
  23. @MWareman, Yes, a known issue with the XML parser. With kind regards, Michel
  24. @TJF1960, Yes, definitely an issue with a file relating to one of your nodes with the address 0472. With kind regards, Michel
  25. This is not true. Most functions on the Admin Console are being ported to UD Mobile. With kind regards, Michel
