  1. Hello AnthemAVM, I would write it like this: If Time is 6:30 AM And Status Kids-room is not On Then Set kids-room to 25% Wait 1 minute Set kids-room to 30% Wait 1 minute Set-kids-room to 35% .... Else With kind regards, Michel
  2. Thank you Dave, I have added this to our bugs to be investigated and rectified. With kind regards, Michel

Hello d_l, It's only the RAM. We are still using only 512K of flash. With kind regards, Michel

Hello Brian H, No. 99i and 99i PRO have the same hardware. We just have to figure out an easy firmware upgrade to migrate a 99i to 99i PRO without the need for factory reprogramming. With kind regards, Michel

Hello Dodger, I do apologize for the inconvenience. I think it all has to do with the error you are receiving. Please do NOT start fresh or do a factory reset. All you have to do is to figure out which firewall software you have and then see whether or not we have a resolution for it here: http://forum.universal-devices.com/view ... f=3&sid=30 If not, please do let us know and we'll get it taken care of. With kind regards, Michel

Hello brobin, Excellent question. There are major improvements planned for ISY-99i PRO which cannot be supported in ISY-26 because we have almost reached the memory limits of ISY-26. With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hi Dave, Thanks so very much and apologies for a tardy reply. Yes, I do believe it's ZoneAlarm but I cannot expect ISY clients to turn off their firewall software just to use ISY. May I ask what version of ZoneAlarm do you have? With kind regards, Michel 1. Login using http:/www.universal-devices.com/99i Login shows up just fine and following login all columns with the exception of Name & Path are blank in the Program Summary Screen. Of course, this is version 2.7 of the Admin Console. 2. While there, go to Help->About and write down the value for My URL 3. Next, type the value you found in step 2 in a browser Same results as above in 1 with the excpetion that I am not using ver 2.7 of the Admin Console. I have no idea what version I am using nor how to update to 2.7. In any case, the results are the same when I use the Icon on my desktop, when I did #1 and when I did #3. Would you agree that it pretty much points toward Zone Alarm as the culprit? Dave
  8. My pleasure HA Noobie ... With kind regards, Michel
  9. f_richey, It's an excellent idea. There's a workaround though: put an invalid condition in My Programs and thus all the programs/folders below are disabled. With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hi Dave, Please try the following: 1. Login using http:/www.universal-devices.com/99i 2. While there, go to Help->About and write down the value for My URL 3. Next, type the value you found in step 2 in a browser Please let me know if the programs show up in either 1, 3, both or neither. With kind regards, Michel Interesting question. I access it via a shortcut on my "Desktop" but just now I looked at the shortcuts properties and I fail to see any information regarding how I'm connecting. I assumed it was by using its own static URL. I also just checked my local network connections and fail to see an Icon for My Lighting. I may have more things buggered up here than I realized. Dave
  11. Hi Dave, that is the port. How do you access your ISY? Through our website or using its own static URL? With kind regards, Michel OK, I may be a little confused. I do have a static IP address assigned to the ISY. It is 192.168.0.102. I also have that IP address assigned to the ISY in my trusted network in Zone Alarm. Where I am a little confused is in the port number. If I look at the ISY's html address it is 192.168.0.102:64290/0/p.html. Is the 64290 the port number or is it something different?

Dodger, Hello! If you do not get any status feedback from your RemoteLinc (in ISY), then there is something wrong. We have had occasional issues with some of the RemoteLincs not reporting their status. What you need to try is this: 1. Factory Reset your RemoteLinc 2. Put the RemoteLinc in Programming Mode 3. Click on any of the buttons for that RemoteLinc in ISY and choose RestoreDevice Please let us know how this works out. With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hello HA Noobie, It's quite simple: If Status LaundryRoom Light is not Off Then Wait 5 minutes Set LaundryRoom Off Else With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hi Walter, There's indeed a recently found bug which is the cause for this unreliable behavior. We should have a fix shortly. In the meantime, if you do NOT need the WSDK functionality, you can downgrade to 2.6.5 till our next drop. I do not recommend rebooting PLM/ISY simply because the initial surge may damage the PLM. With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hello again, You would not find that information anywhere. As far as 2476Ds, the older ones used to have tact problems. With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hi Dave, Thanks for the update and so very sorry for the troubles you are having. Zone Alarm is our problem; we have to make sure ISY works with most (if not all) firewall software out there. For Zone Alarm, you must add ISY's complete URL in the trusted list (not just Java). And, to do so, you have to make sure that you remove the previous entry with the previous port number. To ensure that you are not going to have this problem again, perhaps you might want to assign a static IP address to your ISY. Please do keep us posted. With kind regards, Michel Well, in this case, I spoke too soon. Yes the programs are back but only with the name of the program. I can edit and modify the programs but none of the other columns have information in them. The problem appears to be either a conflict between Zone Alarm and Java or having to do with my settings within Zone Alarm. If I turn Zone Alarm off completely, then all of the columns are filled with data. I've gone through all of the settings within Zone Alarm and given my local network full trust with anything to do with Java. I didn't see any sort of programs in the Program Control section other than Java that I thought might relate directly to My Lighting or keep it from fully displaying the data. I'm at a bit of a loss as to how to attack this. However, Zone alarm is my problem, not yours. I can't expect you to be able to fix everything although from my observations you sure as he!! try to.
  17. Hello Dave, Yes. This is usually due to Firewall software. What firewall software do you have and have you taken a look at this forum to see if yours is listed http://forum.universal-devices.com/viewforum.php?f=3 ? If you still experience difficulties, please do not hesitate to contact us and we'll figure it out for you. With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hello Ulrick65, We have not had any problems with 2476Ds regardless of the version. We have had many problems with KeypadLincs ... make sure yours is not 1.5 and 1.6. With kind regards, Michel
  19. Hello Josh, Restore Devices restores whatever is in ISY back into your devices. If you want to start fresh, may I humbly suggest: 1. Factory reset your ISY http://www.universal-devices.com/mwiki/ ... ur_ISY-99i 2. Add devices and this time choose the first option Please do let us know how this works out. With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hello JasonWPB, The issue you are experiencing is very much related to the firewall software you have on your computer. We have resolutions for most firewalls in this forum: http://forum.universal-devices.com/view ... f=3&sid=14 Please do be kind enough to let us if you cannot find your firewall in the forum or if the given resolution does not solve the issues you are experiencing. With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hello jwagner010, Unfortunately, ISY does not track IP changes simply because doing so causes disruption to your other services. We could use STUN to figure out what your IP address is (a service like whatismyip.com) but this protocol is not 100% accurate especially when you are behind NAT (routers). So, as John suggested, the best way would be to have a dynamic dns service which your router updates for you and thus you don't have to worry about it. With kind regards, Michel
  22. Digger, Thank You! With kind regards, Michel

Jim, yes ... you're 100% correct. John, I do take the blame for this interface quirk ... hopefully, one of these days we'll have enough time to totally revamp our GUI! With kind regards, Michel I think what John is reporting is just a little interface quirk. The Add and Save buttons are disabled until you explicitly select "Regular Email" (or another entry) from the list of email providers. -Jim

Hi John, Now that we finally got notifications to work (miraculously), let's get to figure out why you can not add email recipients. Is it the Add function or the Save function that does not work properly? With kind regards, Michel
  25. Michel Kohanim replied to johne's topic in ISY994
Hi johne, Thanks so very much ... this confirms that: a. ISY is able to resolve universal-devices.com b. It actually does send the packet to our server The last test, if you don't mind, would be to include my email address to the list of recipients (tech@universal-devices.com). I really appreciate all the time you are taking to diagnose this issue. With kind regards, Michel
