  1. @ddimit, It's not finding the ISY. Is ISY on the same network? All, Arp etc. require a client software on the browser such as Java. We need to find a solution that does not require any plugins and it's already available in all OSs. The best solution, thus far, is mDNS which is supposedly supported on Windows 10 but we haven't been able to verify. With kind regards, Michel
  2. @superfreq, In the program summary tab, do you have any programs that show 'not loaded' or 'not saved'? Also, is this the case with all your programs, including time related schedules, or just device status change programs? With kind regards, Michel
  3. @MFBra, We are currently certifying for Brazil. With kind regards, Michel
  4. @DreamerI90, I suspect something (MobiLinc or something else) is subscribing to ISY but not unsubscribing. What else do you have that connects to ISY? With kind regards, Michel
  5. @jgcharlotte, How about Tools | Log? With kind regards, Michel
  6. @bilbaomtl, Not that I know of. Does it have cloud APIs? With kind regards, Michel
  7. @sdcrane, Those are instructions for "migration" to v3. It assumes that V2 is already installed and in the app. With kind regards, Michel
  8. @larryllix, are you certain you are hitting the correct host/port? @MWareman , thank you for the details. You commenting out the rc.conf is not going to cause any problems. What UDX does (the service that acts as the bridge between the OS and everything else) is to add "NOAUTO" to disabled interfaces. And, remove pseudo device mappings for WiFi. We are not using and UD specific instructions in rc.conf. So, it'll automatically figure it out. With kind regards, Michel
  9. @DaveStLou, Thank you, got it. @MWareman, All interfaces can be enabled, disabled, configured (static/dhcp/ipv6) via the Admin UI. This said, not sure where to find the "interface metric". With kind regards, Michel
  10. @ulrick65, Apologies for the inconvenience. We added Spanish and Portuguese support for our Skill and it kept failing. It should be back online very shortly. With kind regards, Michel
  11. @DaveStLou and @glarsen, Can you please send your Polisy logs to support@universal-devices.com ? @MexicanRadio, thanks so very much for the feedback. Please send an email to sales@universal-devices.com so that we can extend your warranty due to the loose components inside. 1. Yes, you will be able to configure your WiFi and it will connect to the correct SSID 2. Yes, we are planning to support USB PLM (amongst other things). The problem with USB PLM is that it's Wireless only 3. SD Card slot inside: we don't plan on using it at all. That's the whole point of using SSD instead With kind regards, Michel
  12. Hello all, There seems to be a bug with the latest forced upgrade of our infrastructure by Amazon. We have identified some the issues and added workarounds. Please do keep us posted with your expectations. With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hi Gary, thanks so very much! With kind regards, Michel
  14. @garybixler, Thanks so very much for letting me know. Would you be kind enough to do another: sudo service polyglot restart And, let me know whether or not you still see duplicates? With kind regards, Michel
  15. @thrang, Can you copy/paste the contents? With kind regards, Michel
  16. @asbril, it should be. @MWareman, apologies for not being clear. If you want to install the beta, you must do: sudo pkg delete polyglot sudo pkg install polyglot-beta With kind regards, Michel
  17. @MWareman, We do have 2.2.6 and still testing which should solve some of these issues. If you wish to give it a try: sudo pkg update && sudo pkg upgrade We also made going between dev (beta) and production easier. But, that will require installing polyglot-beta. Also, we have a resize script to give us back the 24GB not currently used on the SSD. With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hi @johnjces, Please send both of your UUIDs to support@universal-devices.com with a link to this post. With kind regard, Michel
  19. @witold, Yes, security risk and we cannot do anything with the backup. It's best to just take a screenshot and paste the screenshot of your programs. In the meantime, please disable both. With kind regards, Michel
  20. @garybixler, Can you please reboot Polisy and let me know whether or not you still get duplicate events. With kind regards, Michel
  21. @DaveStLou, Apologies for not giving you the complete instructions: Once you drop the database, you need to restart polyglot: sudo service polyglot restart With kind regards, Michel
  22. @witold, Do you have any programs that might be in a loop of any sort? With kind regards, Michel
  23. @DaveStLou, If you have no node servers installed, the best thing would be to drop the DB: mongo polyglot --eval "db.dropDatabase()" With kind regards, Michel
  24. @garybixler, Can you please do: ps -aux | grep poly What do you see? I suspect that two instances are running. Or, you could simply unplug Polisy and see whether or not can still control your Tesla. With kind regards, Michel
  25. @garybixler, how about the ISY Portal? With kind regards, Michel
