  1. Hi Gary, you don't need the prefix/suffixes. So, please do: sudo pkg install py-pip sudo pkg install py-cerbot etc. Wtih kind regards, Michel
  2. Hi Gary, please install them: sudo pkg install python , etc. With kind regards, Michel
  3. @garybixler, Thanks so very much for the feedback. Please do make sure you have all the following packages (you don't need the <xxx>/prefix): lang/python37 lang/python3 lang/python security/p5-IO-Socket-SSL devel/git devel/py-pip@py37 misc/polyglot misc/polyglot-beta www/node www/npm security/py-certbot@py37 net/py-netifaces@py37 Wtih kind regards, Michel
  4. @garybixler, Please try the following one more time: sudo pkg update && sudo pkg upgrade With kind regards, Michel
  5. @sanders2222, I suspect .jnlp is not associated with Java. Please try: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Main_Page#admin.jnlp_does_not_start_the_Admin_Console Wtih kind regards, Michel
  6. @Geddy, What error are you getting? Here are the instructions: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY_Portal_Admin_Console With kind regards, Michel
  7. @madcodger, Anything up to 32GB will work. Minimum 2GB. With kind regards, Michel
  8. @The_Penguin, You need to create a scene in ISY and put your controller/responder in that scene. Otherwise, ISY will not know what's happening and what's linked to what: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY-99i/ISY-26_INSTEON:How-To_Guide#Scenes With kind regards, Michel
  9. @MFBra, Yes, translation related + some technical difficulties. With kind regards, Michel
  10. @aresserman@gmail.com, These are simply ISY warning that the socket was not closed by the server. They will eventually clear up BUT they might indicate something more problematic. Please remove all port forwarding rules to ISY and make sure you don't have any parental control/mac address filtering on your router. With kind regards, Michel
  11. @garybixler, we are looking into it. @ddimit, just to be clear, you can ssh to Polisy and can ping isy from within Polisy? With kind regards, Michel
  12. @ddimit, Polyglot uses UDP to find ISY. Are you certain UDP packets can pass through your network? With kind regards, Michel
  13. @ddimit, It's not finding the ISY. Is ISY on the same network? All, Arp etc. require a client software on the browser such as Java. We need to find a solution that does not require any plugins and it's already available in all OSs. The best solution, thus far, is mDNS which is supposedly supported on Windows 10 but we haven't been able to verify. With kind regards, Michel
  14. @superfreq, In the program summary tab, do you have any programs that show 'not loaded' or 'not saved'? Also, is this the case with all your programs, including time related schedules, or just device status change programs? With kind regards, Michel
  15. @MFBra, We are currently certifying for Brazil. With kind regards, Michel
  16. @DreamerI90, I suspect something (MobiLinc or something else) is subscribing to ISY but not unsubscribing. What else do you have that connects to ISY? With kind regards, Michel
  17. @jgcharlotte, How about Tools | Log? With kind regards, Michel
  18. @bilbaomtl, Not that I know of. Does it have cloud APIs? With kind regards, Michel
  19. @sdcrane, Those are instructions for "migration" to v3. It assumes that V2 is already installed and in the app. With kind regards, Michel
  20. @larryllix, are you certain you are hitting the correct host/port? @MWareman , thank you for the details. You commenting out the rc.conf is not going to cause any problems. What UDX does (the service that acts as the bridge between the OS and everything else) is to add "NOAUTO" to disabled interfaces. And, remove pseudo device mappings for WiFi. We are not using and UD specific instructions in rc.conf. So, it'll automatically figure it out. With kind regards, Michel
  21. @DaveStLou, Thank you, got it. @MWareman, All interfaces can be enabled, disabled, configured (static/dhcp/ipv6) via the Admin UI. This said, not sure where to find the "interface metric". With kind regards, Michel
  22. @ulrick65, Apologies for the inconvenience. We added Spanish and Portuguese support for our Skill and it kept failing. It should be back online very shortly. With kind regards, Michel
  23. @DaveStLou and @glarsen, Can you please send your Polisy logs to support@universal-devices.com ? @MexicanRadio, thanks so very much for the feedback. Please send an email to sales@universal-devices.com so that we can extend your warranty due to the loose components inside. 1. Yes, you will be able to configure your WiFi and it will connect to the correct SSID 2. Yes, we are planning to support USB PLM (amongst other things). The problem with USB PLM is that it's Wireless only 3. SD Card slot inside: we don't plan on using it at all. That's the whole point of using SSD instead With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hello all, There seems to be a bug with the latest forced upgrade of our infrastructure by Amazon. We have identified some the issues and added workarounds. Please do keep us posted with your expectations. With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hi Gary, thanks so very much! With kind regards, Michel
