variables inside custom email notifications help
To get a line feed in the email add "<BR>" at the end of th line. I'm not aware of a variable that reflects the status of a program. You could use the status of a device in a program.

@matthewjocko After the update did you clear your java cache and download a new IoX Launcher? What was your firmware version prior to updating?

Replaced PLM - no program, no devices
Try rebooting the ISY again Does your ISY show the PLM as connected? (Tools | Diagnostics | PLM info/status) Under Tools | Diagnostics | Show PLM Links Table, what is your PLM link count? Try doing a restore device on one of your switches. It will write the link tables stored on your SD card to the switch. A restore device does not change anything on the SD card.

Replaced PLM - no program, no devices
@pooderbill All your programs, device info and ISY firmware are stored on the removable SD card in your ISY. After you've cleared your java cache, download the IoX launcher from here, which will place a new launcher icon on your desktop: https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp Once you get everything working be sure to make an ISY backup. Also verify that you have the PLM plugged into port A in your ISY.

Switch Turns Off, But Not On via ISY
To add what @Guy Lavoie suggested, when factory resetting the switch you need to keep the button pressed until the beeping stops. If the reset was successful the load will turn on. I doubt that the switch is defective. It sounds more like a communication issue between the PLM and the switch

Switch Turns Off, But Not On via ISY
Attached is the manual for the 2486D. Factory reset instructions are on page 16 and 17 The 1011 means that the PLM is not communicating with the device and that there are pending links to be written to the device. 2486D 8 button dimmer manual.pdf

Switch Turns Off, But Not On via ISY
You don't have to put it into the linking mode for a restore device If you've recently added new electricial devices to your home they could be the source of the noise. If after you've tried all of the above and you're still having issues let me know and I'll send you more troubleshooting suggestions
-
Switch Turns Off, But Not On via ISY
Right click on the Keypad in your device tree then click on restore device If that doesn't resolve the issue then you can try doing a factory reset on the Keypad followed by a restore device. If the these two options don't work then it's possible you have poor communications between the ISY and the Keypad, possibly due to noise on your powerline.

Shades only go to 53% responding to ON
@kk6ou The Graber shades use the Somfy motors. What you need to do is set the open and closed positions you want using the remote that came with the shades, you may have to press a button on the shade motors in order to write those positions to the motor memory. Check your documentation. SWF Motorization App and Gateway : Support Center 73's
