  1. Anytime a condition in the IF statement changes, the IF statement is reevaluated. If all the IF conditions are true the THEN clause would run. If not all of the IF conditions are true the ELSE clause would run
  2. The device in not made by insteon. It's a Smartenit relay. Smartenit appears to have gone out of business. The manual is attached. Ir appears that the ISY is unable to communicate with the Smartenit modem. Perhaps someone on the forum may have more suggestions for you. I'm not aware of any device currently available that's comparable to the Smartenit. ezio8sa_quick-start.pdf

@Michel Kohanim Is Zwave LR currently supported in the Zmatter dongle. if not, will it be in a future update?
  4. @skydvrz I had issues with the Earthlink ISP. Are you sending messages in HTML or TEXT format?
  5. @MarkJames Also take a look at this thread https://forum.universal-devices.com/topic/43905-state-variable/#comment-385381
  6. It's possible that the eisy needs to sync with the time server. Be sure the eisy is conected to the internet. It may take a while to sync.
  7. @IndyMike My thinking was that link tables may be missing. He never mentioned whether or not the admin console showed the on status when the sensor was activated, If so then it should also show up in the log.
  8. If you used both the eisy and the polisy, each with a PLM, you would have a PLM link capicity of about 4000 Insteon links. If your PLM memory is filling up then by doing a factory reset on the PLM and a restore PLM, you should gain additional memory in the PLM as deleted data usually remains in the PLM taking up memory If you do a PLM link count, ideally when the system is not active, you can get a fairly good idea of how much space you have available. If you currently don't have Zwave devices and just now adding Zigbee then one Zmatter dongle should suffice. You could add repeaters in order to cover the entire house.
  9. Install jumper 5 (remote management) Select ON commands only in the ISY Put the sensor into linking mode and then click on write updates to device. The ON command should then show up in the log.

@Javi I have device (door) in my favorites. I use state variables and advanced status configuration to determine if the door is open or closed. When I open favorites the door status isn't properly displayed until I press on the door icon. If I set the display node to the device rather than to the state variable then the device status displays correctly when the favorites screen is opened. Is there a way I have the door status correctly display using a state variable rather than the (battery operated) device
  11. If you can turn on the front lawn sprinklers by clicking on the device in the device tree then you don't need to re-install the device. Try right clicking on the device then click on restore device. That will update the device link tables with the data stored in your controller.

My bad, I didn't see the strike through on the small screen.
  13. Attached is an interesting paper comparing the various technologies. It was written a while ago but is still relevant. On page 37 it mentions that a Zwave network only supports one master controller. About how many Insteon devices do you have? Insteon compared.pdf
  14. You can't change the frequency, it's determined by the Country you reside in. Not sure if adding a second Zmatter board would create a conflict. The eisy should be able to support a large network. Are you experiencing an out of memory issue, or are you maxed out of the number of nodes that can be supported?

    Android 14
  16. If your email is configured as TEXT try changing it to HTML, if it's configured as HTML try TEXT
  17. @Beaker There's no logical reason why the above program shouldn't work. If you can turn on the sprinklers by turning on the device in the device tree, then the Sprinkler Controller is compatible with your eisy/polisy and firmware. When you run the then clause does the device tree show it running (solid green)?
  18. I't's probably best to submit a support ticket
  19. @ELA Is the issue with IR sensors (infrared sensor) or Motion Sensors? If it's with the motion sensors, are you referring to the older Motion Sensor 1 or the Motion Sensor 2? If you're referring to the older Motion Sensor you should have Jumper 5 (remote management) installed
  20. Try removing power from the eisy for a few minutes then boot it up. If that doesn't resolve the issue then it's best to submit a support ticket
  21. @Kevin Try uninstalling the Bluetooth Service, then reinstall it. The service has a glitch or two. UD is aware of the problem and is working on a fix.
  22. Excellent, now on to the next issue.............
  23. @Kevin I experienced the same issues you're having. I restarted the audio player service and the bluetooth service , paired my speakers, then rebooted my eisy and everything returned to normal After the reboot make sure the audio player output is selected to Bluetooth and the Bluetooth service is set to enabled.
  24. @Kevin There is a known bug in the Bluetooth service. An eisy/polisy reboot will usually give you a temporary fix. After the reboot make sure your audio player output has bluetooth selected.
  25. After you upgraded did you clear your java cache, checking all 3 boxes, then download the IoX Launcher from here: https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp
