  1. The serial cable, with the DB9 connector, that shipped with the 2413S PLM is black and thinner than an Ethernet cable.
  2. @roberthleeii When you move your serial PLM over to the Polisy from the ISY you'll also need the serial cable that shipped with the PLM. The PLM MUST connect to the DB9 connector on the Polisy. If you don't have the cable there are cables available online.
  3. Do you have the two switches in a scene? If not, create a scene and place both switches in the scene as controllers Which switch is the bulb getting its power from, the one that works or the other one? On the switch that's not supplying power to the bulb, the red lead should be capped off.
  4. @btreinders What firmware and UI version are you running on the Polisy Are use using the Zooz ZST10 700 USB dongle, and not the 500?
  5. Upon completion of a factory reset on a switch the load should turn on, if it didn't then either you didn't do a factory reset or the switch and/or wiring is problematic. Click on the link below for access to 5.3.4. It will be a manual update. Even though it says it's a beta release, it is the best release to date. Be sure to READ all the release notes before you do the update.
  6. @LMcGrath Firmware version 4.7.3, which is what you said you're using, is an old, outdated version. If you're not using Zwave and only using Insteon then you should update to the current ISY firmware version 5.3.4. Be sure to read the installation notes BEFORE you update. This release contains improvements and bug fixes. After the update be sure to clear your Java cache, including applications and then download the ISY Launcher.
  7. To find the firmware version of the Z-wave dongle, set your event viewer to level 3 and click on Z-wave | Z-wave version in the admin console. The firmware version will then display in the event viewer.
  8. Do a factory reset on the switch, then do a restore device.
  9. There's no interaction between the ISY and the Polisy so one has no effect on the other unless you reset your PLM What is your ISY firmware and UI version? Make sure that your PLM is plugged into Port A on the ISY Remove the power from the PLM, remove power from the ISY Then power up the PLM, wait about 30 seconds then power up the ISY Let me know if it's now working.
  10. Program #1 IF Time is Sunset THEN turn on light ELSE ------------------------- Program #2 IF Time is 10:00 pm THEN turn off light ELSE If your switches don't turn on the light when you manually press them then you most likely have them wired incorrectly For the switch that works manually, but not with the computer, either you have a communications issue between the PLM and the switch or your admin console is not set up correctly Assuming that you have an ISY994, What version of the ISY firmware and UI are you running?
  11. Do an exclude / include. Start with the device closest to the Polisy and work out from there. If the devices are included in programs, make sure you have a list as you will probably have to update the programs after the exclude/include process. Currently there's no migration option to move Z-wave devices from the ISY to the Polisy, the only option is to exclude from the ISY, then include in the Polisy
  12. It could be a glitch in the MyQ server or the Node server. I'd contact the node server developer to see if they are aware of any issues. It's probably going to be a process of elimination.
  13. I'm not that familiar with MyQ, how does it interface with the ISY?
  14. Try doing a factory reset on the switch, then a restore device.
  15. Are you using the MyQ smartphone app, it's possible the command is coming from the Myq server.
  16. Assuming that the devices were installed in the ISY, did you first Exclude them from the ISY before you tried to Include them in the Polisy? It's possible that they still have some old link tables.
  17. Anyone know if the sunset/sunrise data in the real time clock in the Insteon Hub will still update, or does it require the now non-existent server? I'm checking for a friend.
  18. Try doing a factory reset on the device then a link
  19. @shunsader Are you planning on using Z-wave or Insteon or both? Do you have the ISY994 and a serial PLM, or a Polisy and PLM? The 300 series dongle has since been replaced with the 500 series For the ISY with the 300 series you should use the 5.0.16c firmware. For the ISY with the 500 series dongle you should use the 5.3.4 firmware
  20. Did you try rebooting the Polisy with the dongle plugged in? This adapter work well with the Polisy, and keeps the dongle free from obstructions https://www.amazon.com/USB-Male-Female-Extension-Adapter/dp/B07QYS3FD8/ref=sr_1_5?keywords=usb%2Bright%2Bangle%2Badapter&qid=1651770873&sprefix=usb%2Bright%2Bangle%2Badapter%2Caps%2C123&sr=8-5&th=1
  21. @BMersereau It's highly unusual for an ISY994 to fail, what could fail is the power supply or the SD card, both of which can easily be replaced. What exactly are you experiencing with the ISY?
  22. The ISY uses an internal Z-wave dongle. If when you bought the ISY it included Z-wave then you either have the 300 or 500 series dongle included.. The Polisy uses an external Z-wave dongle, currently the Zooz ZST10 700, which you could have ordered it with the Polisy or you can buy one from either UDI or Amazon. 80 feet is pushing the limits between your controller and your first Z-wave device. The 700 series devices have a much greater range than the 500 or 300 series. It also depends what the first Z-wave device closest to the controller is, 300, 500, or 700 series device.
  23. @oskrypuch Do you know if it installs a separate node for each sound option?
  24. What do you see when you open the ISY Launcher?
  25. Clear your Java cache, including applications, then download the ISY Launcher https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp
