  1. How are you trying g to get into PG3x? In your browser you need to enter https://xxx.xxx.x.xxx:3000. Is that what you are doing?
  2. If you are up for it, try shutting down Polisy, remove power from Polisy for a bit and then start up. See if you can get in to PG3x again. If you can and the node servers are not running, try and start them. If they won't start, try reinstalling one in the same slot. There is an option after clicking on install to reinstall in the same slot. Do not uninstall the existing node server, just try to reinstall and start.

You indicated the latest Java version is installed, I did the update yesterday and my Java is build 1.8.0_371-b11. Does that match what you have?
  4. The current version of Java is build 1.8.0_371-b11. At least for Windows. I did the update yesterday. I initially got an error code and had to follow the provided link to download an upgrade file separately. I followed instructions and all was well. I then updated to firmware v5.6.0.
  5. Factory Reset ISY Use a sharp object to push in the Reset Button till the RX, TX, Mem, Error lights start blinking (every second) Hold for at least 30 seconds until all of the the RX, TX, Mem, Error lights turn off and Mem light starts flashing quickly Release and wait for system reboot (reboot is complete when Mem light stops flashing) Factory Reset PLM Remove PLM from power for at least 10 seconds. Press the black set button and continue to hold it while you insert it back into the 120 VAC power.
  6. Try 1 press of the multi function button. Wait at least 15 minutes then clear Java cache, delete all applets (all 3 boxes) and download a new start.jnlp. You can also check here: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Eisy:User_Guide#Can't_Find_eisy
  7. With a serial adapter wiring kit that UD offers, the PLM can be a spare for eisy. As for the ISY, it is at end of life, but you can use it as you wish.
  8. Good job, it's what I would have suggested.
  9. Ok, so there is no additional activity happening in the log? If that is the case, then you can reboot. You can use the multi function button, 5 presses will reboot eisy. After rebooting, wait about 15 minutes, then you need to clear your Java cache and delete all three check boxes. Next download a new start.jnlp from https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp After downloading, run it and you will get a new IoX Launcher icon on your desktop. If, after obtaining a new IoX Launcher you can not fi d eisy, follow this guide: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Eisy:User_Guide#Can't_Find_eisy
  10. What do you mean by stopped? The log you posted is showing updates happening. Try coping and pasting the log here.
  11. You can ssh in and then run: sudo tail -f /var/udx/logs/log Don't forget, after the upgrade you need to reboot.
  12. It depends on how old the current packages are. Could be a few .minutes, could be 30 minutes. The instructions had a command to ssh in and monitor the progress.
  13. My Schlage lock is a FE469 and the status updates in IoX just fine. I can add/delete user codes from admin console or at the lock. Not sure what you mean" by hand"? The upgrade notes for v5.6.0 has some instructions for lock issues, did you follow the guidance in the instructions and follow up with an Interview? While it is mentioned in the upgrade post, there is more info here:
  14. The directions you should be following to migrate Alexa are here: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY_Portal_Migrate_configurations_to_a_new_ISY First, make sure you are following them exactly. On which step are you running in to issues?
  15. DennisC replied to SHM's topic in IoX Support
You might need to increase Java memory, instructions are in the wiki. Here is the link: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Main_Page#Admin_Console_is_very_slow_or_hangs
  16. A portal license allows you to connect to your system without port forwarding. You can check your license buy following the directions for renewal here: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY_Portal_Renewal_Instructions A portal license is also required if you want to take advantage of node servers or voice services such as Alexa or Google.
  17. I know you said ISY, but just to confirm, you are on an ISY994? Iif so, there were several issues over the weekend that required UD intervention, see the following: maybe this one too
  18. DennisC replied to peekay's topic in IoX Support
Try shutting down Polisy, removing power, waiting several minutes and then powering it back up. Are you on the latest v5.5.9 firmware and are you using the Launcher to access the admin console? Make sure you have the Insteon support box checked on the Configuration tab. I'm not clear on a few things, have you restored a backup to Polisy or are you starting fresh? If Insteon was working on Polisy, have you restored your PLM?
  19. DennisC replied to n4bos's topic in ISY994
You are going to want to follow the migration instructions here: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Eisy:User_Guide#Migration
  20. I'm wondering if this is an extension of the certificate issue others are having on their ISY994? I would suggest opening a support ticket with UD.
  21. DennisC replied to n4bos's topic in ISY994
Open a support ticket with UD and include the error message details. You will need their assistance to clear this up
  22. DennisC replied to n4bos's topic in ISY994
Hmm, makes me wonder, I would suggest ruling it out by replacing it again.
  23. DennisC replied to n4bos's topic in ISY994
Check the error lights on the front of the ISY. You can find the correct light state in the wiki. If you can get in again, take a backup. Also, try changing the power supply.
  24. DennisC replied to n4bos's topic in ISY994
If you haven't already, try rebooting your ISY.
  25. DennisC replied to n4bos's topic in ISY994
If still no luck after disabling both, try this: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Main_Page#Admin_Console_is_very_slow_or_hangs
