Support thread: IoX 5.6.0 Release
The current version of Java is build 1.8.0_371-b11. At least for Windows. I did the update yesterday. I initially got an error code and had to follow the provided link to download an upgrade file separately. I followed instructions and all was well. I then updated to firmware v5.6.0.

With a serial adapter wiring kit that UD offers, the PLM can be a spare for eisy. As for the ISY, it is at end of life, but you can use it as you wish.

Eisy Upgrade packages - How long to complete?
Good job, it's what I would have suggested.

Eisy Upgrade packages - How long to complete?
Ok, so there is no additional activity happening in the log? If that is the case, then you can reboot. You can use the multi function button, 5 presses will reboot eisy. After rebooting, wait about 15 minutes, then you need to clear your Java cache and delete all three check boxes. Next download a new start.jnlp from https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp After downloading, run it and you will get a new IoX Launcher icon on your desktop. If, after obtaining a new IoX Launcher you can not fi d eisy, follow this guide: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Eisy:User_Guide#Can't_Find_eisy

Eisy Upgrade packages - How long to complete?
It depends on how old the current packages are. Could be a few .minutes, could be 30 minutes. The instructions had a command to ssh in and monitor the progress.

More Schlage ZWave Plus Problems (BE469 ZP)
My Schlage lock is a FE469 and the status updates in IoX just fine. I can add/delete user codes from admin console or at the lock. Not sure what you mean" by hand"? The upgrade notes for v5.6.0 has some instructions for lock issues, did you follow the guidance in the instructions and follow up with an Interview? While it is mentioned in the upgrade post, there is more info here:

Can't open admin console anymore
I know you said ISY, but just to confirm, you are on an ISY994? Iif so, there were several issues over the weekend that required UD intervention, see the following: maybe this one too

IoX Migration
Try shutting down Polisy, removing power, waiting several minutes and then powering it back up. Are you on the latest v5.5.9 firmware and are you using the Launcher to access the admin console? Make sure you have the Insteon support box checked on the Configuration tab. I'm not clear on a few things, have you restored a backup to Polisy or are you starting fresh? If Insteon was working on Polisy, have you restored your PLM?

ISY994 Icons go grey and File-link management-tools-help unresponsive
I'm wondering if this is an extension of the certificate issue others are having on their ISY994? I would suggest opening a support ticket with UD.

Launcher not working
Open a support ticket with UD and include the error message details. You will need their assistance to clear this up
-
Launcher not working
Hmm, makes me wonder, I would suggest ruling it out by replacing it again.
-
Launcher not working
Check the error lights on the front of the ISY. You can find the correct light state in the wiki. If you can get in again, take a backup. Also, try changing the power supply.
-
Launcher not working
If you haven't already, try rebooting your ISY.
