Echo and Fanlinc
I have no difficulty with, "Alexa, turn fan (low|medium|high) on." Not the best of linguistics, but it flows easily enough.

ISY Portal says device is offline
I had the same experience. Reboot (from the Configuration menu) restored all functionality.

Help With program
Without the parentheses, as TrojanHorse suggested, the program will run during the indicated time if "1 car Garage MS-Sensor" is triggered OR anytime any one of the other sensors is triggered. If From 11:00:00PM To Sunrise (next day) And ( Status '1 car Garage MS-Sensor' is On Or Status '2 Car Garage MS-Sensor' is On Or Status 'Lower Deck MS-Sensor' is On )

Monitoring Dryer with 240v Large Plug
Many modern washers use virtually no power when switching between cycles.

Add a Remotelinc
Most of my 2440 RemoteLincs added when about 30' from the PLM. One required that it be more than 40' away. The only requirement is that the RemoteLinc be within range of any dual-band device. That works also to clear any !

"New Scenes" in Alexa .. same as Insteon scenes?
The scenes mentioned have nothing to do with the ISY. The closest is the skill for the Insteon Hub which, until now, did not handle scenes created with the Hub. The ISY portal has been able to control scenes from the beginning.

2486D 5-button KPL scenes
I have often found that scenes that didn't quite work when I created them, did so later. It's GremLincs. They usually travel in bands of two, thus dual-band GremLincs.

6-Button KeyPad - Reverse Lighted Button
You can adjust the LED brightness on KeypadLincs so that the On button is illuminated enough to see in the dark.

"Open failed" message in event viewer
Unless the message recurs or you have a communication difficulty, you could probably ignore it.

LED Tea Candle Lights
But the power supply is not a lamp!

"Open failed" message in event viewer
Are you having difficulty with the OutletLinc Dimmer?

2-Wire Switch Controlling Ceiling Fan
TrojanHorse, I agree that double-tapping any Insteon device or button sends a fast on/fast off. But your approach would require all programs and no scenes. Is that what you have? If not, why only for the FanLinc?

2-Wire Switch Controlling Ceiling Fan
The Owner's manual explains the beeper. The ISY controls the option.

2-Wire Switch Controlling Ceiling Fan
Set buttons on most devices are not needed when creating scenes/link with the ISY. An exception is battery powered devices. It's important the let the installer know that the load (red) wire on the KPL should be capped (i.e., not used). The KPL requires line and neutral only. And ground, for safety, if the box is not metal/grounded.

Reliable Last Run Time scheduling?
See my reply to your other post regarding a 9 min ramp rate.
-
Ramp Rates not being honored?
Setting the ramp rate to 9 min is equivalent to 0.1 sec ramp rate. The reason is that Insteon eliminated the 9 min ramp rate years ago, but the ISY maintains that value in the event that a user still has an older device that supported that ramp rate. The maximum current ramp rate is 8 min. Any rate beyond that duration is ignored. Note that the ramp rate is calculated from full on (or off) to full off (or on). If the current On-level is 50%, the the effective ramp rate is half the value selected.

My house sold...please help!
The OP indicated the all Insteon devices will remain in place and function as standard wired switches (e.g., no links/scenes).

Exterior motion detector
One solution is to get a standard motion sensing outdoor fixture and connect the sensor to a Micro On/Off Module sense #1 wire. Connect the lamp socket(s) to the Micro Module load connection. OTOH, one user reported that the Insteon Motion Sensor somehow got knocked off an disappeared in the snow. Some time later, when found, it still worked.

Low Voltage Deck Lighting Control
The I/O Linc is a relay. There's no need for both an I/O Linc and a relay.

Low Voltage Deck Lighting Control
No matter the protocol, if you want to control four separate zones, then you need four separate controllers. Even HVAC works that way (i.e., a thermostat for each zone). Once that's done, then you can probably use one device to control each of the zone controllers, for example, a KeypadLinc. An Insteon I/O Linc can control up to 30V @ 5 amps, but you'll need one for each zone.

Considering going all-in with the Amazon Echo Dot. Will it work with the ISY994i?
Insteon IRLinc transmitters work. However, volume is a reserved word so you can't use it.
