  1. In the Add a New Device area. In the drop down list. [01.07] (2456D2) Icon LampLinc 2 pin. Shouldn't that be (2856D2)?
  2. I was adding some modules to my setup. So that My Lighting would show the devices firmware revision. Then deleting the modules in My Lighting. The PLM count was higher than before. I believe the links marked as deleted where still counted. When I did a restore PLM the count went back to what I expected.
  3. Yes I have both a SynchroLinc and an iMeterSolo. Both are sitting in their boxes unused. UDI fixed the enrollment problem a long time ago. I just didn't get any motivation to try them. I added the SynchroLinc as a test and it shows. Both the Is Controller For and the Is Responder To entries. Along with the options tab to set trip points and dead band before toggling an On or Off as the current changed.

    ISY-26 Problem

Do you have a firewall or anti virus that recently updated? I know that Avast 6.0.1289 made some problems for me and there are a few threads here on what fixes we found out. Here is one of the threads. viewtopic.php?f=3&t=6933
  5. I believe there is a thread here on how to do it also.
  6. There are no higher wattage device in the Pro Line that I can find. The Pro Line products have a different model number but most are the same as the DIY ones. There are a few special devices. Like a small computer like controller and active phase bridge. I believe they do get Pro Line prices but may also have to handle any warranty claims. The higher wattage was thought of because it was not a residential installation and the total wattage supported. Had to include the highest wattage bulbs the fixture could handle times the number of bulbs being controlled. Even if you didn't use the highest wattage bulb it was rated for.
  7. Installed without any problems.

    IYS99

Refresh? What is not happening that needs a refresh? Are you running any Anti virus or Firewall software? If you are. What program and revision. We know that the latest Avast Free causes problems with the ISY99i displaying things and have fixes for it. Zone Alarm also needs a entry in the Trusted Zone for the IP address being used.
  9. Is it the free version or the added features version? I have no problems with the free version 6.0.1289 but if they have updated again. I also may get an unwanted surprise.
  10. There is an older thread over in the mControl Forums on using an ISY26/99i. http://www.embeddedautomation.com/forum ... php?t=1149
  11. I looked at the mControl V3 features file and it lists the following Insteon Interfaces. 2414U,2414S PLCs. 2412U and 2413U USB PLMs. The 2412S and 2413S serial PLMs are not listed. I believe I did see your post over in their forums. I hope they can give you added information on your setup.
  12. The wiki has lots of good information in it. http://www.universal-devices.com/mwiki/ ... =Main_Page The Full Users Manual is here, if you have not downloaded a copy yet. http://www.universal-devices.com/docs/i ... rguide.pdf
  13. The Pro Line modules should be compatibale. Many of them are the same modules with different part numbers. Starting with a 47?? Though a few modules are Pro only. Like a Active power line coupler for phase coupling. http://www.smartproline.com/4700.html Central Controller. http://www.smartproline.com/4706.html http://www.smartproline.com/products.html
  14. No suggestions. Math error somewhere on Smarthome/Smartlabs specifications. My point was you frequently see a different wattage rating for pure resistive loads like hearers and incandescent type bulbs.
  15. Incandescent bulbs when first turned on produces a surge current until the filament in the bulb warms up. You frequently see a pure resistive and incandescent bulb rating a different value.
  16. This link is from the Simplehomenet forums. On adding their devices to your ISY99i http://www.simplehomenet.com/forum/view ... f=39&t=800
  17. Did you add the new switches to My Lighting and then use the replace function to remove the old switches and add the new ones? If not the old links are still in the KeypadLinc and not the replacement ones.
  18. You may want to submit a trouble ticket to UDI or call them. http://www.universal-devices.com/supp_contact.htm Any of the LEDs on the unit flashing?
  19. You may want to read this thread. Where Illusion used a xpalpower XP2000 for an extended power supply for an ISY99i. Though it may have been when the PLMs where the 2412S that supplied power to the iSY99i through the interface cable and not the external DC input used with the 2413S PLM. viewtopic.php?f=25&t=2673&hilit=XP2000
  20. I believe I read here a super cap. That holds it for around six hours. It does go on the net and reset the time. As my six day power loss with Hurricane Irene and the Halloween snow storm three day power loss. Resulted in some restarting actions and then the date and time where correct. My biggest problem was my router rebooting slower than my ISY99i. So I held the power off the ISY99i and PLM for a few seconds.
  21. Avast's update bit me also.
  22. The 2443 Access Points should be fine. One question. The 2444A3 is the single button RL2 model. Did you pick the correct model from the list. There are three. The single On Off button, the four scene and the eight scene models. http://www.smarthome.com/2444A3WH/Remot ... tch/p.aspx
  23. I have had a few hw 1.3 ApplianceLincs fail. All where double stacked and very warm to the touch.
  24. The way I have seen the numbering go. It will be a 3.1.??.
  25. In the configuration tab. See if Catchup Schedules at Restart is checked. If the last scheduled event was an off. It is possible the ISY99i ran through the schedules to catch up and turned them off. If they are recent revision ApplianceLincs or Icon O/Off adapters. That is a different story. They now default to Off upon power restoration.
