  1. Hi Chuck, I am so very sorry to hear. Please note that all Skills will be migrated to their Smart Home APIs (no more Connected Home) for which we have submitted for certification. I think after the migration (early May) things are going to go back to normal. In all cases, we do keep sending Amazon feedback. With kind regards, Michel
  2. Hi Chuck, I am so very sorry. Please take a look at the attached. With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hello all, For me, things have gotten just a little better. Anyone else experiencing improvements? Now, it's back to just saying "Ok" and not get into a loop of "there's no x in Michel's profile". With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hi Techman, The only reason would be if the Java cache is cleared during the process. With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hi Guys, No, I haven't. I shall do so tonight. Things were a little better last night! But, just a little. With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hi Stu, Thanks so very much for the feedback! With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hi Xathros, Echo: 3202 Dots: 3202 They are all 3202 ... quite strange to say the least! With kind regards, Michel
  8. Thanks Gerry. Quick comments: 1. What happens if you remove the following from Program 2: $Time_of_day = 40 $Entertaining_mode = 0 $Cleaner_Present = 0 2. What happens if you remove the following from Program 3: Run Program 'Set Away Patrol' With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hi Gerry, Something definitely wrong unless the queue is filled up with events: 1. Programs run based on events that are in the queue 2. Events are pulled off from the queue on a first come first serve basis 3. Programs that work on Z-Wave/Insteon, wait for its completion 4. If programs create more events, then they will go on a queue to be processed So, the main question is: what are these separate programs doing? With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hi ahwman, I am also experiencing Alexa being dazed and confused (I don't have these issues with Dots). It's now replying back with "turned on x" instead of "ok" but randomly. Then, I get "I cannot find x in Michel's profile" + a lot of other anomalies. With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hello all, The Wiki has: Turn On: “Alexa, turn on the kitchen light” - works for devices, scenes, and programs (runs Then) Turn Off: “Alexa, turn off the kitchen light” - works for devices, scenes, and programs (runs Else) Can you please let me know which link are using with the wrong information. stusviews, are you using Dot or Echo when you say "open"? cyberk, which do you use? I can tell you that I have been having quite interesting issues with Echo vs. Dot. Dots, work perfectly all the time. Echo, on the other hand, seems to be dazed and confused. Recently, it responds either with Ok or "turned on/off x" or "can't find x in Michel's profile", or starts playing music, and all other random confusions that have no resemblance with Connected Home APIs. Again, I do not have any of these issues with the Dots. And, thus my question about Echo vs. Dot. With kind regards, Michel
  12. Hello all, Thanks so very much! At the moment, something is making incessant subscription requests. We have put a temporary fix till we figure out why this is happening. With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hi Jon, Thanks so very much. I checked the portal logs and everything is looking fantastic. This said, I must admit that recently I have been plagued with Echo being unreliable and do strange things: 1. Two Dots work perfectly every time 2. The Echo, on the other hand, is now responding with "Turned on x" instead of "Ok". And, in some cases, and for the same device, it keeps saying "I cannot find x in Michel's profile" or "that command does not work with x" or a simple beep (as if it didn't understand it even though the app says it did). Note that this behavior is very much like the Skill's behavior and not connected home Something very strange is going on. Hopefully we'll hear back from Amazon soon. With kind regards, Michel Michel
  14. Hello everyone, Amazon has been extremely helpful and professional. They were going to take a look and let us know. I shall keep you posted. With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi Jon, Can you please check your error log? All systems have been 100% up and we have had no resource usage above the ordinary. With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hello all, Just a quick update: we had a very good call with Amazon on Friday. I made sure to mention the issues related to names not being recognized and the answer was that they specifically train Alexas with certain names and others may not work. I explained that they used to work and was promised that they would take a look at the document and see what may have contributed to this issue. Please note that all Connected Home features are now called Smart Home Skill (different API) which also includes thermostats and other things. We are working to implement them as we speak. All this said, I do suspect we'll have some disruptions and intermittent issues as they move their APIs. With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hello everyone, I suspect it's Amazon ... everything is fine on our side including memory utilization and cpu. With kind regards, Michel

Hello everyone, There were incessant subscription calls in the portal (http://forum.universal-devices.com/topic/18744-04-11-2016-615-am-est-the-portal-appears-to-be-down/?p=174848) and we think that may be the root cause. We are currently investigating and your help and feedback is extremely invaluable to us. With kind regards, Michel
  19. Hello all, I am so very sorry for the trouble. For those of you have had this issue, can you tell me: 1. Was https://my.isy.iodown? 2. Was Echo down? 3. Do you use MobiLinc? If not, what app are you using? We found incessant subscriptions to the portal and think that may have been the root cause. The only clients we know that currently subscribe are: 1. MobiLinc 2. Admin Console 3. eKeypad 4. Agave Are you using any of the above? If so, how were they behaving? With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hi rehills, Thanks so very much for letting us know! With kind regards, Michel
  21. Michel Kohanim replied to marcin's topic in ISY994
Hi marcin, I know Steve contacted you yesterday. Has this been resolved? With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hi mapeter, Unfortunately not! With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hi rehills, All systems have been stable and fully functional since the last production release. Is it simply not responding or do you get any other errors? With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hi jimlamb1944, If you have a good backup, you can factory reset ISY and then restore your backup. Once prompted to change your network settings, choose no. With kind regards, Michel
  25. By the way, we made the change and waiting to push to production during our next maintenance schedule. With kind regards, Michel
