  1. Hi apache5, You don't have to do anything as long as they are both linked to the same Amazon account. i.e. it should work automatically. With kind regards, Michel
  2. Hi Ross, Most probably not since program names are static and not loaded into memory (due to memory constraints) and ISY does not know anything about them. With kind regards, Michel
  3. Dear ISY Portal Subscribers, ISY Portal is scheduled for a minor maintenance release on Sunday 04/10/2016 from 2:00 AM till 4:00 AM PDT. We do apologize for any inconvenience. With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hi Ross, Definitely something on the roadmap. We just have to figure out whether or not we should spend more time on Admin Console. With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hi am385, Do you have multiple monitors? With kind regards, Michel

  9. Hello everyone, Sincere apologies for all the interruptions. The proxy was indeed going off and on with max memory usage. Although stabilized, we continue monitoring. Again sincere apologies. With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hello everyone, We are looking into the issue that Xathros might be having. With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hi jerlands, No, Z-Wave version does NOT delete the modem. It only ignores it if it's not connected unlike the INSTEON version which goes into safe mode. With kind regards, Michel
  12. Hello everyone, Most probably related to Kasperksy: http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Main_Page#Admin_Console_Closes_Automatically With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hi apostolakisl, Subscription is from ISY to the plugin (client) and not the other way around. ISY will definitely close all http connections if it does not have keep-alive (and after 2 seconds). So, if the plugin completely loses connection to ISY and cannot recover, then the issue is that either can no longer find ISY OR that ISY is too busy to respond. With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hi apostolakisl, You do not need to have subscriptions to ISY at all. With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi Rich, Thanks so very much! With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hi Stu, The issue is that the browser keeps Amazon cookies. What you need to do is to close all your browsers and redo the linking step using the correct accounts. With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hi smokegrub, On MAC: http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Main_Page#Admin_Console_icon_does_not_appear_on_the_desktop With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hi BillB66, Those errors are definitely related to Authentication. By not working, what's the error? Do you see anything else in the error log? With kind regards, Michel
  19. Hello all, Just a note: regular ZigBee radios operate at 2.4Ghz just like WiFi (500 and 900 Mhz are rare). With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hi BillB66, Those error are related to a client trying to log into ISY with invalid username/password. With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hi apache5, I totally agree with you: we should come up with an easier way of uninstalling modules, transferring them, and removing them. This manual process is not very efficient especially when it falls on the weekends. With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hi Leon, Unfortunately only the utilities can force the Smart Meter change channels. With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hi DIYguy, You do need to unlink from INSTEON (under connected home). Then, Forget All, and finally followed up by Discover Devices. With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hi ergodic, You can also do: http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Configure_Firewall_Software#Kaspersky With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hi MustangChris04, We have not heard back from Amazon for over 3 weeks now. I guess they are way too busy with Nest and other big players. As such, I really do not know the answer. With kind regards, Michel
