  1. Hi switzch, There's an issue in MobiLinc providing an invalid URL. We are putting a workaround for it and, if we don't run into any issues, it should be available shortly. With kind regards, Michel
  2. Hi Richard, Yes, Flex Alert is an energy conservation paradigm for CA utilities. Sorry. With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hello everyone, thanks so very much for your invaluable input. Hi Richard, At a very simplistic level, all events in ISY go through a queue (FIFO) and the program task reads from the queue. So, there will never be a situation when two events are processed at the same time by ISY. Operator precedence is exactly like the corresponding programming languages that you are familiar with including () and short circuit for & and | . With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hi Adaptel, Although I agree with you alas there's really no way for us to figure this out utilizing the APIs given to us. Personally - and although subjective - I agree with you that devices should resume to whatever level they were before the power outage. The main question is: now that they don't, what can be done to mitigate the risks. With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hi 502ss, I am so very sorry for the confusion. Here's the background: 1. 5.0.x is dedicated to Variable enhancements (as larryllix posted above), Virtual Nodes, and Z-Wave Multi Channel. These are major surgeries in the code and, as you may have seen, it has taken a long time. Since a) 5.0x will be beta quality and we cannot just wait and see when 5.0.x becomes GA, we decided to continue to have a parallel path in 4.3+ 2. 4.3+ is stable and pretty much GA quality. We added needed features and bug fixes (such as Font size, intermediate certificates, etc.) to both 4.3.x and 5.0.x (dual maintain). This way, we can have a stable release without 5.0x things while we work on 5.0x 3. ISY Portal is available on both and Echo should be available on both. In short, whatever is in 4.3+ will be available in the next code drop for 5.0x If you have a mission critical application and you don't care about virtual nodes and variable enhancements, I suggest staying on the 4.3+ branch. With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hello everyone, We heard back from Amazon. They have an internal technical issue they are trying to resolve. With kind regards, Michel
  7. madcodger, I do not have an ETA. Sorry. With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hi Harold, Please do be kind enough to submit a ticket (links below) and we'd be delighted to walk you through it. With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hi kck, I think that's a good idea. With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hello all, Unfortunately nothing yet and no words whatsoever. With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hi baabm, I agree. Can you right mouse click on the main button and choose | Group devices. How many nodes appear underneath? With kind regards, Michel
  12. Hi baabm, How many devices/scenes do you have? You might have reached the limit of the number of nodes on your unit. Before you remove things, try adding a new scene. If it does not get created, then you have reached the max number of nodes and must upgrade to PRO. With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hello everyone, Are we talking about a topic or a forum in and of itself devoted to Echo? If the latter, I am afraid it will just make our already long forum even longer. But, I am open to it as long as one (or more) people will agree to be the moderators for it. With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hi madcodger, We cannot do anything with NEST since we do demand/response applications. With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi Shawn, Yes. You can use ISY REST APIs. The URL prefix is under ISY information in the portal. With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hi kevkmartin, I am not sure! With kind regards, Michel
  17. MarioLanning, 1. I am sorry to hear 2. As I mentioned to a response to your support ticket today, we have zero records of any permutations of your name (in the ticket), your email address, and your phone in any of our databases 3. You didn't respond to our email today. So, please check your junk mail and perhaps everything has gone there 4. Steve already got a hold of you and it seems that the ticket is closed With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hi kevkmartin, Please look at program summary tab and see whether or not the status is True and the last runtime. If false, then ISY never got the event. With kind regards, Michel
  19. Hi Junky, Still waiting. With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hi Bxsteez, You can link it but it's in a dormant state (not activated). With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hi Teken, Those spurious emails are definitely not using the content. Default content means: Include the trigger that caused the program to turn to true or false. So, now I need the condition for your program. With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hi zerop, /rest/programs// Example: /rest/programs/0032/runThen could be any of the following: run|runThen|runElse|stop|enable|disable|enableRunAtStartup|disableRunAtStartup With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hi Teken, Yes, please. With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hi Bxsteez, We are waiting for Amazon certification before we enable that feature (it's commented out right now). With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hi zerop, Yes, as long as you know the program ID: http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY_Developers:API:REST_Interface#Programs With kind regards, Michel
