  1. Hi Sagi, Thanks so very much. I just sent an email. With kind regards, Michel
  2. Hello everyone, I must stress that there are a few steps that have to be followed for range extenders to work with door locks the most important of which are: 1. Include the range extender when close to ISY 2. Move the range extender to its destination location and do a Heal Network 3. Repeat 1 & 2 till such time that Heal Network works for ALL range extenders and door locks With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hello everyone: This is absolutely incorrect. Please review this article: http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Z-Wave:_Configuring_Range_Extenders_and_Door_Locks In short, range extenders must be included when close to ISY, then move to the destination and then a Heal Network. This has been proven to work 100s of times. With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hi kingwr, Yes, we have. The main issue is that we have not been given any APIs/documentation on: 1. How to register a service with credentials (for ISY) 2. How to tie an Echo user to the service in #1 With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hi Earlence, Not through REST. GetAllD2D in SOAP. With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hi metal450, Can you please send your error log to support@universal-devices.com? With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hi metal450, Did you change anything else in the security settings? http://www.universal-devices.com/docs/production/ISY994%20Series%20Network%20Security%20Guide.pdf If so, what? Can you access ISY using MobiLinc on the http port? With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hi lotsofdevs, You need to use the updated UI/Admin Console: 1. Clear your Java cache: https://www.java.com/en/download/help/plugin_cache.xml 2. Go to http://isy.universal-devices.com/994i/admin.jnlp With kind regards, Michel
  9. In ingeborgdot, Yes: 1. https://www.universal-devices.com/sales/?category=upgrade 2. Instructions for migration: http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY-994i_Series:Migrating_To_Your_ISY-994i With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hi ingeborgdot, I am so very sorry but as LeeG correctly pointed out, ISY99 only supports SSL and SSL has been disabled by almost everything out there. With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hi metal450, 4.3.10 is an RC and should be extremely safe and robust. This said, it's still an RC and not an official release. With kind regards, Michel
  12. Hi metal450, Please upgrade to 4.3.10 and either use 1024 or 2048 bit certificate. TLS performance has improved dramatically in 4.3.10. With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hi zerop, It depends on the number of seconds between the two events. ISY tries 3 times (a maximum of 20 seconds) to connect to the PLM on boot up. With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hi zerop, It's really up to you. In the past 9 years, there has perhaps been a maximum of 10 (out of 10s of thousands) of ISYs that were impacted by a power surge/outage. With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi BrianH, got it, thank you. This is exciting! With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hi earlence, Above and beyond what's documented in WSDK/Section 7.0, we don't really have an XML schema since the permutations are just too huge to be able to capture all. With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hi Waketech, What does this question refer to? Gen 5 in ISY or support for Gen 5 devices (they should already be supported)? Or, Z-Wave plus certification? With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hi Brian, Thank you. So, 1.C should be the hardware revision for 2413S. With kind regards, Michel
  19. Hi BrianH, Have you seen 2.0 yet? With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hello everyone, Not an update on UDI PLM but a noteworthy development nonetheless: 2413S with Revision 1.C has updated C7 and C13 capacitors ! With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hi Earlence, Please send your request to sales@universal-devices.com. With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hi Earlence, i am sorry. I didn't read the request properly. Our internal representation is our trade secret and something that we would not be sharing. Sorry. With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hi Earlence, It's already in WSDK: https://www.universal-devices.com/isy-developers/ With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hi earlenceferns, The question is a very odd as popularity is subjective: what market? OEM, home automation, energy management, dyi, commercial, residential, Zigbee, Z-Wave, INSTEON, X10, etc. And, compared to what? In what time frame? Which type of developers? As such, i am afraid I cannot really share with you the total number out there in a public forum without causing confusion. If you have specific application specific questions, you are welcome to send your questions to sale@universal-devices.com. With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hi jay5, Thank you. I shall try that. With kind regards, Michel
