  1. Hello ccclapp, Thanks SO very much for the feedback. I will have to leave $s to Mike. Hello arw01, We will be implementing Websockets in 5.0. With kind regards, Michel
  2. Hello andrewm, Thanks so very much. Do you have a KPL that we can possibly use for testing? i.e. change button groupings locally on the KPL and then try a restore? The reason I ask is that I just tested this and could not reproduce. What's your KPL firmware version? With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hello all, First of all, thanks so very much for your invaluable feedback all of which have been captured and we are working through. NHWA, I would very much like to see third party applications that provide a clean interface to ISY. With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hi Oliver, We are still in the queue for SDG&E testing. We submitted our application more than 3 months ago and it just keeps getting postponed. With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hi andrewm, Just to be sure what we are looking at: Restore restored linkages between the KPL and other devices but not the linkages between the local buttons? With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hi LeeG, Thanks so very much for all the help. Hi boser, What do you mean by name/address not working? What do you get? With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hi Michael, First of all, thank you for bringing this to our attention. Secondly, thank you for updating your code as this seems to be a little bit more intrusive since many SOAP calls that access the file system. Thanks again so very much, With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hi smokegrub, Are you using the icon or are you using Safari. If you are still having problems and for more expeditious resolution to the problem, please submit a ticket (links below). With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hi Michael, You are correct. There is an inconsistency here. SOAP request should not return a 404 as does a regular http response. We'll investigate to see how intrusive this could be and what else it could impact. Thanks so very much for the feedback and your patience. With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hello hart2hart! The problem is that we do not really know the answer! So very sorry. With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hi NHWA, I totally agree with your thought process. There does need to be a cleaner UI that merges all devices into a cohesive user experience. As far as your question, we have put ISY integration at the forefront of all our development activity and was hoping that there would be an app that does precisely what you say. Alas, here we are! Perhaps a Kickstarter project by a 3rd party such as MobiLinc? With kind regards, Michel
  12. Hi Techman, -10011 SSL REQUEST NOT AUTHENTICATED (the other one was for 26). It basically means that someone is trying to login to your ISY with the wrong username/password. If you have a LOT of them, then please consider the possibility that someone is trying to hack into your system. In most cases, the IP address of the caller is also logged. With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hello oratzes, Thanks so very much for taking the time and posting your resolution. Appreciate it very much. With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hello smokegrub, Generally, it's best to use the application instead of the applet: http://isy.universal-devices.com/994i/4.2.1/admin.jnlp This installs an icon on your desktop which you can use instead of the browser. With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi Michael, Got it ... you are correct. Can you do me a favor? Can you please: 1. Save your Error Log 2. Clear your Error Log 3. Go to Event Viewer, change the level to 3 4. Try your program 3 (or more) times 5. Get the Error Log, save it and send it to support@universal-devices.com With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hi Michael, Thank you. Can you please try the without the '.' ? i.e. 11.31.DC.1 to 11 31 DC 1 With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hi Michael, Thanks so very much. Just went through our code: 1. If the id is null or ISY cannot find the node with that id, you would get 500 2. The only time you would get 404 is if there's really no properties file for that node So, the main question again is whether or not the Admin Console actually returns the properties for that specific node. With kind regards, Michel
  18. Quasmo and marvel, If you are still having technical issues, please do not hesitate to contact our tech support team (links below). With kind regards, Michel
  19. Hello DIYguy, That's all you need (i.e. port forwarding to ISY and having MobiLinc point to your remote IP address). Portal integration module basically removes the necessity for port forwarding: ISY makes an outbound connection to a Proxy/Portal Server and keeps it open. In this case, the Proxy/Portal server is MobiLinc Connect. I am not sure. I think it would be best to post this question in the MobiLinc forum. With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hi DualBandAid, Factory reset is 30 seconds. The best thing to do would be to look at the pattern of lights and make sure they do what it says in the instructions. With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hi Michael, It looks correct (compared to mine). Unless the header is posting to a different URL, I do not think it's header related. This said, I would love to see the header. Perhaps the content length is not correct? With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hello 16sail, I am so very sorry: WB changed all their APIs which have left us completely paralyzed. If you wish, you can send your zip code to support@universal-devices.com and we'll find a list of stations next to you. In short, all you need is the Station ID which you can search for online. Again, I am so very sorry. With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hello MWareman, Is it at all possible to have the output of your SOAP request saved into a file and then pasted here? It must be something simple that my eyes didn't catch. With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hi Michael, http://isy/services will always fail on a browser because GET is not supported on this URL As far as getting node properties, can you please do me a favor? Can you please use the Admin Console and let me know if it returns your properties for that node? With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hi jlokanis, Apologies for not being clear. I didn't say that you can no longer access the Admin Console for 99. You can always use: http://isy.universal-devices.com/994i/4.1.2/ or http://isy.universal-devices.com/994i/4.1.2/admin.jnlp The main issue is whether or not you can create SSL certificates for 99 and, unfortunately, that's no longer possible. With kind regards, Michel
