  1. Hi dano, I sent an email to our contact at Kwikset for documentation. Once we have it and have analyzed, I will let you know. With kind regards, Michel
  2. Hi raymondh, And that's the problem. Since the leak sensor cannot be queried, ISY does NOT know its status till the next hearbeat. With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hi Guy, We had to disable the WeatherBug module till we figure out how to support their completely new APIs. I am so very sorry. With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hi CalifDan, You can find stations close to you. If you wish, you can send your zip code and I can send you a list of stations close to you (support@universal-devices.com). With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hi raymondh, The problem is that those devices are no queryable. Are you running those programs after the status of the leak sensor has been established? With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hi Teken, I just sent an email to our contact at Kwikset. With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hi barrygordon, It seems that there's a contradiction in what SH tech support is suggesting: if ISY can impact the master/slave mode, then we should already be able to support that feature. This said, ISY does not so how is it that removing the thermostat from ISY would fix it such that it does not revert to slave? Do you have more than one of these thermostats? With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hello wcmartino, Unfortunately didn't get it. Would you be kind enough to submit a ticket instead (links below). I am so very very sorry for the inconvenience. With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hello badman85283, I am so so very sorry. Since 99 was discontinued, the application that allowed one to generate SSL certificates also expired. I am so so sorry. With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hi wcmartino, I am so very sorry. Would you please send your UUID to support@universal-devices.com (Help | About)? With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hello Teken, Do you have a link to their APIs? I think an NDA is required. With kind regards, Michel
  12. Hi barrygordon, Unfortunately I do not think the APIs provide this information. With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hi Electron4951, Sincere apologies for the inconvenience. This is fixed in our next firmware release to be released tonight. With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hi Frank, You can put the thermostat inside a scene as a responder and your remote control as a controller. Then, you can assign set points for the remote control button. Or, you can have programs that when you press a button, set point is incremented or decremented: If Control 'RemoteLinc A' is switched on Then Set 'Thermostat' decrement 1 With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hello everyone, ISY requires both. With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hi mlennox, No, there's no time limitation. Are you certain this program is NOT being called explicitly? If so, if you go to program summary page, what's the state of this program (true or false)? With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hi Teken, Thank you. The problem with Zigbee is that it's completely unlike INSTEON, Z-Wave, UPB and any other protocol out there. Basically, there's really no interoperability between profiles. For instance, the RCS Zigbee thermostat that we support cannot be supported in HA. Or, none of Zigbee profiles are interoperable with Smart Meter. And, better yet, if we go to HA route, the likelihood that you can use the same radio to also communicate with your GEM is extremely low (if not zero). With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hi ro345, These are debug statements to show the time and are printed out every time a program is evaluated. I would not worry about them. With kind regards, Michel
  19. Hi pelle8, Please try making the else section into a different program with its own condition. With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hello DIYguy, I am so very sorry for all the troubles you had to go through. Would you be kind enough to contact our support team so that we can help you more expeditiously and efficiently? The problem is that the UI you are using is for 4.0.5. You should use: http://isy.universal-devices.com/994i/4.1.2/admin.jnlp With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hi Teken, Are you referring to Zigbee HA? With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hi Generalf, I am so very sorry to hear. May I humbly suggest that you contact our support (links below) so that we can better assist you in resolving the problem? With kind regards, Michel
  23. PurdueGuy, You are 100% correct! The only thing is that I am not yet certain whether or not Revolv can make scenes. If not, and if revolv is the last entry in the link table, then I do not think there will be any issues until such time that devices are restored (or modified) by ISY. With kind regards, Michel
  24. Brian H, thanks so very much for the links. riojp02, if you are still having problems, please do not hesitate to contact our tech support (links below). Statistically speaking, it's extremely rare that ISY would develop a serial port defect unless you had a 2412S and a power surge. With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hi OICU8IT2, LeeG is correct. Please do not hesitate to contact our tech support in case we can be of further assistance. With kind regards, Michel
