  1. Hi Candide, Yes, we are working on a more generic way of publishing events to ISY. Hi doubleohwhatever, Thanks for the update. That's quite strange ... changing stations should not matter. With kind regards, Michel
  2. Hello C Martin, apologies for tardy reply! Yes. But, not all Zigbees are the same. For Smart Meter, you need Zigbee SEP (i.e ZS Series). For regular Zigbee you need Zigbee PRO (i.e. Z Series). These two are NOT compatible nor are they interoperable You need to purchase the following from our Storefront: High Powered Zigbee Smart Grid (SEP1.1) Radio http://www.universal-devices.com/utilit ... zs-series/ Yes, but you I can tell you that from my discussions/testing with SCE, you are not going to get tiered consumption/energy usage. You will get Prices but they are not tiered based. All you need is the Zigbee Smart Grid radio and your ISY will be converted to ISY994i ZS With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hi Kevin/Jeff, Never had this reported and I tested again. At this point my only recommendation is to get a replacement thermostat but, at the same time, I am afraid that it might be the firmware. Are you certain that you can command your thermostat to any other mode from ISY? With kind regards, Michel
  4. Ah, aaronburnlab .... I am so very sorry to hear. This is just a beginning of the process and I am sure they will get better (much better) as we move on and as they iron out the quirks. I had a call with them today and I must say that every time I have a call with their technical team, I am more impressed. So, keep the faith and good luck. With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hi Mark, thanks for the update/feedback and apologies for tardy reply. We will surely take your suggestions into consideration for our next iteration of UI for programs. With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hi beernutmark, What's your WB polling interval? With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hi Candide, We have not had that issue reported. 6 minutes is pretty good. Anything below 1 minute is very bad as their server might block you. Hi doubleohwhatever, Please check your error log ... I think you have network connectivity issues. Have you changed any of the network gears/settings lately? With kind regards, ichel
  8. Hi Scott, Yes, it will be in our next firmware release (4.0.4) to be release by the end of next week. With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hi dano, Actually not before you posted. Now, ID#107 medium priority. With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hi jmed999, Clear your logs. Once it happens again, zip them up and send to support@universal-devices.com. With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hi nowandthen, sincere apologies: http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index ... o_Your_ISY With kind regards, Michel
  12. Hi nowandthen, so very sorry ... Please telnet to ISY, login, and type the following: RF /CONF/FF0504.REC This is an X10 device that's no longer there. With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hi dano, All references are based on unique IDs to devices and variables. So, if you import programs that depend on those devices/variables - and if they do not exist in the target system - then you will see . With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hi nowandthen, We also got your ticket but all emails were bounced. Unfortunately this is a very classic case of PLM dying or already dead. This I guarantee you and thus you will need to order a new PLM. With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi beernutmark, Can you please upgrade to 4.0.3, run the Reset and let me know whether or not it gets cleared? With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hi jmed999, If you are on WiFi, it's quite possible that you are losing network connectivity. If not, it's quite possible that ISY is really busy and is not responding to your requests. This might happen if you are doing massive INSTEON things (such as restore, on/off) and at the same time trying to communicate with INSTEON devices via Admin Console. What do you see in the Error Log and the Log? With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hi envirogreen, In addition to great suggestions and comments above, two questions from me: 1. Do you have any INSTEON thermostats? If so, remove the dongle from them and retry 2. Do you have any baby monitors? With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hi LeeG, Yes, very sneaky! I didn't want to delete him/her because there are no links yet. With kind regards, Michel
  19. Hi beernutmark, The logs are fine. Do you get reliable values for WB attributes now? As far as resetting the variable, can you please go to Help | About and let me know the UI as well as the firmware version? With kind regards, Michel
  20. Thanks LeeG. It shall be addressed. With kind regards, Michel
  21. I find myself in agreement with Alan ... Michael, first class is subjective. The question is: how can you make ISY a first class device for UBE? Also, two cases right now: 1. Start with variables ... UBE can publish to variables just like Autelis and DSCLinc 2. Once we have bidirectional framework, then it can become a first class device In short, we cannot just jump and integrate with everything that pops out of the woodwork. We have priorities such as Z-Wave, Ecobee, OpenADR 2.0B, SEP 2.0 and in short things are that are more ubiquitous and standardized than prototype units for which we have to beg for documentation (Ecobee used to be the same but they have changed!). With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hi Mike, Patience my son! Patience .... With kind regards, Michel
  23. Michael, Unfortunately not. Cannot keep adding support for anything that pops up. Perhaps Ube can integrate with ISY which is should be quite easy. With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hi Michael, Yes, quite possible. Now, how's the RFC fix working for you? With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hello again, My pleasure. Those are already included in programs. I am hinting at bi-directional communications with external devices. With kind regards, Michel
