  1. Hi Envirogreen, How many links do you have in the PLM (Tools | Diagnostics | Show PLM Links Table) | Start | Wait for the process to finish | Count. With kind regards, Michel
  2. Thank you all for the observations. The issue is not the listener but how ISY figures out whether or not the client is still there. With HTTP, the threshold is lower (number of not ack'ed packets). With https, the threshold is higher. The problem is that if we increase the http threshold, we'll run into sockets that may not close for 14 minutes. For now, please use https. With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hi Bob, Thank you. I am not sure why you are asked to install the icon multiple times. What you might want to try instead is: 1. Go to http://isy.universal-devices.com/99i/4.0.4/admin.jnlp 2. Make sure the icon is installed for this URL 3. Once done and when ISY Finder dialog comes up, click on the Add button 4. Enter the httpS URL for your ISY With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hello Envirogreen, The improvement is that there are not communication errors. The problem is that the PLM has lost its links .... you might want to try File | Restore Modem (PLM). With kind regards, Michel
  5. MWaverman, You don't have to clear Java cache if the only thing you are doing is changing from http/https. As long as the jar files pointed to by the URLs are in the same level, everything should be OK. With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hi Bob, Thank you. Can you please try the https URL for ISY and let me know if it's any better? With kind regards, Michel
  7. Michel Kohanim replied to Autonow's topic in ISY994
Hi Autonow, What NTP server are you using? You might want to try any one in the following list: http://tf.nist.gov/tf-cgi/servers.cgi With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hi TechGuy, Please click on the thermostat node and then choose Diagnostics | Query Insteon engine. With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hi sbrink, Unfortunately you cannot yet assign status values to variables. This is something we are working on for our 5.x version. If you have certain temperatures in mind, you can have multiple programs for those temperatures and when status variables are available, then you can replace the logic. With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hi io_guy, Not much has changed in the networking section. Can you try https instead and let me know if you have the same issue? With kind regards, Michel
  11. Michel Kohanim replied to diggler's topic in ISY994
Hi Diggler, Please check the Third party section. With kind regards, Michel
  12. Hello EdgemanVA, Welcome to our forum. Let's start by addressing your most important question: You either need ISY994/PLM OR the Hub. Not both. The next step is to figure out which one meets your requirements. With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hi Michael, ETo is an algorithm that runs on "daily" samples. What you are suggesting is no longer ETo but Michael's version of ETo for which we have no plans of development. With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hi Alan and jmed999, 12:00 AM is "our" internal clock when cumulative parameters and sample count are reset and restarted. With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi Clay, Yes, you have to check/accept the certificate. With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hi Clay, Please do ensure that you clear your Java cache. Also, how are you accessing your ISY? Locally via HTTPS or remotely? Hi Illusion, did it work in 3.2.6? With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hello Spike56, The fact that you cannot rename thermostat nodes is very troubling. For this alone, may I humbly suggest submitting a ticket (links below)? We can then log in to your computer and see what's going on. As far as program mode, you cannot change set point while in program mode. With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hi ferdies, Unfortunately RF devices are NOT query-able and thus the problem. The following scenarios may indeed happen and there's really not much we can do to help alleviate: 1. ISY knows the status of the leak sensor 2. ISY loses power 3. the status of leak sensor changes to wet while ISY is off 4. ISY is re-powered ISY will NOT know that there's indeed a leak till the next heartbeat signal which is 24 hours after the first one. With kind regards, Michel
  19. Hi Gene, PalChgo seems to have fixed the issue. He was going to post back after some cleanup. With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hi Candide, thanks for the update. That explains it. Hi bobmre, how did you get it to work again? We have not touched anything that would impact the calculations. With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hi Candide, thanks so very much for the update. Had ISY's IP address changed? With kind regards, Michel
  22. NivRam, Did you actually click on the link? With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hi Guys http://www.universal-devices.com/docs/I ... 0Guide.pdf page 9. With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hi haroldunger, If you are using default settings, please try changing it to your own SMTP settings. The reason is that due to a recent increase in emails from our mail server, our domain ratings have decreased and some ISPs might throw the messages from ISY to junkmail or trash. With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hi Spike56, All you need is a program as follows: If Control 'KPL Button' is Switched On And Control 'KPL Button' is not Switched Off Then Set 'Thermostat' Setpoint Up 1° Else - No Actions - (To add one, press 'Action') With kind regards, Michel
