  1. Hi All, I verified this to be a bug and it should be fixed in the next release. With kind regards, Michel
  2. Hello mitch236, This should not happen with 2.8.1 ... there was a bug with previous alpha releases 2.8.xxx ... Please clear your Java cache and retry. With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hello cmaterick, This probably has to do with the router not allowing DNS relay while using static IP address. What you might want to try is to use the DNS entries from your ISP (with caveat that this may change) and see if things get more reliable. With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hi Chuck, Apologies for the confusion ... I meant that you can call our tech support team and we'll login to your system to see what's going on. Our tech department is open from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM PDT. Phone number is 818-631-0333. Please call at your convenience. With kind regards, Michel

Hello me23, I am so very sorry to hear about these problems and I really wished you hadn't formatted the SD Card. You can always use the 3rd option when adding a device and ISY will keep the links and tries to figure out the scenes and relationships between devices. This process might take a long time but, if you have programmed all your devices using ISY, then the likelihood of recovering everything is much higher. But, you have to be patient during the process. And, as Mark suggested, you need to reinstall the firmware (using http://www.universal-devices.com/99i) to get your Admin Console back locally. With kind regards, Michel
  6. Thanks guy ... With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hi all, I was just notified that SmartHome has discontinued 2412S and will no longer sell it. With kind regards, Michel

  12. I am not aware of any that provides full program capability. This said, however, I think MobiLinc/OrchestratedHome have a nice solution which may fit your needs: http://www.orchestratedhome.com/shop/pc ... nShots.htm With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hi Mark, Precisely. With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hello someguy, There's something very wrong ... this procedure works on my IRLinc TX. There had been some issues reading/writing to the IRLinc database on the newer firmware but you already mentioned that you have the older one. This is quite disturbing ... With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hello Dan, We are still working on the ELK solution. I really cannot give you an ETA but it's actively being developed. With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hello hart2hart, Please upgrade to 2.8.1. Also, please do let me know the PLM firmware version number. We have had reported lockup issues with PLM version 72 and upon reboot. If you also have device communication errors, I do suspect the PLM to be the issue. But, again, before anything else, please try upgrading to 2.81.. With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hi Mark, Excellent job on the Wiki. Thanks so very much! With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hello all, If your EZX10RF works, then there's nothing new. Support for 2486SWH8: did the Admin Console provide you with the correct model number for this devices or did it say Unsupported Device. Furthermore, did you add this device using brute force (in Admin Console the firmware version is v00) or did you use Auto Discovery or Linking? With kind regards, Michel
  19. Hi Billy, Please upgrade to 2.8.1 and it's fixed. We had to move our default to a new account as the old one was not stable. With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hello hart2hart, Is ISY rebooting by itself or are you rebooting it? With kind regards, Michel
