I am not aware of any that provides full program capability. This said, however, I think MobiLinc/OrchestratedHome have a nice solution which may fit your needs: http://www.orchestratedhome.com/shop/pc ... nShots.htm With kind regards, Michel

Hello someguy, There's something very wrong ... this procedure works on my IRLinc TX. There had been some issues reading/writing to the IRLinc database on the newer firmware but you already mentioned that you have the older one. This is quite disturbing ... With kind regards, Michel

Hello Dan, We are still working on the ELK solution. I really cannot give you an ETA but it's actively being developed. With kind regards, Michel -
Hello hart2hart, Please upgrade to 2.8.1. Also, please do let me know the PLM firmware version number. We have had reported lockup issues with PLM version 72 and upon reboot. If you also have device communication errors, I do suspect the PLM to be the issue. But, again, before anything else, please try upgrading to 2.81.. With kind regards, Michel

Hello all, If your EZX10RF works, then there's nothing new. Support for 2486SWH8: did the Admin Console provide you with the correct model number for this devices or did it say Unsupported Device. Furthermore, did you add this device using brute force (in Admin Console the firmware version is v00) or did you use Auto Discovery or Linking? With kind regards, Michel -
Hi Billy, Please upgrade to 2.8.1 and it's fixed. We had to move our default to a new account as the old one was not stable. With kind regards, Michel

Hello hart2hart, Is ISY rebooting by itself or are you rebooting it? With kind regards, Michel

Hi Billy, For the thermostat that does not have a humidity sensor, the values are all over the place sometimes even 130% !! For the one that has the humidity sensor, the difference in values are always within 10%. With kind regards, Michel

Hello all, Release 2.8.1 Beta is now available. Although this firmware has been tested thoroughly, please note that this is still a beta firmware. For a list of changes, please take a look at this post: http://forum.universal-devices.com/view ... =6475#6475 Please note that ISY-26 is no longer included in the firmware builds. Instructions 1. Please backup your ISY (File | Backup ISY) 2. Please download the firmware for your platform - please do not unzip ISY 99 Only - http://www.universal-devices.com/update ... nsteon.zip 3. It is very important that you use your current ISY's Admin Console to perform the upgrade by going to your http://your.isy.ip.address/admin. For MAC users, if upgrade fails, please try https://your.isy.ip.address/admin 4. Login to the Admin Console and choose Help | Manually Upgrade [the name of your system] 5. Choose the file saved in step 2 6. After the upgrade, ISY reboots. Please do ensure to clear your Java Cache: http://www.universal-devices.com/mwiki/ ... Java_Cache 7. IMPORTANT Once upgrade is completed and ISY reboots, use any of the following methods to access your ISY's Admin Console: a. http://isy/admin - applet (Windows only) b. http://isy/admin.jnlp - Java application (Windows only) c. http://your.isy.ip.address/admin - applet d. http://your.isy.ip.address/admin.jnlp - Java application e. http://www.universal-devices.com/99i/2.8.1 - applet f. http://www.universal-devices.com/99i/2.8.1/admin.jnlp - Java application 8. IMPORTANT If you have already installed a self signed certificate and your current firmware is 2.7.10 and below, you must reinstall a new one: http://www.universal-devices.com/mwiki/ ... rtificates Thanks and with kind regards, Michel

Hello cartwrig, Yes, but the main issue was that between different releases of 2A and 2D some did actually support this feature and thus there was no easy way for us to determine which one didn't. With kind regards, Michel

Upgraded PLM to new dual band - now having ISY problems
Michel Kohanim replied to theedudenator's topic in ISY994
Hello theedudenator, You do not have to post anything. Did you get any failures? if so, we have to figure out what's causing the failures. What I would do is repeat the same test with ALL devices OFF. If the test succeeds, then it means one of your devices is causing noise. With kind regards, Michel -
Hello jcip, Heat/Cool are called if and only if the thermostat is calling for them. So, this is only OK if your thermostat is not doing anything. With kind regards, Michel
-
Hello jcip, Yes, they are. I assume you have four nodes for each. The next question is whether or not you are on 2.7.15 firmware. If not, please do so. If yes, then I recommend doing a factory reset on the thermostat, remove it from ISY, and then add it back in. If that still doesn't work, then I would have to think a problem with the thermostat. With kind regards, Michel

Upgraded PLM to new dual band - now having ISY problems
Michel Kohanim replied to theedudenator's topic in ISY994
Hello theedudenator, Please use Tools | Diagnostics | Scene Test to test your scenes for communication problems. If some devices in some scenes fail, we have to figure out what's causing the issue. With kind regards, Michel -
Hi Guys, -5011 means ISY could no longer communicate with the client (i.e. Admin Console, MobiLinc, IES Touchpanel, etc.). mitch236, you did have this problem before and you were going to figure out which one of your devices were causing it. With kind regards, Michel

Hello jcip, Is this a V2 thermostat? With kind regards, Michel

Hello bocaray, It's really not needed unless you have programs that depend on 100% accurate reporting of device status AND you do a lot of dim/bright commands. With kind regards, Michel

Hello someguy, Can you please go to Event Viewer on level 3, try adding another button, and then paste the events here. With kind regards, Michel
