  1. @bh56, Whenever the status changes (from off to on) and it's within 11:00PM to 7:00AM (next day), you will get the notification. With kind regards, Michel
  2. @mbrossart, Please do make sure you are using the launcher and that your UI/Firmware have the same number. With kind regards, Michel
  3. @carealtor, Those programs are disabled?! With kind regards, Michel
  4. @memphis2k, I suspect it's due to using 5.0.16 UI which might have an expired cert. Is it possible to upgrade to 5.2.0? If you have a good backup, it's best to restore it rather than deleting files. With kind regards, Michel
  5. @memphis2k, Do you get any errors in the Java Console? With kind regards, Michel
  6. @Goose66, We don't have any tickets from you. If you don't have any Z-Wave nodes, then you can upgrade to 5.2.0 without any issues. With kind regards, Michel
  7. @memphis2k, Can you please retry and, this time, do not include the intermediate certs? Also, are you certain the cert you are getting is 2048 bits (not 4096)? With kind regards, Michel
  8. @Wingsy, Excellent. You might also want to enable DHCP reservation. With kind regards, Michel
  9. Yes. With kind regards, Michel
  10. @gzahar, Thank you. It's fixed. @bobchap, it means that you can really do not have to upgrade your ISY software if you want to stay with 300 series. With kind regards, Michel
  11. @asbril, Thank you but it's not about the quality. It's about getting ZW+ certification for Polisy (not just the dongle) since Polisy is a controller. With kind regards, Michel
  12. @asbril, At the moment, I very much doubt we'll have anything at $19.00 for any hardware. Z-Wave certification alone, with membership fees, is $$$$$. With kind regards, Michel
  13. @Wingsy, https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Main_Page#Changed_ISP.2FRouter_-_Can_no_longer_access_ISY With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hello all, 1. We have the dongles in stock: https://www.universal-devices.com/product/z-wave-module/ 2. We do offer discounts: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Z-Wave:_Ordering/Assembly_Instructions#Discounts 3. You don't have to upgrade if you want to stay with 300 series With kind regards, Michel
  15. @larryllix, It never did. With kind regards, Michel
  16. @TexMike, Currently, none are displayable but we are working on it as we speak. With kind regards, Michel
  17. @NewTech, I responded to your ticket. Please disable MobiLinc and disable ELK in the Admin Console (if enabled) and check again. @Jgdavis14, please disable MobiLinc and retry. @BobM, That means that ISY cannot communicate with your ELK Module. Here are some troubleshooting tips: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY-994i_Series_INSTEON:ELK_Security_Module#Troubleshooting With kind regards, Michel
  18. Do you have any of the following: MobiLinc Connect MobiLinc App Home Assistant OpenHAB Agave Go2MyISY Any other mobile app? With kind regards, Michel
  19. @Jgdavis14, Do you have Home Assistant or other clients connecting to ISY? This error is 100% related to some external client requesting information about ELK without first checking whether or not you have the ELK module installed/enabled. With kind regards, Michel
  20. @lhranch, ISY communicates with X10 devices through the PLM. Nothing has changed in ISY and therefore the issue can either be the PLM or signal/noise. The first thing you need to try is to move the PLM to a different outlet and one which is not shared with other transformers/power supplies. With kind regards, Michel
  21. @Foebik, Yes, but you will have to do it for each device: If Control 'Device x' is not responding or Control 'Device y' is not responding Then Notify For notification, you need custom content such that the offending device is included in your notification: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY-994i_Series:EMail_and_Networking_Substitution_Variables With kind regards, Michel
  22. @tripleA, If you don't have the same issue locally, then it's normal if you have spotty internet connectivity. With kind regards, Michel
  23. @oper8, You get 401 if you have removed the nodes from ISY (which seems to be the case). With kind regards, Michel
  24. @fasttimes, Yes: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY-99i/ISY-26_INSTEON:Link_Management_Menu#Common_Options But I do not recommend it. With kind regards, Michel
  25. @robl, The first thing you need to do is to change the 1 second loop to, say, 10 seconds and see whether or not ISY still hangs. I am not familiar with Hue, but if it supports Fade up/down commands, then you can put the bulb in a scene as a responder. With kind regards, Michel
