  1. And, uname -a? With kind regards, Michel
  2. @kkempster99, Just to be clear, syctl dev.cpu.0.temperature Returns nothing? If so, what's the output of uname -a? With kind regards, Michel
  3. @lilyoyo1, THANK YOU! With kind regards, Michel
  4. @kkempster99, Do you see the module being loaded in dmesg? With kind regards, Michel
  5. @simplextech, It's only one of the few of the same brand/model with this issue. And, they do not have a parameter for configuration. I suspect it's firmware on that specific sensor. With kind regards, Michel
  6. @brandwidth, It all depends on: 1. Whether or not the time includes processing by your computer (i.e. making a connection) 2. What's ISY doing at that time There are 3 HTTP tasks in ISY, so, if ISY is doing something with all three, then your request will wait. The best test case would be to do this on a factory reset ISY that has NOTHING else connecting to it (no port forwarding, no portal, no programs, ...). With kind regards, Michel
  7. @pilotgeek, It should work. It might take longer the first time since it has to download all the relevant files. With kind regards, Michel
  8. @gviliunas, Error 6 means that the socket has not closed on the other side. I wouldn't worry about it unless you run out of buffers. With kind regards, Michel
  9. @EVictory, Before you do that, check to see if you have an INSTEON device with that address. If you do, remove it from ISY and then link it back in. If you don't, it's ok to delete. With kind regards, Michel
  10. @drs4life, Please submit a ticket to support@Universal-devices.com. We may be able to support it if we use your system for development and testing. With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hello everyone, Sincere apologies. This is not a scam. This came from our staging server where we are developing the store for node servers. Your production accounts are all OK and alive. This is sent to accounts that have not logged in for over 6 months. And, obviously, most of you have not logged into the staging server! Again, sincere apologies. With kind regards, Michel
  12. @btreinders, You need to telnet to ISY: RF /CONF/NODES/UN0205.BIN <return> With kind regards, Michel
  13. @Boomer50BMG, I do not see any issues neither in the log, nor event viewer log/error log. The only short duration glitch was when you tried to synchronize your Z-Wave nodes. Are you certain you are using the ISY Launcher? With kind regards, Michel
  14. @madcodger, THANK YOU. With kind regards, Michel
  15. @madcodger, Thanks so very much for the feedback. You see, we are funding this whole UD operation from the OEM/Utility related projects. Charging $20 more a year will neither make or break us. And, going through the exercise and having to respond to complaints is much more time consuming than concentrating on what has brought us to this point to start with. For instance, had we moved our focus to a better app/UI, we would have diverted our focus from IoT/Smart Grid and would have been bankrupt ages ago. You see, the Home Automation market is replete with sub $70 hardware, but nice UI, with none of which we can compete. Neither can we compete with Home Assistant. So, charging more would alienate the most of the same people who would want a nice UI/app. So, at the moment, our core model remains functionality (especially related to IoT/Smart Grid) rather than presentation. With kind regards, Michel
  16. @chrishick, If your SD card is corrupted, I do not think you can backup. But, it does not hurt to try. Worst case scenario, you will have to factory reset and restart. With kind regards, Michel
  17. @Teken, I agree but comments such as "any of them to operate or operate correctly" are so generic that it's impossible to assign to a bug and fix. Which one? What's the issue? What's missing? Of course, I am rather shocked because I doubt there's anything less reliable than Aeries and their throttling algorithms. With kind regards, Michel

  20. @chrishick, I suspect so. What you need to do is: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY-99i/ISY-26_INSTEON:Replacing/Formatting_an_SD_Card With kind regards, Michel
  21. @Kajtek, The latest UDX package will install all the necessary packages including p37-aiohttp. To get into the polisy, please use admin/admin. Then do: sudo pkg update sudo pkg upgrade sudo reboot Once polisy reboots, it will install everything you need. With kind regards, Michel
  22. @magellan, Please contact support and we'd be delighted to help you out. With kind regards, Michel
  23. @firstone, I just realized that this has been there all along. The node server developer (or anyone) can set a hint for any device using: /rest/<path to the node>/set/hint/0x01020304 where the last component is the hint in hex. Example: /rest/ns/3/nodes/n003_73121dea8c/set/hint/0x01020304 Here's the link to Hints in github: https://github.com/UniversalDevicesInc/hints With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hello all, Sincere apologies ... we had to rebuild 4.7.3 since our code signing certificate is to expire in March 2020. So, the new Launcher, will use 4.7.5 UI for anything below 4.7.5. You can upgrade to 4.7.5 (identical firmware as 4.7.3) but it's not mandatory. With kind regards, Michel
  25. @Blackbird, Please submit a ticket so that we can do a remote session. With kind regards, Michel
