  5. @upstatemike, I am so very sorry … we have had so many cases of USPS taking Polisy on a whirlwind tour of the world: from here, to Canada, back to the post office here, back to Canada, and finally to its final destination. So, please do check the history using your tracking number. With kind regards, Michel

  14. Hi @alanpacbch, https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Main_Page#ISY_Cannot_Communicate_with_ISY_Portal … TLS settings. With kind regards, Michel
  15. @Mustang65, This is how DNS works: 1. It's assigned per interface (i.e. igb0, 1, 2, wlan0) 2. There's a max of 3 for the whole system 3. If any of the interfaces go down, the DNS for that interface is also removed So, you have to make sure you are choosing the right interface (i.e. igb0). Are you? @MWareman , if you are still having Polisy beep incessantly, I suspect Mongodb is corrupted. Please try: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Polisy:User_Guide#Polisy_Keeps_Beeping If your network is not class C (255.255.255.0), then the issue could be a bug with Polyglot where it cannot find ISY. What you can try is to update /var/polyglot/.env with: ISY_HOST='x.y.w.z' where x.y.w.z is your ISY's IP address With kind regards, Michel
  16. @tazman, I am so very sorry for the delay. On top of everything going on, we were forced to move our offices which has basically caused major unwanted activities. The only difference between the PRO and non PRO is the WiFi/Bluetooth chip inside which we'll make available shortly as an option. Based on the initial feedback, more than 95% of the PRO orders do not even use WiFi and, if they do, they disable it. This said, we are seriously considering not offering the PRO version and just offer the WiFi chip as an option. Or, you can get a WiFi USB stick for a few bucks. Anyway, apologies for the delay. With kind regards, Michel
  17. @alanpacbch, Please take a look at Tools | Error Log. Here's a reference for reading the log: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY-99i/ISY-26_INSTEON:Errors_And_Error_Messages With kind regards, Michel
  18. @waffles, Then, you are 100% OK! With kind regards, Michel
  19. @io_guy, We'll definitely look into it. Is this on igb0? With kind regards, Michel
  20. @asbril, Polisy has nothing to do with these. The questions I have: are you certain you are logging in to the correct account? If so, please send your UUID and the email address associated with your account to support@universal-devices.com. With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hi @david-4, Did you get a beep when you clicked the reset button on the front? With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hi @david-4, I suspect you configured networking. Please click on the reset button through the hole on the front. This will put Polisy back on DCHP. With kind regards, Michel
  23. @giomania, Haven't received anything yet. With kind regards, Michel
  24. @waffles, Those errors are normal except for DEF/F6/I1 … do you have any node servers? With kind regards, Michel
  25. @waffles, Please reinstall the firmware. With kind regards, Michel
