  1. @gustavo, Please check the WSDK. Although there is no REST API for creating scenes, there is SOAP which is precisely what the Admin Console uses. With kind regards, Michel
  2. @frank, We used to have but not any more. I am so sorry. You can purchase from Orchestrated Home: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Z-Wave:_Ordering/Assembly_Instructions With kind regards, Michel
  3. @JacktheRipper, There is a Save button. Please use it to save the contents of ISY Launcher. You can the load it every time you lose the contents. Please note that most of your post are full of complaints and, except for this direct question, there is nothing in them that can be answered to your satisfaction. You are unhappy, I get it. What I don't get is why are you torturing yourself? Since you love the hub, why don't you just get another hub. I will even pay for it. Also, not sure where you got the idea that the forum = tech support. In the signature there are direct links and information for getting tech support. Using tech support will help your frustrations by not having to wait for a response on the forum. With kind regards,
  4. @beninsteon, Although the program name is not listed in the logs but the last column tells you whether or not an action was called by a program. With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hi PLCGuy, I totally understand. Unfortunately the current ISY does not have enough GPIO pins to allow for more analog input. Our next gen hardware will definitely have more onboard GPIO pins. With kind regards, Michel
  6. @ingeborgdot, The question is: are your INSTEON device linked to the hub or ISY994. Choosing the one that they are already linked to would be the easiest. With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hi @arw01, What you need to do is to Restore Devices: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY-99i/ISY-26_INSTEON:File_Menu#Restore_Devices With kind regards, Michel
  8. @DaveStLou, Not sure I understand. Live Update was removed in the last maintenance release. It's enabled automatically. If you have other problems, please submit a ticket or provide more details. With kind regards, Michel
  9. @visualcoat, Please unlink your account and then relink again. This usually happens when you have multiple Google accounts and the right one is not linked to Google Home. With kind regards, Michel
  10. @dsstrainer, You could try 'what is' but I do not think it works for anything but thermostats: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY_Portal_Amazon_Echo_Integration_V3#Devices With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hi Charles, I am so very glad to hear. You can safely ignore those errors: 6 means that the socket is in close-wait state and waiting for the client to send the final close. They will go away by themselves. With kind regards, Michel
  12. Hi zerop, Unlike computers, ISY's memory manager is designed in blocks that we can track. So, heap is rather meaningless in our case (just means available memory for stack) since we use blocks that are pre-allocated. So, you are doing fine. With kind regards, Michel
  13. @asbril, Definitely but it will have to wait till we get our Z-Wave+ certification. With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hi fiskie, This is about MobiLinc Connect vs. ISY Portal. Switching between them is as easy as sending your UUID to support@universal-devices.com and request for a switch. With kind regards, Michel
  15. @wmcneil, Does anything work at all with your charts? With kind regards, Michel
  16. @J_Barrett, Thanks so very much for the feedback. How many Z-Wave devices do you have? And, when you move to 5.0x, do you go through the migration process? With kind regards, Michel
  17. Michel Kohanim replied to MrBill's topic in ISY994
Hello everyone, Thanks so very much for the feedback. We had to put this since there were literally 20 others sellers selling ISYs on Amazon. And, to make matters worse, we had no clue where they got their ISYs from. In addition, some of those were returned to be fixed OR old ISYs were returned instead of the new ones. So, we just had no choice but to do this and 90% of the problems went away. I agree that we should make it more clear. With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hi @J_Barrett, Connections depend on the interval between each request. Keep-Alive is about 500 m.s. So, connections in and of themselves is not an issue. The problem is that the socket is in close_wait on your computer. Based on our code review and some experimentation, we know for a fact that ISY receives the FIN and closes the connection (otherwise, your ISY would run out of buffer space). The problem seems to be that ISY's ACK is not received by the computer. So, the computer's socket stays in close_wait forever. Do you have any firewall software, VPN, or any other packet filtering software on your computer? With kind regards, Michel
  19. @J_Barrett, We'll definitely look into this. Are you saying that this happens ALL the time or after Z-Wave | Heal? @db2ace2, Have you tried the Esc or Alt-Tab? I suspect the login dialog is behind the Admin Console. With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hi @db2ace2, Thanks for the update. I don't think you're reaching a limit. When you get to this state, does clicking anywhere on the Admin Console produce a beep sound?
  21. Hi Charles, Those come from 192.168.1.29. What is this device. Also, I would not consider this the source of the issue since they come in spurts and then go away. I suspect a node server of sorts. Can you please elaborate on what you mean by "Crash"? Does it just close? Do you get any errors? With kind regards, Michel
  22. @starmanj, This link explains the reason: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY_Portal_Amazon_Echo_Routines_FAQ#Why_is_there_is_a_delay_before_the_routine_is_triggered With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hi Bill, Unfortunately I have no idea. It's best to contact SmartHome support. With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hi RonnieB, Please elaborate. Have you tried Z-Wave/Exclude? With kind regards, Michel
  25. @apnar, We'll take a look. With kind regards, Michel
