  1. @apostolakisl, We'll look into it. With kind regards, Michel
  2. @starmanj, My pleasure and I think there's a good likelihood we can. With kind regards, Michel
  3. @starmanj, Without getting into technical and development details, your understanding is incorrect when it comes to V3. With kind regards, Michel
  4. @paulw, That does not make sense at all. Do you have a older backup you can try? With kind regards, Michel
  5. @Goose66, I have personally known Steve for over 12 years and a) I know for a fact that he has done INSTEON installations around the world the most recent ones of which were in Taiwan and Brazil and b) he's also on UD's tech support team (when you call our tech support, he's the one who picks up the phone) and I have tons of emails from customers wanting to express their satisfaction with how Steve made their day. So, in short, as much as I have my own apprehensions about SmartHome, I do believe whatever Steve says. With kind regards, Michel
  6. @starmanj, This is the limitation with Amazon V3 APIs. No guarantees but we'll try to see if we can trick it somehow. With kind regards, Michel
  7. @starmanj, Unfortunately I have no idea what any of this refers to or what exactly we were going to fix. There are 1000s of ISYs on the Portal and they all work simultaneously. So, you having two ISYs should NOT be a problem. If you wish to elaborate more, we'd be delighted to review and offer advice and, in case of a bug, fix it. With kind regards, Michel
  8. @paob, Already available With kind regards, Michel
  9. @n8ur9irl, Please install the 32 bit version of Java. With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hi @CopyRon, You don't have to change your credentials to ISY. For ISY Portal, click on the Users tab, then click on the email address you want to change and then change in the ensuing dialog.

  12. Hi @Kentinada, https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Main_Page#Installing_the_Admin_Console_Icon_on_Your_Desktop With kind regards, Michel
  13. @int2str, 1. Not that I know of 2. No With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hi @btreinders, Please reboot without the PLM. This makes ISY go into Safe Mode and not run any of your programs. With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi guys, We should have an announcement within couple of weeks. Currently testing Ecobee, SolarEdge, and very soon Nest. Everything is working perfectly! Any of you interested in developing a node server for Ring? With kind regards, Michel
  16. @btreinders, Please send both the log and the error log to support@universal-devices.com and include the last time you rebooted. With kind regards, Michel
  17. @akss, We are working on it. With kind regards, Michel
  18. @btreinders, It should take 10 seconds or less. If you have Query at restart checked, then ISY will try to query all devices including the node servers. It might be that some of the node servers are not responding. The next time you are able to login, please check the error log which will give you many clues as to what was going on. With kind regards, Michel
  19. @io_guy, Yes, AARTech. With kind regards, Michel
  20. @jca001, These are production 500 series units. You can purchase and use but you must upgrade to 5.0.x firmware. With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hi @brianp6621, You can dim a scene: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY_Portal_Amazon_Echo_Integration_V3#Scenes With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hi @brianp6621, I shared this link with the excellent team at MobiLinc. With kind regards, Michel
  23. All, A better way to address this issue is to have a program that sends an email when you do NOT get a heartbeat: If Control 'x' heartbeat is switched on Then Wait 24.5 hours Send Notification Else … nothing With kind regards, Michel
  24. @Blackbird, Log only logs changes of state. Heartbeat never changes the state. With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hi Tommy James, The linking is done on Amazon side. Please follow the instructions here: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY_Portal_Amazon_Echo_Integration_V3#Instructions_to_Enable_the_V3_Skill_in_the_Echo_App With kind regards, Michel
