  1. madcodger, Thank you for your feedback. There's a dichotomy here: if you are enamored with SmarThings and their "third party" rules engine, and are using it at the office, and all the accolades that you heap upon them, then why are you looking for https://forum.universal-devices.com/topic/23422-swap-out-zigbee-for-zwave-in-isy/?hl=gem? Why not just find another third party plugin for your SmartThings? And, why Z-Wave? SmartThings is a great Z-Wave device. With regards to the cloud and our embrace thereof, well, it would have been great had you at the least conceded that our cloud is OPTIONAL. It's only there to interact with OTHER clouds. If the cloud goes down, with ISY, what you lose is Alexa, Google Home, etc. and NOT your entire rules engine (as opposed to your beloved SmartThings). As lilyoyo1 correctly suggested, we do not cater to those who want simple command/control/beautiful UI. As a matter of fact, in many occasions I do tell prospective customers to use Wink/SmartThings, etc. We are here for provide autonomy and automation. At some point we might have a pretty UI but that's not a high priority for us especially given the prevalence of virtual assistants. With kind regards, Michel
  2. Hi popnat, http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Main_Page#Changed_ISP.2FRouter_-_Can_no_longer_access_ISY With kind regards, Michel
  3. For those who have not been able to get Fibaro to work, details please. With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hi smokegrub, x is a "button" to allow you to remove that specific ISY from ISY Portal. It does not represent status of any sorts. With kind regards, Michel
  5. pjjameso, Ordered one. With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hi nathangt, Yes, we heard back from Amazon and working through a fix. Hopefully we'll have a solution in a couple of weeks. With kind regards, Michel
  7. Correction: everything we sell, including the modules, comes with 30 day money back guarantee. Also, the fee after the first two years is $12/year. With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hello DisplacedHusker , I am not sure I understand. I know you wish to set Z-Wave parameters for a device. Now, the question is "from what device"? Do you want to do that from a web capable device? With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hi lip, http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Main_Page#Changed_ISP.2FRouter_-_Can_no_longer_access_ISY With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hi born2dive, Sincere apologies. Mwester is correct. With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hi born2dive, You can do much more than that. This creates "nodes" in ISY. You can have a node for home, office, yours, someone else's, etc. and then use them as you would any node in programs. In short, you don't need variables. With kind regards, Michel
  12. Hi borne2dive, Unfortunately not. Sorry. Geo Fencing can be done through ISY Portal: http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY_Portal_Node_Server_Occupancy_%26_Locative_app_Instructions With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hi rossarmstrong, Are you on V2 or V3? With kind regards, Michel
  14. mwester, Thanks for the details. It seems that we are doomed one way or another. If it's not Java, then it's mobile apps. If it's not Z-Wave, then it's Zigbee. If it's not Zigbee, then it's hail. If it's not any of them, it's a -fraction of a second with home assistant- setting a high bar, and ad infinitum. As I mentioned, we will discuss with the team. Fortunately, we do not base our decisions on doom and gloom. With kind regards, Michel
  15. DrLumen, Thank you. We'll definitely discuss with the team soon after the New Year. With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hi asbril, There's really nothing on the SD Card that would improve performance. Is it possible that after a few months you have programs that start running that may have not been running before? With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hi rossarmstrong, Does this scene work in the Admin Console. Based on your description, I do not think so. With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hi asbril, Steps 3 and 4 are per device. Restoring should NOT improve performance. It's definitely something else. With kind regards, Michel
  19. Techman, Siren is definitely supported in 5.x. With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hi DrLumen, Will discuss with the team. Merry Christmas to you as well! With kind regards, Michel
  21. DrLumen, What were you expecting? Based on your description, it seems that it would do precisely what you outlined. With kind regards, Michel
  22. DrLumen, We will have to take a look. I am not sure whether or not your switch supports change of state. Mwester, I will have to defer hail functionality to Chris. pjjameso, As I mentioned in my last post, we'll have to buy one and see what's going on. This is a very simple device With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hi GnuseJay, This is usually related to signal/noise issue. You might want to move the PLM to a different outlet and one which is not shared with other transformers and power supplies. With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hi pjjameso, Unfortunately the only way you can reset the number is by factory resetting the Z-Wave dongle (totally controlled by Sigma firmware running inside the dongle). What you need to do: 1. Z-Wave | Advanced | Factory Reset 2. Z-Wave | Tools | Synchronize | All (get rid of any Z-Wave device in ISY) 3. Z-Wave | Exclude 4. Z-Wave | Include With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hi pjjameso, I am so very sorry to hear. We will order one and see what's going on. This is a very simple product and it should be supported. With regards to Gen 5, the major issue currently is that it requires S2 security. We are working on it alas I just cannot give any ETAs. With kind regards, Michel
