  1. Hi pjjameso, I am so very sorry to hear. We will order one and see what's going on. This is a very simple product and it should be supported. With regards to Gen 5, the major issue currently is that it requires S2 security. We are working on it alas I just cannot give any ETAs. With kind regards, Michel
  2. Hi pjjameso , Did you exclude and then include again? This should work as long as the device reports its capabilities. With kind regards, Michel
  3. DrLumen, Precisely what features of Z-Wave are lacking in ISY and especially in the 5.0.11B firmware version? With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hi Ben, This might require Alexa notifications on which we are currently working. With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hello etsvilik, No, haven't heard back yet. With kind regards, Michel
  6. startmanj, Also, if you are on a MAC, please try: http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Main_Page#Admin_Console_icon_does_not_appear_on_the_desktop With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hi starmanj, If you see ISY Finder but no ISY is found, then the problem is networking. Questions: 1. Are you certain ISY is on the same network as your computer? 2. Do you see the error/mem lights blinking? 3. What's the pattern of lights on the front when you reboot? With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hi baabm, If you are still having problems, please submit a ticket and we'd be delighted to help you with troubleshooting. With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hi e40, Please try sending that variable through email. Maybe the address is wrong. In call cases, you do NOT need these acrobatics with 5.0.11B: you can simply save the status of a device to a variable and then reuse it. With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hi etsvilik, Known issue with Alexa. We have reported it and are waiting for them to come back with a resolution. With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hi e40, Are you calling ISY from itself? Does the same work if you replace the $variable with a static value? With kind regards, Michel Also, you can already set variables to device states in 5.0.11B in programs. With kind regards, Michel
  12. Hi Vance, Please check out: http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Main_Page#Changed_ISP.2FRouter_-_Can_no_longer_access_ISY With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hi wrique, Please send your UUID to support@universal-devices.com. With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hi Leon, Based on over 10 years of experience, above and beyond a non-communicating PLM, there's really no guarantee that choosing certain devices is going to give you definitive answer as to a PLM failure. It might give you a hint based on which you can investigate further. With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi Milt, Yes: If Control 'Motion Sensor' is Switched On Then whatever you want goes here With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hi Dinboise, Please submit a ticket. With kind regards, Michel

Thanks kingwr. Cannot be hidden in the Admin Console. The only possible way is to uninstall the module then delete the node. If you want to go for it, please send your uuid to support@universal-devices.com. With kind regards, Michel
  18. kingwr, It's required if it's really important for you to have accurate status of dimmable devices. With kind regards, Michel

Hi kingwr, Which interface? With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hi jpelzer, Thanks so much for the hint. Benoit spent a lot of time going through the logs and there's literally nothing that may cause this above and beyond the normal culprits (ISY not online, device error, etc.) . So it seems to be quite possible that having a non working Echo in a group may cause these problems. We'll take another look. With kind regards, Michel
  21. David, Did you follow all the instructions for MAC? http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Main_Page#Admin_Console_Icon_on_Your_Desktop With kind regards, Michel
  22. fasttimes, What firmware version? With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hi all, Looking into it. With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hi all, You can use Not Responding condition and use And for all devices. But, you will either have to wait for the 3AM query or periodically query everything (bad idea). With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hi gisaac78, Are you certain you are on the same network as ISY? Are you certain that ISY's error light is not blinking? Have you tried the latest UI? http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Main_Page#Admin_Console_Icon_on_Your_Desktop With kind regards, Michel
