  1. @dgwete When you run the attached url, what does it show for your UDX version View EISY config file.url
  2. The Matter support is a work in progress. The current release is beta and only supports a limited number of devices. Initial support for light bulbs and plugin modules: -- WiFi direct. -- WiFi through a Border Router such as Google Nest Hub or Apple HomePod. -- Thread through a Border Router. The current release of the UD Mobile app supports Matter
  3. What you're seeing is normal, the link count will vary if the PLM is active. It's best to do a link count when there's no activity.

@lalang Attached is the procedure for replacing the PLM Replace PLM (ISY994).pdf Replace PLM Procedure (EISY or POLISY).pdf
  5. Maybe try uninstalling and reinstalling the player. Are you on an eisy or polisy? You can also try rebooting.
  6. My audio player works fine after the update. Your issue might be with the YouTube plug in. Are you able to play the default sounds from your audio player?
  7. @pjjameso Try clearing your java cache and reloading the IoX Launcher. Also try rebooting your eisy/polisy
  8. The sort works for me. Try clearing your java cache and reloading the IoX Launcher, also try a reboot on your eisy.
  9. When you replace your PLM be sure to exactly follow the replace PLM procedure (see attached) Replace PLM Procedure (EISY or POLISY).pdf
  10. After the update to 5.9.1 my router still shows the eisy mac address
  11. @bobbob21 Try replacing the ethernet cable between the router and the eisy. Also try removing power from the eisy for about 15 seconds.
  12. Sorry, I didn't notice you were originally referring to airthings. I'm not familiar with it, hopefully someone who is has an answer for you.
  13. What are you using to view/access your devices, admin console or UD mobile When you mention "account" are you referring to the Portal. Do you mean different controllers, not devices.
  14. If you're referring to devices in the device tree, You can disable a device but you can't hide it What exactly are you trying to do?
  15. The UD Zwave dongle is backwards compatible. The downside of using a 3rd party zwave controller is you probably won't be able to back up your Zwave network. The UD dongle is zwave certified. If your zwave devices are zwave certified then they should be compatible.
  16. Is your Polisy and eisy both running the same firmware and same data file If so, remove power from the PLM and the eisy, wait about 15 seconds then connect the PLM to the eisy, power up the PLM, wait 15 seconds then power up the eisy Let me know if that works.

Are you running an ISY994, an EISY or a Polisy What are your firmware and UI versions?
  18. Out of curiosity, What was the resoluition?
  19. Either your Polisy bios needs updating or you have a signature failure. You'll need to contact support. Here's the link to submit a support request: https://www.universal-devices.com/my-tickets

The PLM was manufactured in July 2017. The current PLMs have improved hardware and firmware.

Exactly follow the attached procedure to replace your PLM. It's best to do a factory reset on your new PLM before installng it. When you install the new PLM the deleted addresses in your previous PLM will be removed. Replace PLM Procedure (EISY or POLISY).pdf
  22. @flsenior The icon that UD installs on your desktop is the IoX Launcher (see screenshot). You should only have the one icon to launch the admin console. Clear your java cache again and then download the launcher from the link I previously provided. The "My ISY" i9s not the correct link. If it's still there after you clear your java cache you should delete it.
  23. When you clear your java cache the IoX Launcher will be deleted. If that's not the case then your cache didn't clear How much RAM memory do you have on your computer? Did you download the IoX Launcher from here? https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp You can also try rebooting the EISY
  24. @pwmcmaho When you replaced your PLM did you exactly follow the attached procedures? Is the PLM address, that's showing up in your PLM Status your new or previous PLM? Replace PLM Procedure (EISY or POLISY).pdf
  25. Have you tried using the admin console rather than UD Mobile, and an ethernet connection between the eisy and your router
