  1. The Zwave backup wouldn't be used during the update as the eisy/polisy OS and UDX (user defined extension) are the only items updated. The backup(s) are your insurance policy.
  2. Does your router have DHCP enabled? Did you follow the replace PLM procedure (see attached) when switching PLMs It's probably best to try to stay with 5.9.1 and resolve your issues. Wiki Needless to say replacing your older single band devices with dual band willl greatly improve the reliability of your network.
  4. If any of the values in your IF statement change within the 15 minute period then the program will restart. .
  5. The eisy and polisy only supports zwave backup when using the ud zwave/matter dongle.
  6. @dgwete Glad you're up and running. Are you able to view your config file. It shows the current UDX and the OS versions //eisy.local:8443/WEB/sysconfig.txt
  7. @dgwete Check your connection between the eisy and your router. Try another ethernet cable if vyou have one. Is there any led activity on the eisy network socket?
  8. @walkman9999 It appears that you have a lot of the older single band, powerline only, devices. If that's the case you could have noise on your powerline that's interferring with the Insteon signals

  10. In the admin console under help | about, what are your firmware and UI versions Can you see your eisy in your router? Try removing power from the eisy for about 15 seconds. If that doesn't correct the issue then you should probably submit a support ticket.

  14. What you're seeing is normal, the link count will vary if the PLM is active. It's best to do a link count when there's no activity.

  16. Maybe try uninstalling and reinstalling the player. Are you on an eisy or polisy? You can also try rebooting.
  17. My audio player works fine after the update. Your issue might be with the YouTube plug in. Are you able to play the default sounds from your audio player?
  18. @pjjameso Try clearing your java cache and reloading the IoX Launcher. Also try rebooting your eisy/polisy

  23. Sorry, I didn't notice you were originally referring to airthings. I'm not familiar with it, hopefully someone who is has an answer for you.
  24. What are you using to view/access your devices, admin console or UD mobile When you mention "account" are you referring to the Portal. Do you mean different controllers, not devices.
  25. If you're referring to devices in the device tree, You can disable a device but you can't hide it What exactly are you trying to do?
