No one said forum. When you are on a web page that allows you to make changes, read the entire page. You are going to scare the new kids. Best regards, Gary Funk

That's why everyone says read the manual before operating. Read the entire page then make changes. Best regards, Gary Funk

There are but they cost hundreds to thousands more. Elk is the best ROI I have found. If you can do it yourself it's pretty cheap. It's cost way less that my Insteon system. Best regards, Gary Funk

The nice thing about Insteon is it simplifies the wiring. I have capped off over a dozen red wires. Best regards, Gary Funk

Electricians do funny things at times. I just changed out a three-way switch for an outlet that the white in a 14-3 was wrapped in black tape and used as a load. Best regards, Gary Funk

If i had my way, there would no packaging at all. Just put the switches in a small box and ship them. I don't want the instructions, I don't want the wire nuts and I don't want the little white box it comes in. Too damn much waste. Best regards, Gary Funk

I just received 8 new KPL units from Amazon. This is ridiculous. This brings my total to 24 installed KPL. Best regards, Gary Funk

That's the issue I see. I see this like global thermonuclear war. The only way to win is not to play. Best regards, Gary Funk

That's still going to cause some issues with some. The only way I see this working to to be able to give explicit instructions. Guessing what I want is too risky. Best regards, Gary Funk

Do both switches light up in the off position? Did you use the RED wire on both switches? Best regards, Gary Funk

I've had a switch get warm but never hot. Since i switched to LED bulbs my switches don't even get warm. Best regards, Gary Funk

That's just wrong. My SUV can be out 1 inch too far and not interfere with the beam. Yet to door will hit the bumper and not close. Best regards, Gary Funk

You need to identify the "plug" by its device type. Without knowing exactly what this "plug" is, it is difficult to give you the answer. Best regards, Gary Funk
