  1. This is the support thread for IoX 5.6.3: With kind regards, Michel
  2. @Techman, OTA updates was implemented in our first release. The reason we have not made it public is that, at least in the case of couple of Zooz devices, although the upgrade was successful, the devices got bricked. Trying to figure out how to protect ourselves in case OTA bricks a device. Perhaps a huge warning? With kind regards, Michel
  3. @Riggins44, YES, hopefully tomorrow. Please note that this is an initial release with support for lights, switches, and color bulbs. Integration with sensors and other things will be super-fast. Just need to get some user feedback and iron out the bugs (if any). With kind regards, Michel

  14. Michel Kohanim replied to SSS's topic in eisy
@SSS, I cannot give you concrete ETA but I can tell you that it's next on the list after fixing some stability issues with PG3. With kind regards, Michel
  15. @isyrocks!, It's fixed. This is what you need to do: 1. Admin Console | Configuration | Reboot eisy (you must do this first because of previous failed attempts) .. or 5 times on the power button 2. Admin Console | Configuration | Upgrade Packages or 1 time on the power button 3. You will probably be asked to reboot again (depends on what's already been upgraded before) With kind regards, Michel
  16. Mike, Stretching the truth a little. We do not have resources to login every time you run into issues. I did remote in, backed up your 994, upgraded your 994, created a backup for you and then you send another ticket that "nothing works" with eisy. What does "nothing works" mean? Do you expect us to develop ESP? With kind regards, Michel
  17. @KSaccullo01, 13.2 will be available in a month and should go through the same upgrade process. With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hopefully 06/15. With kind regards, Michel
  19. @residualimages, You can already do HAN integration using Vue Smart Meter plugin from Emporia (about $35).
