  1. @gages97, For sure VPN connections kill both of the above. With kind regards, Michel
  2. Unless purchased through back channels and/or used, we have not sold a 994 since mid 2019. Yes of course. Polisy will be supported till at least January of 2027. With kind regards, Michel
  3. @ccclapp, With eisy/ZMatter, scenes are written to devices for Z-Wave (called associations) so they will continue to work even without eisy. Very much like INSTEON. Concept of Scenes in Zigbee is a little more complicated. With kind regards, Michel
  4. @gages97, 1. Regular mDNS 2. Proprietary UDP to port 20036 With kind regards, Michel
  5. Usually firewall issue. With kind regards, Michel
  6. @mmb, it's beta because we are going through Z-Wave Certification. It should have been completed by 07/15 but got delayed by the testing agency. It should be any day now. With kind regards, Michel
  7. @ShawnW, Please submit a ticket. With kind regards, Michel
  8. We'll go through a few more devices and provide a list. With kind regards, Michel
  9. @Dr. Q, I suspect you are still on PG3 and not PG3x. Is that the case? With kind regards, Michel
  10. @vbPhil, Yes, internal ZMatter is supported. @TheA2Z, Currently, light bulbs and plugin modules. But, since all the plumbing is done, support for additional device types is going to be very fast. @brians, Switches and sensors are next. Everyone else, what Zigbee devices do you use? Please post to “request” thread: https://forum.universal-devices.com/topic/41569-zigbee-device-support-requests/ With kind regards, Michel
  11. @jtara92101, For real time energy information, you can use Vue. eisy does not talk to DTE bridge. No, you cannot talk to Powerley through eisy unless you make a node server for it. But, I do not see the purpose if you can get your energy information using Vue and don't have to pay any subscriptions. None of the above has anything do with OpenADR. With kind regards, Michel
  12. @GSORS400, If you are still having issues, please submit a ticket. With kind regards, Michel
  13. This is the support thread for IoX 5.6.3: With kind regards, Michel
  14. @Techman, OTA updates was implemented in our first release. The reason we have not made it public is that, at least in the case of couple of Zooz devices, although the upgrade was successful, the devices got bricked. Trying to figure out how to protect ourselves in case OTA bricks a device. Perhaps a huge warning? With kind regards, Michel
  15. @MrBill, Yes but I would not say that their business model can never work long term. They are embedded in billions of devices (much more than Zigbee and Z-Wave and INSTEON combined). And they are used by many well-known organizations. With kind regards, Michel
  16. @Riggins44, YES, hopefully tomorrow. Please note that this is an initial release with support for lights, switches, and color bulbs. Integration with sensors and other things will be super-fast. Just need to get some user feedback and iron out the bugs (if any). With kind regards, Michel
  17. @Ross, tuya relay is awesome because it allows you to be far away from eisy. Just in case you want something that's physically attached to eisy, @bpwwer has developed a node server for Noyito relays (4 channels). With kind regards, Michel

  19. Hi Ryan, eisy provides all cipher suites supported by TLS 1.2 and TLS 1.3. We are slowly disabling services that require TLS 1.1. With kind regards, Michel
