  1. Hi Jgdavis14, Those are the programs that have been evaluated at that time and their status may have changed. With kind regards, Michel
  2. Hello nlaredo, This error dialog makes no sense: Insecure update error! For security reasons, you need to sign your updates with a DSA key. See Sparkle's documentation for more information. [OK] It seems to me that the system is complaining about something else. This is not an Update and jar files are signed by RSA and never DSA. Do you have the same issue with all your MACs? Specifically, do you get the same dialog? With kind regards, Michel
  3. LeeG, Thanks so very much for the verification. And, you have never ever wasted my time. On the contrary, you have always saved all of us time! Thanks again and with kind regards, Michel
  4. Hi Jgdavis14, You can definitely ignore those as they are sent when ISY evaluates time for programs. With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hi LeeG, Thanks so very much for the details and sincere apologies for tardy reply. Questions: Do you have any programs that turn A12 (on)? X10 A12 On (3) Fri 2014/03/21 09:35:04 AM Program Log Also, how did you do the query? Please note that: 1. If you query from the Admin Console on the node itself, then, first ISY clears all previous states and thus the status is NULL. Any updates to NULL (either on or off) will cause the program to run 2. If you query from the program, then current states are NOT cleared and thus the program should not run Please advise. Thanks again and with kind regards, Michel
  6. Hi LeeG, Thanks as always for the detective work! Was there no change in the status of Relay 1 from 9:13 to 9:35? In short, if the status was 0 (off) and then ISY sensed 0 again (off), then it shouldn't have run that program and definitely a bug. Would you be kind enough to look in your logs to see whether or not the status changed? With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hi smokegrub, Please contact our support and we'll help out (links below). With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hi johnnyt, I am so very sorry that you had to go through this and, to be honest, I wouldn't have been able to pinpoint the issue had I not gone through a similar thing just a week ago. The log you are showing is NOT that ISY is surprised. The event viewer is what it is: for viewing events and ISY is merely showing you what the event means and NOT what should be on the UI (both of which are correct in this case). With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hi smokegrub, Please submit a ticket (links below). With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hi KHouse, We did have a hacker hacking into one of our email accounts on universal-devices.com. If Notifications are critical for you, I strongly recommend using your own SMTP settings. With kind regards, Michel

Hi Dwight, thank you. Got it and Steve should get back to you shortly. With kind regards, Michel
  12. Yes I have at least three and they work under normal conditions. This is where I beg to differ. I think what you are experiencing are "normal conditions" and what you wish them to do are the exceptions. You cannot have multiple IO outputs in the same scene. It does not work. ISY may think that EZIO (like KPL) would be able to respond to one scene command that turns multiple relays on, but ISY is mistaken. The only way you can send a scene command to turn multiple outputs on/off simultaneously requires changing the way we do things (or using SmartenIt utility). So, before spending more time going through logs and events, may I humbly suggest having one relay/output per scene? With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hi LeeG, as always your sharp eyes have caught something that I had not even paid attention to. Hi johnnyt, I guess I need new glasses. Thanks so very much for the details. I do not see anything that strikes me as strange. One question though: do you have any scenes where two or more inputs or outputs of EZIO are members of? Perhaps it would be best to have submit a ticket so that we can login to your computer and see everything as it happens. With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hi Simon, You are absolutely correct. ISY should have let you know that you have reached the limit. On our list for more than 3 years and every time it goes back to the bottom of the list. I am so very sorry. With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi johnnyt, Nothing was attached. With kind regards, Michel

Hi ferdies, Steve just sent you an email. With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hi legoboyjj, I am so very sorry to hear. Are you on a MAC/Safari? If all else fails, please do not hesitate to contact our tech support (links below). With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hi johnnyt, Do you have the problem with both the single as well as dual band PLMs? Hop count of 0 means that the INSTEON packet used all its hops before it got to ISY. This is not about ISY being busy but rather your network is just too busy and perhaps some of the devices are not forwarding the packets. Currently, my worry is that we are getting two identical messages and not considering the second one as duplicate. So, the test I would like done is to continuously query both (perhaps in a program) for about 5 minutes and then send me the output of the Event Viewer. With kind regards, Michel
  19. Hi Bernman, Unfortunately not ... it's a long story! With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hi txNgineer, To set a variables: /rest/vars/init/// Sets the initial value of variable at ISY startup /rest/vars/set/// Sets a variable given by var-id What you need to do - as tracknut suggested - is a network client that can create http GET requests and then send it to ISY. Do you have such a solution? With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hello johnnyt and LeeG, I think it's related to getting two SRX events and not considering it a duplicate. Without having to go through all the discussion, how old/new is this EZIO? With kind regards, Michel

Hi Guys, Yes, this requires a PLM replacement. Dwight, please contact our support so that we can hook you up with our contacts at SmartHome. With kind regards, Michel

  24. Hi evilpete, Currently, above and beyond using variables, you cannot. With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hello all, Unfortunately we cannot as they only support a USB interface. With kind regards, Michel
