  1. Hello Mr. Allen, The only parameters available are IP, mask, gateway, and dns ... none of the other low level parameters are available through our interface. With kind regards, Michel

Hi Vyrolan, We shall definitely take a look. With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hello sbex55, If you are not seeing any IR activities either in Event Viewer or the IR tab, then you are 100% correct. The best test would be to use any universal remote (including harmony) and choose a Philips device such as TV. If that does not work either then the problem is the unit itself. With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hello fordohio, Please reboot ISY. Once Admin Console is back up, synchronize the time but please WAIT for the progress bar to go away before you do anything else. With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hello everyone, UBI (http://theubi.com/) looks pretty good but they do not yet have their APIs. Once they have the APIs, it should be pretty simple to integrate. With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hi SunSentry, Thanks so very much for the feedback and so sorry it took us so long to get it working. With kind regards, Michel
  7. OverloadUT, We had to disable long file names because it increased RAM usage by almost 200%. Network resources/web server functionality accounts for less than 1% ISY features and as such, regardless of how many years long file names have been around, it makes no sense to sacrifice memory for this function. With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hello kjbbasic, That's really odd. I do recommend removing one from ISY, factory reset, and then add it back in. If that does not work either, then I will have no choice but to suspect either defective units OR the firmware behavior for the thermostat was changed without notice to us. With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hello Ken, You do not have to do double sign on. You can use the application (http://www.universal-devices.com/99i/3.3.5/admin.jnlp) which should put an icon on your desktop. Once that's done, click on the Add button in ISY Finder and then enter your ISY's httpS URL. Hi SunSentry, The difference between http/https is that ISY allows for more un-acked packets in HTTPS. We shall take a look as it seems that this problem happens much more often in the presence of firewall software. By the way, how are the new UI Themes working out in 3.3.5? With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hello bktong, I do not think it would be efficient use of your time trying to debug through the forum. Unless you wish to continue on the forum, I strongly suggest contacting our tech support and scheduling a remote session (link below). Are you using the website URL or ISY's URL? With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hello dec3169, The fact that ISY could hear events from your SWL even though it had not been registered in ISY is extremely troubling. In fact it should be impossible otherwise you have found a security hole (PLM must NOT pass traffic for devices which are not linked to it). So, this brings me back to LeeG's excellent observation: in all likelihood your PLM is full. Furthermore I venture to say that perhaps you are using an old PLM that at one point was linked to your SWL. Hello kjbbasic, It usually take a minute before you get temperature readings. Are you saying that you are not getting and readings whatsoever? With kind regards, Michel
  12. Hi bktong, What operating system and 32 or 64 bits? With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hi raydoc, Here are the instructions: http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index ... PnP_Router With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hello eataft, Please do the following: 1. Go to http://www.universal-devices.com/99i/admin.jnlp ... this should bring up an ISY Finder dialog 2. In the dialog, click on the Add button and then enter the https URL for your ISY 3. Close everything 4. If step#1 didn't install an icon on your desktop, then redo #1. Otherwise, click on the icon and choose the https entry If using https gives you better results, then the problem is certainly the firewall you have. With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hello Kentinada, Aren't you given a dialog to choose the destination folder? With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hi paauto: Please review this post: http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index ... te_Install With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hello mitch236, Yes, only TCP. It's quite possible that the router has reserved port 443 for itself? With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hi jmed999, unfortunately I do not understand the question. Would you please rephrase? With kind regards, Michel
  19. Hello dpower, I recommend the following: 1. Make sure you have Java 1.7 installed 2. Make sure you clear your Java cache 3. Go to http://www.universal-devices.com/99i/admin.jnlp With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hi Ron, What is SM120x? With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hi Rich, If you have 994iZ series, then you can use RCS TZ45 Zigbee thermostats. They are really good but really expensive. We have not had a lot of issues with Venstar thermostats. With kind regards, Michel
  22. Michel Kohanim replied to CopyRon's topic in ISY994
Hello CopyRon, Please do not remove that scene. It's for Open ADR which is a new energy management standard. With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hi telljcl, Yes, that's it and we have to change the modules installed and convert them from Zigbee to ZWave (on line). With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hello telljcl, Zigbee/ZWave are either/or things. So, if you really want to use ZWave, you will have to throw away your Zigbee radio when ZWave is ready. I do not have an ETA but it should be very soon. With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hi Ken, thank you. One cannot really disable firewalls since they get themselves hooked up at the lowest layers. High level functions may be disabled but all the packet filtering rules stay put even if you disable them. What you need to ensure is that indeed Kaspersky has the correct IP for your ISY. With kind regards, Michel
