  1. apostolakisl, THANK YOU for an excellent illustration of Wait and how it can be used as timers. With kind regards, Michel
  2. Hello tpolito, It's quite possible that something else is using that port as well. In all cases, it's best not to use UPnP to configure the router since the settings are volatile. It would be best to create port forwarding rules manually: http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index ... PnP_Router With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hi bTwix, Unfortunately not. It's going to be pretty difficult to figure out what URLs require authorization and which ones don't. With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hello EVictory, I am so very sorry to hear. I heard that from our contact at SmartHome. Unfortunately we do not have any plans to support TouchLinc for a variety of reason including lack of demand. With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hi counselfly, I am so very sorry to hear. The problem is our mail servers have been migrated and might be intermittent till DNS records get updated. If you are using default, it's best to use your own settings for the next few days. With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hi wrj0, Yes, of course. The fix will be in 3.3.8 to be released on Friday. mohansen, thanks so very much for your time/effort trying to figure out the cause. With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hello NHWA, Thanks so very much for the update. I can tell you immediately that there's nothing in the beta that would fix this issue. In any case, please do keep us posted. With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hi mohansen, Thank you. The only differences are: 1. Semi colons at the end of Mime-version and Content-type 2. Charset is ISO8859-1 ... I wonder why 3. Content encoding: 7 bits In short, this is basically SMS and the reason is works is the same reason that non-customized content works. So, it has to do with these headers and perhaps UTF-8 is problematic. With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hello elvisimprsntr, It seems that at the same time you had problems communicating with network resources (not receiving a response from the resource). Do you always get those (i.e. the resource never responds)? Also, please note that we have had a lot of trouble with pool.ntp.org especially if you have other devices on the network using pool.ntp.org. I have found NIST's time servers to be the most responsive: http://tf.nist.gov/tf-cgi/servers.cgi Would you please try one of these and let me know whether or not you are still having these errors? With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hello All, Just wanted to let everyone know that we found the bug with KPL backlight issue and it's fixed. And, I want to thank every one for providing us with feedback and diagnostics information. We should have another RC (hopefully the last one) by the end of the week. With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hello mohansen, Just sent you an email with a link to firmware with ; removed. With kind regards, Michel
  12. mohansen, Thanks so very much for the detailed detective work. Please try HTML in customization and let me know if that works. About the semi colon, we will look into it but I am afraid changing it will have adverse impact on other things that currently work. With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hi IM, Thanks so very much. Query at startup has always been there and the function for which has never changed. We're looking into all other issues. With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hello mohansen, Thank you. Quite useful! 1. The test does include mime-type since text is implicit 2. It seems that the mail server actually accepted the message ... so, at this point, I believe the problem is that the mail server is NOT forwarding to the MMS server With kind regards, Michel
  15. Thank you all ... we are looking into it as we speak. With kind regards, Michel
  16. mohansen, I just sent a few different messages with customized contents to vzwpix.com (mms for Verizon) and they all worked properly and instantaneously. Unfortunately I really do not know what else to suggest especially if you do not see any errors in your error log. With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hi Guys, thanks so very much for pointing out the doc problem. It's now fixed. With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hi rahnee, Backlight not working is a command that's sent from ISY. What you are describing is a device configuration (i.e. multiple buttons turning on/off) ... furthermore, scenes not working has nothing to do with firmware: it's the programming within the device. Did you change anything with these devices after the upgrade? With kind regards, Michel
  19. Hi mohansen, This is extremely odd. Can you tell me whether or not you have setup SMTP server settings? It's possible that AT&T does not like the SMTP (from server). With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hello all, Thanks so very much for all the feedback and certainly a good timing since we are still in Beta! We are looking into everything here right now and hopefully we'll find a resolution soon. Thanks again and HAPPY NEW YEAR to all. With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hello jasonl99, If you are on 99, please check the type of cipher suites that pushover requires as it might exclude the current capabilities of 99. 994 PRO series have enhanced security features (http://www.universal-devices.com/docs/I ... 0Guide.pdf ) and thus a much higher likelihood of success. All this said, you have to figure out what pushover uses. With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hi mohansen, Can you please send the same message to sms, mms, and email (create a group with all three)? With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hi tracknut, Autelis products work with Somfy and ISY's Network Module pretty well. You might want to give them a look: viewforum.php?f=78 With kind regards,
  24. elvisimprsntr, If you are using SSL to communicate with your ELK and if you have userid/password setup for your ELK, then there's a very high likelihood of hang on all units. The only way to fix this is to remove userid/password from ELK. With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hi Dave, Unfortunately not. Zigbee devices are not very interoperable and, as such, the only Zigbee devices we support are RCS Thermostats/load controllers, Brultech ECM energy monitors and UDI EM3 energy monitor. With kind regards, Michel
