  6. Hi rahnee, Backlight not working is a command that's sent from ISY. What you are describing is a device configuration (i.e. multiple buttons turning on/off) ... furthermore, scenes not working has nothing to do with firmware: it's the programming within the device. Did you change anything with these devices after the upgrade? With kind regards, Michel

Hello jasonl99, If you are on 99, please check the type of cipher suites that pushover requires as it might exclude the current capabilities of 99. 994 PRO series have enhanced security features (http://www.universal-devices.com/docs/I ... 0Guide.pdf ) and thus a much higher likelihood of success.   12. elvisimprsntr, If you are using SSL to communicate with your ELK and if you have userid/password setup for your ELK, then there's a very high likelihood of hang on all units. The only way to fix this is to remove userid/password from ELK. With kind regards, Michel

  18. Hi mohansen, It should work! Have you tried sending one directly from your mail client? If so, do you get it? Also, please try mms and then check Error Log and look for -50000 errors. Let me know if you see any and, if so, please copy/paste here. With kind regards, Michel
  19. Hi chris932, The reason you see Not Found is because Admin Console sends a UDP packet to search for ISY. Currently, you cannot disable the search feature but I think we should be able to get rid of it in one of the future releases OR at the least make it less annoying. If you are on MAC, make sure you go to System Preferences | Privacy & Security and make sure your firewall allows incoming traffic. With kind regards, Michel

  25. Hi Jeff, You are using an old UI and thus all the issues including the fact that you received errors while trying to install Z firmware. The firmware for 994 and its Z/ZS variants are interchangeable. The only difference is that in the Z/ZS variances, ISY will not go to Safe Mode if no PLM is attached. With kind regards, Michel
