  1. Hello all, I am very pleased to announce that we have implemented Single Signon across all of our sites: ISY Portal, Forum, and WWW. So, you can now easily roam and navigate between them simply by logging into your ISY Portal account. Currently, you can use either method to login. This said, with the next two months, all registration and authorization will be done through ISY Portal. So, if you have time, please consider using ISY Portal to login. This way, your accounts will be linked and you wont' have to worry about a thing when we remove the standard methods for logging. With kind regards, Michel
  2. @TheA2Z, I suspect you need to upgrade to PRO (reached max number of nodes). With kind regards, Michel
  3. @SteveKlos, Should be under warranty. Please send your invoice to sales@universal-devices.com and request for an RMA. With kind regards, Michel
  4. @f11, No, the structure is the same. Please go to SolarEdge folder. And, please do make sure you do the following before you do anything else in that directory sudo -u polyglot -s With kind regards, Michel
  5. @f11, Apologies, SSH to Polisy, cd to /var/polyglot/nodeservers/udi-solaredge-poly The rest should be the same. With kind regards, Michel
  6. @f11, Apologies. We moved repositories and thus the issue for old installations. What you need to do: cd ~/.polyglot/nodeservers/udi-solaredge-poly git remote remove origin git remote add origin https://github.com/UniversalDevicesInc/udi-solaredge-poly.git git branch --set-upstream-to=origin/master master git pull With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hello everyone, The reason is that outlook/msn/hotmail had banned us. The reason: the pattern seems to indicate a spammer. It took us one week to explain to them that, of course, the pattern is different. They are coming from 10s of thousands of different ISYs, with different triggers. It was a nightmare. Alas, it seems that they had forgotten to include this scenario in their spam protection algorithms. This happens every few months. So, if you are still using the default, I strongly suggest making a dummy gmail account and use that instead. With kind regards, Michel
  8. @danncas, What is isy Optimize? With kind regards, Michel
  9. @SteveKlos, I am so sorry. How old is the unit? Yes, we have a $99.00 flat + shipping service for repair/replace (if we can repair, we'll replace it with a refurbished unit). With kind regards, Michel
  10. @SteveKlos, I am sorry to hear. In that case, I think your unit is defective. Most probably the flash has gone bad. With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hello all, Just want to make sure you did receive our newsletter on March 18: https://www.universal-devices.com/poly-news-iaqualink-ring/ . Did you? If not, please subscribe to Product News and Announcements under your account. With kind regards, Michel
  12. @SteveKlos, Please try a different power supply. Anything that outputs 5-30 volts center positive. With kind regards, Michel
  13. @SteveKlos, What's the pattern of lights on the front as ISY reboots? With kind regards, Michel
  14. @toddhutch, Not sure what you are trying to do. Open close sensors are battery operated so a) you cannot modify their setting unless they are in programming mode b) they have no state after ISY reboot and c) if you tried programming them while asleep, ISY will keep trying and not only you will see green or grey 1011 icons on them but also system busy. The only way to recover is to put them in programming mode and right mouse click/ Write update to device. With kind regards, Michel
  15. @ElectricCPR, Would love to include it in our Wiki: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY-99i_Generic_Jewish_Calendar Thanks SO very much. With kind regards, Michel
  16. @PurdueGuy, Thanks so very much! Got them all. I see the issue ... I think PGC is now bombarding ISY/ISY Portal. That's why Alexa worked for a few minutes. Looking into it as we speak. With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hello all, Sincere apologies for the interruption in service. Once of the proxy servers had to be replaced and is now online. Things should go back to normal shortly. With kind regards, Michel
  18. @JSylvia007, I am so very sorry to hear. I think this is due to DNS propagation delays. Can you please reboot one more time and then send your error log to support@universal-devices.com? With kind regards, Michel
  19. Hi @PurdueGuy, What errors are you getting in PGC? With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hello all, Sincere apologies for the interruption in service. One of the proxy servers had to be migrated and thus the reason for this issue affecting only a certain number of folks (those that were connected to this proxy server). Things should go back to normal shortly on their own. If you have not done so, please reboot your ISY; this will cause ISY to connect to the working proxy. With kind regards, Michel
  21. @cwitter, We'll look into it. With kind regards, Michel
  22. @Clif, Please reset your credentials: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY-99i/ISY-26_INSTEON:Resetting_Your_Userid/Password With kind regards, Michel
  23. @kkempster99, This is really really odd. The only thing I can recommend is this: curl -s https://pkg.isy.io/script/update121.sh | sudo bash Before you do so, though, make sure you backup your Polyglot. With kind regards, Michel
  24. @widnerm, Please send your error log to support@universal-devices.com. With kind regards, Michel

@TexMike et Al, The sincere apologies. PGC was upgraded last night and I do very much apologize for not letting everyone know. With kind regards, Michel
