Sensible Air is supposed to work with all mini split systems with a remote control. Amazon has them for $124, but has been running sales for $99 on and off. There is so an API available. From the About menu, what version firmware & UI are you running? When changing PLM, did you follow the correct procedure and did you do a restore PLM (different from restore backup).

After the reinstall, did you try arming from admin console?

Polyglot is software that allows node servers to run. You can access it from the eisy IP address and the 3000 port number like this: xxx.xxx.x.xxx:3000 Login should be the same as your eisy.

I'm going to second the possibility of noise interfering with the Insteon signal. There are troubleshooting steps in the wiki for you to try.

You should open a support ticket with UD so they can investigate and correct the issue if it is in their firmware.

Good. I would still suggest, things may not be working correctly if you are in safe mode. There may be an impact there, so don't make any changes, see if you can discover why you are in safe mode first.
