  1. Sensible Air is supposed to work with all mini split systems with a remote control. Amazon has them for $124, but has been running sales for $99 on and off. There is so an API available. I am installing a mini split this weekend and shortly after will install theSensibo Air. https://www.amazon.com/Sensibo-Air-Conditioner-Controller-Installation/dp/B08T9XXFRW/ref=mp_s_a_1_1_sspa?crid=CDQB96SQ5NI7&keywords=sensibo+air&qid=1698199185&sprefix=sensibl+air%2Caps%2C106&sr=8-1-spons&ufe=app_do%3Aamzn1.fos.18ed3cb5-28d5-4975-8bc7-93deae8f9840&sp_csd=d2lkZ2V0TmFtZT1zcF9waG9uZV9zZWFyY2hfYXRm&psc=1
  2. When creating a tile or widget of the command type, you can select and set display status and the command to run. At the bottom of the screen, select add, followed by the node. You then select from available run commands. Does this do what you want?
  3. If you have a Polisy, it sounds like time to migrate.
  4. Try setting up a test. Start the log at level 3 and have someone operate the breaker off - on. See what appears in the log.
  5. Delete PLM is something you do not want to do. There is no recovery from it. You would need to reinstall your devices. Speaking of reinstalling devices, if you are willing, you could try deleting one device, factory resetting, and adding it back in as a new device. I would reboot after deleting and before reinstalling.
  6. The downloaded file start.jnlp gives the Launcher instructions regarding version of firmware you are running. UD made some changes to the discovery method to try to improve the process. This change required a new start.jnlp be downloaded. I last ran this process on Monday with a Win 10 machine and had no issues hearing Java cache, downloading start.jnlp, and having new Launcher on desktop after running.
  7. Query is available for the Then portion of a program. I'm not in front of a computer to tell you exactly where, but should be easy to find if you look through the available options.
  8. You could try rebooting, then clear Java cache, all 3 boxes. Then download new start.jnlp and run it.
  9. You get the Launcher from running start.jnlp available from UD website, but first you need to clear your Java cache he (all 3 boxes). You can download start.jnlp from here: https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp There is also a link in the wiki instructions page: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Main_Page#Installing_the_Admin_Console_Icon_on_Your_Desktop The not found box is the result of using an outdated Launcher. To correct the issue, clear your Java cache and download a new start.jnlp.
  10. From the About menu, what version firmware & UI are you running? When changing PLM, did you follow the correct procedure and did you do a restore PLM (different from restore backup).
  11. After the reinstall, did you try arming from admin console?
  12. Polyglot is software that allows node servers to run. You can access it from the eisy IP address and the 3000 port number like this: xxx.xxx.x.xxx:3000 Login should be the same as your eisy.
  13. I'm going to second the possibility of noise interfering with the Insteon signal. There are troubleshooting steps in the wiki for you to try.
  14. @Jimbo.Automates Is the above the correct entry?
  15. In the admin console, Elk Controller, does it say connected?
  16. Javi has posted about it in the past. Do a search in the forum.
  17. Once you have it working from the admin console, try syncing UD Mobile and try again.
  18. The plan is to eventually port it over to work on desktops.
  19. Already in the works, it is UD Mobile.
  20. Can you provide a little more information on exactly what you are doing and what the results are? Start be clearing your Java cache, being sure to check all 3 boxes and then delete files. Download a new start.jnlp from UD website. After download, click on start.jnlp to run. If that doesn't work, try deleting your state files and try again: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Main_Page#Admin_Console_Minimized/Invisible_and_Cannot_be_Restored Admin Console Minimized/Invisible and Cannot be Restored This is usually related Admin Console state files not being updated properly and especially in case of multi monitors. All you need to do is to find the following files in Java temp directory (on Windows: c:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\Temp) and delete them. Or, you can simply search the computer for udi_*.state or ud_*.state file patterns: ud_finder.state udi_finder.state udi_frame.state udi_launcher.state udi_pgm.state udi_tree.state
  21. You should open a support ticket with UD so they can investigate and correct the issue if it is in their firmware.
  22. Good. I would still suggest, things may not be working correctly if you are in safe mode. There may be an impact there, so don't make any changes, see if you can discover why you are in safe mode first.
  23. For email substitutions, you need to use the complete address, with the appropriate variable, see this wiki info if you haven't looked at it already: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY-994i_Series:EMail_and_Networking_Substitution_Variables For example, for the Elk node server, if I wanted the armed status, I would use: ${sys.node.n002_area_1.GV0}. Where n002 is for my Elk node server. Sometimes if the driver shows up, you need to reboot.
  24. I would suggest you should start troubleshooting with the first thing that is wrong, namely ISY is in safe mode. That is not normal. Take a look at this from the wiki: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=INSTEON_Safe_Mode_Dialog I'm wondering is your migration was not complete, because of the safe mode start up. Have you tried rebooting since?
  25. Is this part a requirement of your camera to connect via rtsp? For my Foscam cameras, after port, I have: /videoMain You need to check the rtsp format required for your camera. Try using the command in something like VLC Media Player to see if you have the correct format.
