UDM Shows I Have Notifications But None Are Showing
The only other suggestion I have for you is to reboot your UD controller (ISY, Polisy, eisy). If that doesn't work, you will need to get @Javi's attention either here or open a support ticket.

Simplest programs won't run
If 'Home / Pantry Door' Physical Status is Open Your are using physical status for triggering the program. For the fun of it, try changing your IF portion to use the logical status. It should be the first item in the drop down list. If 'Home / Pantry Door' Logical Status is Violated

Support Thread: IoX v5.8.4 (June 27, 2024)
I would suggest running the upgrade packages a second time and after it completes, including the reboot, power cycle your unit. If you still have an issue backing up afterwards then you will need to open a support ticket with UD.

UD Mobile Not Updating Some Statuses in Real Time
Go back to the configuration page in PG3x. There is a fairly new requirement to allow the plugin access. Look for a small check box requesting access and check the box to allow it. I'm not at my computer to be able to tell you exactly where it is, but if you look for it you should have no issue finding it. It should be right after the long poll setting. If it is not there, you are probably running an old version of PG3 and need to update (update packages), or you are still on PG3 and not PG3x.

How do you get wake on lan to work on a eISY?
What brand Network card is in the computer you are trying to wake up? One thing you can try is to modify your IP address on the configuration tab. Instead of Mac address:XXX.xxx.x.xxx where the DC's are your IP address, try: Mac address:XXX.xxx.x.255

How do you get wake on lan to work on a eISY?
You are still in the wrong location. Did you successfully add the plugin to PG3x? Did you set up the configuration tab in PG3x? Did you close the admin console and then re-start it? Did you look for the name of your node in the left hand tree of the device page in the admin console? If it is not there, 1st try restarting the plugin from PG3x plugin menu. If that doesn't work, then re-install the plugin in to the same slot. Instructions for all of this is in the link I provided above. If you still can not find it, post a screenshot of your admin console device left side tree, along with the name of your node.

How do you get wake on lan to work on a eISY?
Any way you want: Admin Console, UD Mobile, Program, or Network Resource. If you have your PC configured correctly, and I am you followed ALL of the steps to enable WoL, it should work. If not, you missed something on your PC. See test below. Not sure what you are looking for, but here is an example of a program used to trigger a Network Resource to trigger WoL: Sample WoL - [ID 00B0][Parent 00A5] If From 7:30:00AM To 9:00:00PM (same day) Then Wait 30 seconds Set 'DH-Monitor' Send WOL Else - No Actions - (To add one, press 'Action') Test To verify you are triggering WoL correctly, open PG3x ,go to WoL from the Dashboard and select Details from the menu. Select Log and then Debug from the dropdown. Next open the admin console and go to Main - ISY - and select the node name you used when you set up PG3x. At the bottom of the right hand screen, you will see "Send WOL". Back in PG3x, you should see a message indicating the WoL was sent. If you don't see that, then you haven't set up the plugin correctly. If you see that the WoL was sent, and your computer didn't wake up, then you don't have your computer completely set up. There are some apps that are able to send WoL when the computer is not completely set up - not sure how and why, but I experienced this when getting mine set up. As I stated in my 1st message, your computer must be completely setup for WoL from the plugin to work. My experience was with Windows 11 and there are numerous settings in Windows, the Registry (depending on NIC brand), and bios that must be configured. Realtek NIC can be especially difficult.

How do you get wake on lan to work on a eISY?
It is all explained in the link I posted above, specifically here: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Eisy:User_Guide#ISYs After you add the plugin (formerly node server) to your system from the store, go to the Dashboard within Polyglot. Click on the plugin WoL - Configuration tab and follow the instructions shown and copied below. Under Key, give your system a name and for the value add the mac address: ip address according to the sample. After saving the configuration data, if you had the admin console open, you will need to close it and re-open it before you see the node added. The top menu of Polyglot has a tab for Plugin Store. After clicking on the plugin you want, you need to install it in an available slot. Configuration Custom Parameters: Key = Host Name Value = Mac Address (xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx) / IP Address For example: MyComputer = 10:0c:b9:8e:3a:24/192.168.1.12

How do you get wake on lan to work on a eISY?
Plugins are managed from PG3x. You need to go to xxx xxx x.xxx:3000. Replace x with your eisy IP address. Read through the instructions here: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Eisy:User_Guide After you have Polyglot setup per the instructions, you can go to the Plugin store and install numerous plugins. Some carry a small fee, but WoL is free.

Where are you seeing this? As @paulbates indicates above, the Configuration page asks for your computers mac address and its IP address. It is pretty simple to set up and works fine IF you have your computer completely setup to accept it. If you are using a Win 10/11 machine there are several hoops to jump through to insure the plugin will WoL successfully, but it does work. There maybe a few more steps if you are using a Realtek NIC card. I have 2 Win 11 computers using this plugin now.

UD Mobile Not Updating Some Statuses in Real Time
You need to open pg3x and go to the plugins Configuration tab. This is the same screen where you setup the plugin. You access it from a browser by typing xxx.xxx.x.xxx:300. Replace the x's with your eisy's IP address. The login information is the same as for your eisy.

Send SMS Message from email, custom format
You can try using the free basic Notification that comes with UD Mobile app or purchase the Notification plugin. Using email to SMS messages is currently a bit of miss situation do to many restrictions placed by the phone carriers.

Unwanted behaviour at restart
You can also reset the counter variable back to 0 anytime you want. For example, at midnight, combined with a notification, you can tell how long it ran for, or even program a hard stop if it runs too long.

ISY994 portal entry needed along with Polisy entry?
Are still running pg3 or have you upgraded to pg3x? We have seen all 0's for uuid when on pg3. https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Polisy:User_Guide#Upgrading_to_PG3x The unmanaged plugins are typically the result of pg3 not knowing about the plugins. I would guess there were some plugins running on ISY994 using pg3 when the Polisy was added.

Search for ISY Cookbook, there are examples in there.

Unwanted behaviour at restart
I would agree, this may not be the best way of doing this. I would consider changing the hard time of day to a start and end time (to - from). This way they would run during that time frame and then upon power failure, return to the desired position when power resumes. You could also run a disable program from this one to control critical functions (chlorine). By adding a counter when the pump runs, you can send a notification if the run counter exceeds x minutes/hours. The counter can be reset at midnight.

Unwanted behaviour at restart
Are you counting on a variable set to 0 and attached to a folder from preventing the program(s) inside the folder from running? If so, I suggest removing the folder variable and using the variable inside your program. Folder variables can be unreliable, which I think you may have found out. The best way to attach programs is to right click the program and at the bottom of the pop up list select copy to clipboard. Then you can paste the program here.

How do I update the firmware on my ISY 994i/IR PRO?
Access Disabled had to do with automatically adding connectivity. If external access is working you can ignore it. Access is now done securely through the portal, or you can manually open ports in router.

EISY transfer from ISY. Error messages in Programs
Try relocating the PLM to an outlet on a different circuit and trying to add the device again. Use a magnifying glass to read the Insteon ID address to be sure you have the correct address.

Do you know how to sign in to your router so you can check the current IP address of your ISY? If so, open the ISY Finder, click the add button and type in your IP address.

ISY finder: not found
You need to open Java from the start menu and delete files being sure to check all 3 boxes. Next you need to download a new start.jnlp from UD. More detailed instructions are in the wiki.
