ISY on Polisy v5.2.0 Is Now Available
After getting PG3 installed on Polisy and connecting it to ISY on Polisy, I installed a Nodeserver. Apparently, the Admin Console on Polisy is missing the ability to scroll down the page. If the Nodeserver is displaying more information than will fit in the window, you can not see the remaining items without making the Admin Console window larger.

ISY on Polisy v5.2.0 Is Now Available
I upgraded to v5.2.0 by using the automatic upgrade from within ISY on Polisy. After waiting and trying the Launcher, my Polisy was not found automatically and when adding the IP manually, using the correct port. I ssh in and ran sudo pkg update && sudo pkg upgrade followed by sudo service isy restart. I waited and tried the launcher and it found Polisy, but my UUID was all 0. I tried a reboot which had no impact. I tried sudo service isy restart again and this time my Polisy (and ISY) were found. Even though the version was listed as 5.2.0, when I logged in by selecting LAN, I received the following error: I tried both a reboot and sudo service isy restart, but still get the above message and after clicking ok, ISY on Polisy closes. I tried sudo service isy restart one more time and now I get two instances of Polisy in the Launcher window. Only one will allow me to log in through LAN, both will allow me to login by CLOUD. I tried deleting the entry that is not completely working, but Delete is greyed out. After going in via LAN on the working entry a few times, I find both entries are now working, but I still can not delete one.

ISY 5.1.1 Is Now Available
Are you saying that adding nodeservers to ISY on Polisy is not possible while the ISY 994 is still in production and using nodeservers?

ISY 5.1.1 Is Now Available
Yes, I can access ISY on Polisy, that is not the issue. I am trying to add ISY on Polisy to Polyglot to associate nodeservers with ISY on Polisy. Michel's post above indicated to use the ISY address in a browser. That isn't working for me. As you indicated above, I tried using the Launcher (cleared Java cache), but still can not associate Polyglot for the new instance of ISY on Polisy. There is still something I am not understanding.

ISY 5.1.1 Is Now Available
If I use the IP address of Polisy, I connect to Polyglot nodeserver associated with my ISY 994, not ISY on Polisy. I see no way to associate the two.

ISY 5.1.1 Is Now Available
@Michel Kohanim Hi Michel, When I try https://xxx.xxx.x.xxx using the IP address of my ISY, I get "This site can not be reached" error.

ISY 5.1.1 Is Now Available
I completed upgrading Polisy, restarted, connected a USB Insteon PLM, enabled Insteon service, and completed the Portal licensing and approval process. I can access ISY on Polisy, but I don't see how to access Polyglot. What step did I miss?

Adding Z-wave and upgrading to 5.x
One other thing worth mentioning is that sometime in the future ISY will be replaced by Polisy. Currently, the Insteon software for Polisy is being tested and according to a recent UD post a zwave build should be out by end of month. My point being, if you are not currently using zwave, you might want to wait a little longer to add zwave.

Nodeserver Migration to ISY on Polisy
One other consideration is those of us running multiple ISY/Polisy, either has a production/development set up or at a main/vacation home. It's not bad at a nodeserver cost of $5, however if you are using a higher priced nodeserver or a subscription based one, it could get pricey. Just something else to think about when pricing the nodeservers, not a complaint about having to pay for them.

Program details no longer working
Your firmware and UI need to match and yours does not. You need to update your UI. First, clear your Java cache and then go to the upgrade post for your firmware and download the ISY Launcher UI. Follow the instructions in the upgrade post.

i messed something up now polisy is useless
The instructions are in the wiki, here is what it says about factory resetting: Factory Reset Press and hold the button till all LEDs start blinking then release. This action resets the credentials, removes all configurations from Polyglot/Polisy, and resets networking. The link for the full guide is here: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Polisy:User_Guide I would suggest you read through it before doing anything. There is a note that says if the factory reset doesn't work you need to update Polisy.

Did you follow all the relevant troubleshooting steps below: MAC OSX On Big Sur, Admin Console is no longer a separate Window System Preference | General | Prefer Tabs - set it to "in full screen" (not "always") Clicking on Purchase Module does not do anything You are probably using Safari. What you need to do is to use ISY Admin Console application the instructions for which you will find here Cannot enter userid/password in the Authenticate dialog If you have Yosemite and Java 1.8.40, please: Go to System Preferences | Java Click on the Java tab Enter -Xdebug for Runtime Parameters Admin Console icon does not appear on the desktop Close all your browsers Go to System Preferences | Java to get to Java Control Panel Click on Delete Files and make sure you check Applications Click on the Settings Button Make sure Keep temporary files on my computer is checked Copy the directory under Location Open up Finder and delete the above directory under Location Close Java Control Panel Open a browser and retry the Admin Console (JNLP) URL ISY Finder does not find ISY Open a terminal window Type hostname on the command line and copy the results to the clipboard Open /private/etc/hosts and make sure you have right below the first 127.0.0.1 listing: 127.0.0.1 whatever-hostname-you-copied-in-step2 Admin Console Hangs If you have any of the following modules on your MAC (under System Preferences | Privacy/Security | Accessibility), you may experience Admin Console hang when editing text fields. Admin Console - System Busy
I am not sure but that option might only be available on the "Pro" version. Check which ISY you have in the help - about menu.

Error messages
First, are you using the ISY Launcher to access the admin console? It is available on the firmware download pages and is the preferred method. Your firmware version and UI must match, the Launcher will do that automatically. Clear your Java cache before downloading the Launcher. Also, look at this page for dealing with antivirus software: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Configure_Firewall_Software Make sure you follow directions in the wiki to set up DHCP.

How to I integrate my Elk MI into UD Mobile?
Have you tried rebooting ISY and after it has completely started up, re-syncing UD Mobile? If that doesn't work, then I would suggest opening a help ticket with UD or tagging Javi.

If you think login credentials changed somehow, try the default admin/admin.

What is the light sequence on front of ISY? Have you tried resetting power to ISY? Front Panel LEDs/Lights Boot up sequence: Power, RX&TX, momentary blink of Memory/RX and TX, and then Power only Error light and Memory light blinking simultaneously: ISY is not able to get on the network. Please ensure: The Network jack on the back of ISY is connected to your router The lights on the Network jack have one steady on and the other one blinking. If not, check cable and connectivity to the router Your router provides DHCP There are no other devices on the network with the same IP address (IP Conflict) If you have configured your ISY to use DHCP, then you will have to search your network for devices that might be in the same DHCP range as your router is providing If you have configured your ISY with a static IP address, and as long as you have a good backup, you can Factory Reset your ISY and then restore a good backup (File | Restore ISY). Once prompted to change the network settings, choose No Only Error light blinking: ISY cannot communicate with the SD Card. Please ensure: The micro SD Card (on the front) is seated properly. Unplug ISY, remove the rubber cap, using a sharp object, push the micro SD Card in so that it pops out. Push it back in so it clicks in. Apply power to ISY If reseating the micro SD Card does not work, you probably have a defective SD Card. Please consult Replacing/Formatting SD Card

Changed port 443 to 80, now lost access to web interface.
If you don't find a way, you may need to do a rest: Multi Function Button There's a little multi function button behind the very small hole on the front of the unit. This button has multiple purposes outlined below. Every click on the button will cause the unit to beep. If the button does not behave as described below, please update Polisy. Update and Upgrade All the Packages Click the button once. Safely Reboot Click the button twice. Safely Shutdown Click the button three times. Reset Credentials Press and hold the button till the first LED (from the left) starts blinking then release. This action resets Polyglot as well as SSH credentials back to the default admin/admin. Reset Networking Press and hold the button till the first and second LEDs (from the left) start blinking then release. This action resets all network configuration back to DHCP on the Ethernet jack next to the serial port. All other network interfaces shall be disabled. Factory Reset Press and hold the button till all LEDs start blinking then release. This action resets the credentials, removes all configurations from Polyglot/Polisy, and resets networking.
