  1. I currently use Agave, but I am also beta testing the new UD app @Javiis working on. It is still early but it is quick and responsive and when finished will be a fine choice. You will need to make decisions on which portal you want to use since you can't have them both. However, you can still use Mobilink if you use the UD portal, you just can't use their portal. There is a post in the Mobilink forum on how to set it up.
  2. Try select tool, information, ISY portal access troubleshooting.
  3. As long as you can access ISY externally, don't worry about setting in ISY that says internet access.
  4. Have you checked the nodeserver in Polyglot? Make sure the nodeserver is still running and see if there are any errors in the nodeserver log. Are any scenes showing up in ISY? Seems strange you are not seeing it there. Maybe post a screenshot so another set of eyes can help you look.
  5. Does your firmware and UI match? Are you using the Launcher?
  6. Is your firmware at least v5.0.16? If so, here are the instructions: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Polisy:User_Guide Scroll down and try the factory reset.

You can find the instructions here: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Main_Page#Quick_Start_Guides If you are on Windows this should help: Installing the Admin Console Icon on Your Desktop It's always best to use the Admin Console application which is browser independent. To do this: Clear your java cache Use the ISY Launcher to launch the Admin Console. This should put an icon on your desktop once you run the downloaded start.jnlp file. If on Mac, read thru the first link.
  8. Is your ISY registered with UD? I would suggest sending your uuid to them and have it verified.
  9. Makes sure the zwave dongle is plugged in to the bottom expansion slot of the ISY.
  10. After the upgrade what is needed is synchronize all, not to be confused with heal zwave network. If you completed the synchronize all successfully and are still having issues you should open a support ticket with UD. If I remember correctly you can run the synchronize all with the event window open and set to level 3 to watch progress - it's been awhile since I did this so I am not completely sure I remember this correctly.
  11. ZW indicates zwave devices. Did you follow the upgrade instructions? Are you sure you have series 500 zwave board? Did you do a zwave backup before the upgrade? Did you restore the zwave backup after upgrading? Did you then synchronize all nodes? Are you using the Launcher to access your ISY and does your firmware and UI match? Some phantom nodes are considered normal, but those with connected devices should work.
  12. These are the instructions for the zwave dongle upgrade from the Wiki: Upgrading from 300 Series If you are upgrading from the 300 series, make sure you do: Z-Wave | Tools | Backup File | Backup ISY Follow the assembly instructions to swap the Z-Wave dongle with the 500 series version Upgrade to 5.2.0 or above Z-Wave | Restore Sounds like you followed the correct procedure. Unfortunately, I have a feeling the zwave backup is faulty for some reason. Maybe doing a factory reset to the zwave dongle followed by a restored would help, but at this time I would suggest opening a support ticket first.
  13. Installing an extender/repeater will help with range, as previously mentioned. Hover, if you are having difficulty adding zwave devices, make sure you exclude the device at least twice before you try adding it to your network. It also helps to have the device within 3 feet of the ISY when adding.
  14. Suggest sending tech support a note and they will transfer the unit over to you. They will need the serial number.
  15. I suspect that when you installed the zwave board it either didn't seat properly or it's in the incorrect slot. There are two slots and the instructions tell you which one to use. I suggest opening the ISY, removing the board, and reinstalling it.
  16. As previously indicated, repair links is necessary after upgrading v5.2.0. In addition, I would ask how deep is your zwave mesh? You may need to add some devices or a zwave extended to insure a solid mesh network. Not being able to communicate is a strong symptom of needing to improve the zwave mesh.
  17. But remember, you can not upgrade past 5.0.16C without the series 500 zwave board, if you have a zwave board installed. While you indicated you are not using zwave, that is not necessarily the same thing as not having the board installed.
  18. Take update v5.2.0, which is the post we are currently in. Go to the first page and read the first post. All of the changes for v5.2.0 are listed right there on in the first post. If you are interested in a previous version you can search for that version and read the very first post. They are all listed here: https://forum.universal-devices.com/forum/15-current-release-betas-and-bug-reports/
  19. All of the release notes are published on the same page as the upgrade files. All you need to do is look at the version number in question.
  20. Have you confirmed you are using the series 500 Zwave board?
  21. Try doing a synchronize all before reverting back.
  22. If your admin console is sluggish you may need to increase your Java memory. Search the Wiki for instructions.
  23. Are you saying none of the ISY front lights are on? If so, you are having a problem with your ISY. Check the power supply to start.
  24. Here is a link to the troubleshooting section of the Wiki for Macs: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Troubleshooting_Help
